This study aims to determine the management of social media, the trend of followers of each social media, as well as the use of social media in universities under the Ministry of Religion Affairs, especially in the area of the island of Java. This study used content analysis research with data derived from the website, documents that can be downloaded from the website relating to social media university activities and its development. Social media used as research are all types of social media used by IAIN Ponorogo, IAIN Surakarta, IAIN Kudus, IAIN Pekalongan, IAIN Salatiga, UIN Walisongo Semarang, and IAIN Ponorogo. Data analysis used interactive analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the management of social media is in the Public Relations and Publications sub-section of each PTKI with one admin operating on each social media made. the most followers on Instagram social media are IAIN Salatiga. For social media youtube is IAIN Ponorogo, while the most Twitter follower IAIN Surakarta and Facebook followers the most is IAIN Pekalongan. The use of diverse social media, on Instagram for academic activities including promotion for prospective new students dominant in all research locations and balanced with greeting content of national and religious activities by 83.3%, for YouTube by 66.6% dominant content of academic activities and this is the same as what happened to the Twitter, while on social media Facebook a percentage of 66. 6% in the content of academic activities and balanced with the greeting content of national and religious activities. The development of social media content lies in quoting national and religious activities Utilization of social media can be used for all higher education service activities within the scope of the tri dharma of higher education, both the dharma of education/teaching, research, and community service.

The study program has many practical courses and wants to graduate to have real skills. The IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management study program directs its graduates to become educational staff at Islamic education institutions and agencies that handle education, become institutional managers, become Islamic education management researchers, and become planners and developers of ICT-based learning resources. So the existence or availability of a laboratory is a must. The research objectives were to determine the needs of lecturers and students of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program for laboratories and to determine the strengthening of laboratories in improving the quality of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program. This type of field research (Field Research) with qualitative research methods. Sources of data from the Head of Study Program, lecturers, laboratory managers and students of the MPI IAIN Curup study program, observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Researchers analyzed the data with the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the need for lecturers and students of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program to strengthen the function of labor because there is a mandatory leadership practice course for Islamic Education Management students, and students are required to have various abilities, both work skills, knowledge, and the ability to become leaders. Strengthening the labor function of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program is carried out in a number of stages, namely (1) creating a labor organization structure consisting of the Chair of the Labor, secretary, laboratory assistant, technicians and students, (2) making laboratory administration, (3) preparing laboratory facilities and infrastructure. study program, (3) create a labor curriculum. And (4) study program labor is designed with a U-shape model.

The implementation of total quality management is applied to every educational institution as an effort to improve the quality of education. In this case, it is important to carry out management functions in each educational institution. This article discusses the implementation of total quality management in educational institutions to seek to improve the quality of education in achieving a quality standard in education. Every educational institution should show better quality and be able to compete. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the public and stakeholders. To continue to get this, it must be improved continuously, both physically and non-physically. So as to make a quality educational institution and guaranteed quality. There are several main things that need to be considered in implementing total quality management in the world of education, namely: continuous quality improvement; determine quality standards, cultural change; changes in the organization; and maintain relationships with other agencies and customers and evaluate the system if anything is not appropriate

This research aimed to provide an overview of the poor passing standard of the National Competence Examination for Indonesian Health Professionalswith healthcare workers in Bengkulu City, Indonesia. This review used a mixed method with sequential exploratory approach, resulting in a collection of studies gathering and evaluating data to clarify research problems.The subjects of this research were alumni of the D-III Midwifery Study Program at the Dehasen University of Bengkulu who had taken competence examinations.Data fromten participants who took part in the test competenceexaminationwere analyzed using thematic analysis.The findings showed variables, including the prevalence of trials, the value of the GPA, learning styles, motivation, and consistency when taking the tests, influenced the poor passing standard of the healthcare worker competency test.It was expected that to raise the percentage, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesiashould run more programs through higher education.

School-based management is an educational management concept that provides autonomy for a school in organizing the continuity of education according to the needs of the school context. By applying a case study, this study was conducted to reveal the implementation of school-based management, along with its supporting and inhibiting factors, at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, Curup, Bengkulu. All potential parties at school that could provide the expected data were involved purposively as the subjects. Data garnered from them were solicited using interviews and observations, which were then triangulated and analyzed using an interactive model. The interactive model worked in four components, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The findings showed that SMP Negeri 1 had implemented school-based management functions properly, including planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the aspects of human resource management, student management, facilities and infrastructure management, financial management, curriculum and learning management, and management of school and community relations. Supporting factors for the implementation of school-based management included the participation of committees, parents, community at school, complete teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor was that some students still did not obey the school rules.

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of language laboratory infrastructure facilities, Language and Arts Faculty, Manado State University. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Sources of research data are heads of laboratories and lecturers of subjects who use language laboratories. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation study. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that: 1) The need for language laboratory infrastructure has been prepared annually according to the needs; 2) the provision of language laboratory facilities and infrastructure has not been running optimally; 3) The use of language laboratory facilities has been running quite well. 4) inventory of language laboratory infrastructure has been carried out properly, in accordance with existing standard procedures; 5) the maintenance of language laboratory facilities has not run optimally due to the lack of laboratory assistants, resulting in less than optimal maintenance of laboratory facilities; 6) the elimination of language laboratory infrastructure facilities has been carried out in accordance with existing standard procedures.

Parental support in improving the quality of education services in schools is needed. Awareness of the importance of quality education will help schools as education providers to realize quality education. There is a need for the support of the school committee as a forum for the participation of parents in education. This study wants to describe the implementation of the role and function of the school committee in supporting the improvement of education quality services at SMAN 9 Cirebon City. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that in general, the school committee of has school carried out all its roles and functions, although not yet optimal. School committees consider more related to school programs that need to be implemented but are not covered by school finances. Communication with alumni is well established and has even been able to contribute to the renovation of the school mosque. Efforts to provide non-financial support are carried out by establishing communication and comparative studies with other schools deemed to have a better quality infrastructure. The results of the comparative study are arranged in a priority program to support the progress of the quality of education services.

The background of this research starts from the current state and situation in the world. The coronavirus epidemic (Covid-19) was determined as a public health emergency that is troubling the world and the virus has now spread to various countries. Today's children and youth are global citizens, powerful drivers of change and members of future generations. Every crisis that occurs is an opportunity to help them learn, the most important is the protection of children and educational facilities. The impact of this situation has had a profound influence on the world of education. In the field of education, applying technology as an online educational tool that can be accessed by students. The progress and role of technology has been so prominent that the use of media and supervision has begun to be adjusted to progress. In the field of education supervision there are still obstacles and this can be overcome by utilizing an online-based supervision program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. The results of this study indicate the supervisory competence of madrasah principals in monitoring the implementation of online learning in a covid-19 pandemic situation.

This study aims to see the effectiveness of e-learning implementation and student responses to e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on learning innovation management in education. The sample data in this study were 21 students. The instrument used in this study was a student response questionnaire sheet consisting of 15 items. The results of this study indicate that the instruments used were valid and reliable. This was evidenced by the results of the validity calculation which states that 15 questions were valid and no questions were issued. And also for the results of data reliability calculations using the Cronbach alpha method with a score of 0.88, this value was greater when compared with the rtable value for α = 0.05, namely 0.4329. So it could be said that the data used was reliable. For the results of the analysis with the Rasch model assisted by the Winstep application, it was found that the quality of the questionnaire responses to E-Learning g on innovation and educational management materials at MAP Bengkulu University was very good. From the pairing T-test also obtained SIG <0.05, which means that there was a significant difference.

The main problem of this study is the unoptimal infrastructure management and lecturers' competence that impact on the low quality of Ma'had Aly Miftahul Huda Tasikmalaya graduates. This study is aimed to explain the quality strengthening of Ma'had Aly graduates through the optimization of infrastructure management and lecturer competence. Research on the quality of Ma'had Aly graduates has been carried out by other researchers as seen from the influence of lecturers' educational qualifications. This research is focused on investigating the influence of infrastructure management and lecturer competence in improving the quality of Ma'had Aly graduates. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method. The data analysis using product moment correlation analysis. The sample of this study was 50 students who graduated from 2019-2020 that were selected using proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the study concluded that strengthening the quality of Ma'had Aly's education graduates could be done through optimization of infrastructure management and lecturer competence. Infrastructure management has a significant effect on the quality of graduates by 23.4%; Lecturer competence has a significant influence on the quality of graduates by 7.96%; and Infrastructure management and lecturer competence simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of Ma'had Aly's graduates by 45.7%.
