There are six basic control items, land saving, energy saving, water saving, material saving, indoor environment and operation, among which, only material saving are related to structure design. We followed the green building design concept and the control items list in those standards during structure design of one of the residential area in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city, which consist of 15~18-story residential building connected to a large underground garage, as is shown below.

The article discusses the issues of implementing the conversion of input signals of «smart» sensors for automation of the heating system, an algorithm for calculating the parameters of measuring circuits with a nonlinear element and an operational amplifier is developed. The issues of modeling cascade control of residential building heating systems are investigated. The results of the analysis and selection of parameters of the cascade control system are presented. An algorithm implementing the operation of a virtual object is given. The structures of management of residential building objects are proposed. The method of calculating the adjustment of the controller for cascade control is given. For the heating system stand, the procedure for setting the parameters of the process of PID control of the coolant temperature is considered. The results confirming the achievability of the proposed structural changes are obtained. The results of experimental studies are presented.

Increased energy demand end to the world grew by 39% between 1990 to 2008 and further increased by 40% between 2007 to 2030. Energy consumption in buildings has been identified to contribute up to 40% of the total world. Through the selection of methods and the right strategy will reduce the problem of increase energy in buildings. Based on the theory of energy efficiency developed it can achieve through three main factors; a) building design; b) design of services; c) user behavior. This paper aims to discuss methods to benchmark user perception on energy efficiency in school buildings. Keywords: Benchmarking; energy efficiency; school building; user perceptioneISSN 2398-4279 © 2018. Half bridge switching power supply is a kind of form in the family. It has the characteristics of good voltage output, high efficiency, the simple circuit and so on. On the design of the half bridge switching power supply, the key and difficult point is the design of switch transformer. Taking the switch transformer of a half bridge switching power supply as the research object and based on the design requirements, this paper aims to realize the calculation of the coil turns and the selection of core in switching transformer. the design of switch transformer of the push-pull switch power supply has been completed by circuit simulation and implementation.

The use of composite materials has provided designers with increased opportunities for tailoring structures and materials to meet load requirements and changing and demanding environments. This has led to their increased use in structural applications. As with traditional materials the selection of an appropriate material for a design is important. In case of design using composite materials the selection of a material consists of selecting a fiber-resin combination which meets all design requirements. This involves choosing the fiber, the resin, and the proportion of these two constituents in the composite material. The phrase “material selection” refers to the problem of laminate selection. This corresponds to the task of choosing a fiber and resin combination based on technical and economic factors. Materials tailoring, on the other hand, involves manipulating the composition of the composite material to achieve desired properties and it is the selection of a fiber and resin simultaneously but separately. In this paper we present, through an example, a multiobjective optimization-based method for assisting a designer in tailoring composite materials for specific technical and economic objectives.
