Abstract In this paper, an intelligent water dispenser automatic control system is designed by using a microcontroller as the core. Relevant signals are collected through temperature sensor, liquid level sensor and other sensors, then send them to the microcontroller for processing and control, and use the liquid crystal display for display. Temperature, effluent and liquid level can be controlled according to their own needs, so as to realize the intelligent control of the water dispenser. The intelligent water dispenser automatic control system designed in this paper has low hardware cost and easy operation in the use process.

In the automatic control system of industrial field, the production process monitoring and control process is dependent on Mutual coordination of various automation instrument, computer and corresponding actuators. The coordination is accurate or not, the key is signal transmission quality among those agencies. The application and selection of isolation device directly affect signal transmission. This paper discusses the application and choose of industrial site isolator from isolation principle, the principle and choose for isolator, commissioning and parameter selection based on practical application.

By the design of the visualization system of the LPG shuttle kiln, the friendly man-machine interface is achieved, which is helpful for the change, expansion and upgrade of the system. It is studied that the general schemes of the visualization automatic control system of the LPG shuttle kiln in this article. The choice of the hardware devices, especially the system nucleus units including temperature transducer, A/D or D/A intelligent module, RS232/485 converter, relay, actuator, etc, and the connection and control strategy of the hardware of the control system, is analyzed emphatically. A/D or D/A intelligence module, RS232/485 converter, relay, actuator, the joint and control strategy of the hardware of the control system, etc. With the widely application of the intelligence control system, the foreground of the visualization system of the shuttle kiln will be better and better.

Abstract Relevance of the study is associated with reduced energy intensity of the process heat demand by improving the systems and control algorithms of automatic energy management in buildings. This paper presents a system for power management of individual modules with interaction via the Ethernet, allowing measuring the qualitative and quantitative performance of network communication protocols of different levels of performance monitoring in real time. The difference of the developed intellectual automatic control system consisting of separate modules with interaction via the Ethernet, there is no separation devices for simple and intelligent - all the devices are intelligent, the controller is a separate module, and its functions are performed by the control unit.

Freshwater supplies on people's ships are a vital need that must be met during the ship's voyage. The distribution system used without control will be troublesome for the Crew, who are always in charge of controlling the availability of water in the daily tank and running the water pump. Water pump control equipment is used to help reduce the working time of the Crew and can improve the performance efficiency of the water pump. A buoy switch is a control tool that is often used, but the buoy system will be disrupted over time. An automatic control system using a water level sensor is not familiar to use to control the water pump. From the design results of this system is more efficient than the buoy switch. Its efficiency can be seen from the degree of sensitivity to changes in water level, as well as longer service life. This system can be used to control the work of water pumps without supervision or control of the Crew, thus saving more time and the availability of water in the daily tank remains available at all times.

Fuel oil reservoir filling and temperature monitoring can be done automatically using Omron PLC type CP1E N20DR-D 20 I / O with a ladder diagram program designed with the CX-Programmer computer application. And the input used in the form of a level sensor module and temperature sensor, while for the output in the form of a selenoid valve, 3 phase AC motor and buzzer. The level sensor functions to find out the high and low levels of the oil surface in the tank and the output is in the form of a selenoid valve module that functions as a valve for filling full oil, while the motor pump functions as a distributor fuell oil. And the temperature sensor module serves to detect the high and low temperatures or safe temperatures that are allowed at the time of distribution of fuel to the Truck fuel oil reservoir, while the output is in the form of a buzzer that serves as a source of sound or alarm markers. Based on the calculation results obtained that the error presentation of the two selenoid has the same value of 0%, while the level sensor, thermal sensor, and pump motor each have a presentation value that is almost the same with each other, so that the automatic control system of filling the fuel oil reservoir and monitorn the temperature can run smoothly.
