Patients with systemic sclerosis are at high risk of developing systemic sclerosis–associated interstitial lung disease. Symptoms and outcomes of systemic sclerosis–associated interstitial lung disease range from subclinical lung involvement to respiratory failure and death. Early and accurate diagnosis of systemic sclerosis–associated interstitial lung disease is therefore important to enable appropriate intervention. The most sensitive and specific way to diagnose systemic sclerosis–associated interstitial lung disease is by high-resolution computed tomography, and experts recommend that high-resolution computed tomography should be performed in all patients with systemic sclerosis at the time of initial diagnosis. In addition to being an important screening and diagnostic tool, high-resolution computed tomography can be used to evaluate disease extent in systemic sclerosis–associated interstitial lung disease and may be helpful in assessing prognosis in some patients. Currently, there is no consensus with regards to frequency and scanning intervals in patients at risk of interstitial lung disease development and/or progression. However, expert guidance does suggest that frequency of screening using high-resolution computed tomography should be guided by risk of developing interstitial lung disease. Most experienced clinicians would not repeat high-resolution computed tomography more than once a year or every other year for the first few years unless symptoms arose. Several computed tomography techniques have been developed in recent years that are suitable for regular monitoring, including low-radiation protocols, which, together with other technologies, such as lung ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging, may further assist in the evaluation and monitoring of patients with systemic sclerosis–associated interstitial lung disease. The high number of COVID-19 cases was not balanced by the number of nurses assigned to the Covid isolation room with limited PPE availability. This causes many of the duties of nurses, especially health education, could not be performed completely. Thus, it is necessary to renew the Discharge Planning procedure for Covid 19 patients according to the characteristics of Covid-19 transmission. The purpose of this community service is to increase the effectiveness of the discharge planning for the COVID-19 patients to improve self-care and prevent infection transmission at home. This community service activity consists of 4 (four) stages, namely: 1) Preparation stage for coordination with the hospital; 2) Application development phase, consisting of application design, collection of educational media; 3) Implementation, launching and socialization of applications in the hospital environment; 4) Evaluation and monitoring stage. The results of the evaluation showed that as many as 58.7% of patients had used the CNA. About 62.7% patients experience an increase of their knowledge after accessing the CNA. There were 61.6% patients stated that the CNA had increased their knowledge on home care procedure post-Covid treatment. There are 62.3% of patients feel that the CNA supports patient care at home. The benefits of the CNA were expressed by 82 patients (87.2%) with increased self-care and as many as 76 patients (80.9%) stated that the CNA educational media was more attractive and easy to understand. The conclusion of this activity is that the CNA application can be implemented as a medium of health education for patients and families to improve their ability to take care of themselves.

The purpose of the article is to propose the indicators for the evaluation and monitoring activity, thedeveloping structure and functioning of business incubators located in the academic environment whichwould allow the organization of internal and external processes for researchers and students. The success ofa business incubator in the university environment represents primarily its value for the university and for theeconomic environment and the ability to react quickly to changing conditions inside and outside and developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem at national level. The degree of development of university incubators, thecapacity and quality of their functioning depends not only on the intensity of the support of the environment inwhich they operate, but also on their efficiency through attractiveness, promoting viable businesses and atthe same time being an alternative source of financing and propelling potential entrepreneurs.

Socialization is a process, in which a new member of society learns the norms and values of which he or she is a member. This socialization is done as a form of effort from universities to be able to provide information about the admission of new students. This aims that information about this can be conveyed properly in accordance with the Mandate of the Ministry of Education and Technology which expects that there is an increase in the Gross Participation Rate (APK) of Higher Education in Indonesia, especially in bandar Lampung City. The low Gross Participation Rate (APK) of Higher Education in Indonesia in 2018 showed a figure of 33.37%. This figure shows the lag when compared to some other communities in ASEAN. Seeing this, Lampung University as one of the universities also organizes socialization of new student admissions every year. The new student admission system is carried out through the test path determined by the Ministry of Education and Technology. In addition, Lampung University also held student admissions through the achievement path as a form of appreciation of Indonesian students who have ability both in the academic and non-academic fields. Socialization of new student admissions of Lampung University to increase the Gross Participation Rate of Universities in Bandar Lampung City is generally done through online and direct socialization on a limited basis while still complying with health protocols. This socialization activity is also continued with evaluation and monitoring so that the activities run well and the desired essence and objectives can be achieved.

Agriculture is among the main causes of water pollution. Currently, 75% of global anthropogenic nitrogen (N) loads come from leaching/runoff from cropland. The grey water footprint (GWF) is an indicator of water resource pollution, which allows for the evaluation and monitoring of pollutant loads (L) that can affect water. However, in the literature, there are different approaches to estimating L and thus contrasting GWF estimates: (A1) leaching/runoff fraction approach, (A2) surplus approach and (A3) soil nitrogen balance approach. This study compares these approaches for the first time to assess which one is best adapted to real crop production conditions and optimises GWF calculation. The three approaches are applied to assess N-related GWF in barley and soybean. For barley in 2019, A3 estimated a GWF value 285 to 196% higher than A1, while in 2020, the A3 estimate was 135 to 81% higher. Soybean did not produce a GWF due to the crop characteristics. A3 incorporated N partitioning within the agroecosystem and considered different N inputs beyond fertilization, improving the accuracy of L and GWF estimation. Providing robust GWF results to decision-makers may help to prevent or reduce the impacts of activities that threaten the world’s water ecosystems and supply.
