Quality of education prepares one to meet the challenges in the society and therefore, become economically productive, contribute to peaceful and independent societies and enhance individual well-being. In recent years, TQM and school climate has received worldwide attention and been adopted in many educational institutions, particularly in developed countries. However, in developing countries the amount of research is scarce into successful implementation of TQM and school climate. This study aims to investigate the relationships, between TQM and school climate with the key dimension of teachers’ student’s relationship, decision making, collaborative, teaching innovation and school resources to achieve high school performance. The purpose of this study is to highlight the concept of TQM in the field of educational institutions to achieve the quality in education. In order to understand the issue, this conceptual paper reviewed several published research papers and identify the TQM and school climate dimensions to make a conceptual framework. The main objective of this paper is to focus on the effects of total quality management on students’ academic achievement of secondary school students in Pakistan with better school climate.

Total Quality Management (TQM) a functioning idea to accomplish incessant performance improvement-is the word of mouth of the 1990s, attracting deep interest among organizations and educational institutions in many countries. Numerous policy-makers truly believe that TQM can improve the performance of their organizations but they did not test it to make sure the effect of TQM. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of TQM on university performance in Jordan. This relationship obtains a substantial scholarly attention and several researches have been conducted in the western countries, but none has been conducted in Jordan in the recent year using this variable in a model. A structured survey was conducted and selected 10 public and 10 private universities in Jordan via cluster random sampling. The hypotheses were tested using SEM-AMOS package 22.0 based on resource based theory. Based on the statistical results, TQM has statistically significant effect on university performance in Jordan. Consequently, the findings evoked that there is a dire need to focus on TQM for boosting university performance and its sustainability in Jordan.

Improving the quality of education is a problem that is still experienced by many educational institutions. To improve the quality of education, institutions need a system to help achieve quality education quality. So this study aims to analyze the application of Total Quality Management in the school accreditation program as an effort to improve the quality of education. This research is a literature study by taking data from several books and literature. This data collection technique uses documentation techniques and data analysis techniques using critical analysis which is interesting from several research documents. The results of this study indicate that improving the quality of education is carried out by implementing Total Quality Management. Total Quality Management is carried out by continuous improvement, determining quality standards, changing culture, changing organizations, maintaining relationships with customers and focusing on customer satisfaction. and have a commitment to change.

The implementation of total quality management is applied to every educational institution as an effort to improve the quality of education. In this case, it is important to carry out management functions in each educational institution. This article discusses the implementation of total quality management in educational institutions to seek to improve the quality of education in achieving a quality standard in education. Every educational institution should show better quality and be able to compete. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the public and stakeholders. To continue to get this, it must be improved continuously, both physically and non-physically. So as to make a quality educational institution and guaranteed quality. There are several main things that need to be considered in implementing total quality management in the world of education, namely: continuous quality improvement; determine quality standards, cultural change; changes in the organization; and maintain relationships with other agencies and customers and evaluate the system if anything is not appropriate

The task of the teacher to give instructions and guide students for more progressive in their knowledge, skills and self-constructivity to develop their potential. The teacher carries out his duties requiring technical skills that are supported by certain personality attitudes, and are guided by a code of ethics at the institution where he works, especially in Islamic education institutions. Technical skills, personality attitudes, obedience to religious values ​​should develop when teaching profession is supported, and the situation provides opportunities in a professional manner, and teacher can realize the vision and mission of teaching and simultaneously carry out the vision and targets of the educational institutions in which they work. Abstract: Implementation of the Total Quality Management in the Learning Quality Management System in Educational Institutions. This study aimed to analyse the implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) in the learning quality management system in educational institutions. This study used a descriptive design. The population consisted of people in the organizational structure of the quality management system and the sample was pusposively selected. The data were collected through interviews and documents and were analysed using the descriptive technique. The findings show that: (1) the TQM has been implemented but it still needs optimizing, (2) it needs support from the heads of relevant units, (3) there are constraints because of work teams that are not optimal and limited time and funds, (4) the strategies to deal with the constraints depend on the condition and situation, and (5) the implementation of the TQM refers to an evaluation and monitoring study and the draft of academic quality assurance documents.

Human resources (HR) become the dominant factor in an institution, including the education sector. Education requires quality human resources, to carry out its role in meeting the educational needs of the community. Also related to Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah Kotagede Yogyakarta is one of the pesantren-based educational institutions which is expected to have a Total Quality Management system in the management of education. This shows educational institutions contribute to customer satisfaction, both internal and external customers. In this paper discusses the basic concepts of human resource management based on Total Quality Management in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah Kotagede Yogyakarta, which talks about the procedures for implementing human resource development, so that it gets results from the processes that have been carried out in the development of human resources in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah Kotagede Yogyakarta. Data collection while in the field is done by observation, interviews, and documentation, which can then be classified as qualitative research. Based on the research process, it can provide input and evaluation to make improvements in the development of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah Kotagede Yogyakarta for the future that is better than ever before.

Total Quality Management is a system used to continuously improve the quality of services or products offered to customers. There are so many benefits obtained by educational institutions if implementing this Total Quality Management, including being able to provide better services to customers, can meet general accountability standards in education reform and can improve and encourage a pleasant learning environment and encourage students and teachers to learn. The TQM concept is a management system that is used as a business strategy oriented to customer satisfaction by involving customers and all members of the organization. In the implementation and implementation of TQM to reduce existing barriers, it is necessary to have a high commitment from top management, expansion of insights, information, knowledge and skills regarding the implementation of TQM, and also invites all employees to be more open and more active in carrying out their duties. And also there needs to be a relationship between the organization and the surrounding community to find out what is needed and desired by the surrounding community so that it can be fulfilled as desired. And also provide education and training in order to improve the quality of human resources.
