Abstract With the continuous development of urbanization in China, urban traffic problems are gradually highlighted. In the future, intelligent transportation system will be the most important method to solve the demand of urban traffic. The realization of intelligent transportation system requires real-time perception and monitoring of road traffic conditions. Fortunately, with the continuous development of mobile communication, satellite positioning, Internet of Things, big data and other technologies, GNSS, RFID, microwave, geomagnetic, video and other acquisition methods have been widely used in information perception in the field of urban traffic. Based on the concept of intelligent transportation, this paper constructs an intelligent transportation system based on Internet network technology, which has a certain guiding significance for the construction of intelligent transportation under computer network technology.

For large and medium-sized cities, the planning and development of urban road networks may not keep pace with the growth of urban vehicles, resulting in traffic congestion on urban roads during peak hours. Take Jinan, a mid-sized city in China’s Shandong Province, for example. In view of the daily traffic jam of the city’s road traffic, through investigation and analysis, the existing problems of the road traffic are found out. Based on real-time, daily road traffic data, combined with the existing road network and the planned road network, the application of a road intelligent transportation system is proposed. Combined with the application of a road intelligent transportation system, this paper discusses the future development of urban road traffic and puts forward improvement suggestions for road traffic planning. This paper has reference value for city development, road network construction, the application of intelligent transportation systems, and road traffic planning.

Abstract Cooperative vehicle-infrastructure is one of the most import developing direction of future intelligent transportation system, while digital twin system can record, reproduce, and even deduce the physical system, which could be helpful for the development of cooperative vehicle-infrastructure. In this study, we proposed a 3D digital twin platform of intelligent transportation system based on road-side sensing, a core component of cooperative vehicle-infrastructure system. This platform consists of real road-side sensing unit,3D virtual environment, and the ROS bridge between them, by receiving the sensing results of physical world in real-time, the virtual world can reproduce the compatible road traffic information, such as the type,3D position and orientation of traffic participants.

In Indian four-lane express highway, millions of vehicles are travelling every day. Accidents are unfortunate and frequently occurring in these highways causing deaths, increase in death toll, and damage to infrastructure. A mechanism is required to avoid such road accidents at the maximum to reduce the death toll. An Emergency Situation Prediction Mechanism, a novel and proactive approach, is proposed in this paper for achieving the best of Intelligent Transportation System using Vehicular Ad Hoc Network. ESPM intends to predict the possibility of occurrence of an accident in an Indian four-lane express highway. In ESPM, the emergency situation prediction is done by the Road Side Unit based on (i) the Status Report sent by the vehicles in the range of RSU and (ii) the road traffic flow analysis done by the RSU. Once the emergency situation or accident is predicted in advance, an Emergency Warning Message is constructed and disseminated to all vehicles in the area of RSU to alert and prevent the vehicles from accidents. ESPM performs well in emergency situation prediction in advance to the occurrence of an accident. ESPM predicts the emergency situation within 0.20 seconds which is comparatively less than the statistical value. The prediction accuracy of ESPM against vehicle density is found better in different traffic scenarios.

The research of using wireless sensor network to settle the problem of urban traffic has become a hotspot in the fields of intelligent transportation system. In this paper, a wireless sensor network model based on mobile agents is proposed. Since mobile agents have characteristics of autonomous collaboration and asynchronous interaction, this model owns the abilities of adapting to the dynamic network changes, reducing the network load and enhancing the data fusion. In the application of the model, the travelers can be guided to choose the right road line through calculation of the predicated value of traffic congestion, so the condition of the traffic congestion can be remitted in some way.

The paper considers algorithms for searching a maximum traffic volume of road vehicles in a traffic light cycle with a distributed intensity pulse and optimization of shifts under coordinated traffic flow control. Modeling of traffic flows have been made while using a computer program developed by the authors and it has made it possible to improve efficiency of traffic management by taking into account the distributed pulse of transport intensity. The paper proposes a model for minimizing total losses in road traffic during the integration of an incident control sub-system and route guidance for and an automatic road traffic management system as part of Minsk intelligent transportation system which has been studied as a tool for modeling a computer-aided design system "Backbone management". The model that minimizes vehicle delays, uses an algorithm implementing traffic flow intensity parameters depending on the time of day, days of the week. As a result of the simulation it has been revealed that the most effective parameter is an indicator of vehicle delays which does not always satisfy drivers trying to choose routes of their traffic which are based on a minimum transportation speed. However, from the point of view of managing an intelligent transportation system, it is necessary to choose parameters based on the requirements for minimizing delays on the road traffic network of the largest city in our country. All the proposed algorithms and models are used in the automatic traffic management system of Minsk city and will be used while creating an integrated intellectual transportation system of the city.

Intelligent transportation system (ITS) is the development direction of the future traffic system. ITS can effectively employ the existing traffic facilities and ensure the safety of traffic, urban traffic, and public security management for effective control in order to satisfy people’s travel demand. Therefore, the results of the system in-depth understanding and objective evaluation are very necessary. And it is frequently regarded as a multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issue. Thus, a novel MAGDM method is required to tackle it. Depending on the conventional multiattributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method and intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), this article designs a novel intuitive distance-based IF-MABAC method to assess the performance of financial management. First of all, a related literature review is conducted. Furthermore, some necessary theories related to IFSs are briefly reviewed. In addition, since subjective randomness frequently exists in determining criteria weights, the weights of criteria are decided objectively by utilizing the maximizing deviation method. Afterwards, relying on novel distance measures between intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs), the conventional MABAC method is extended to the IFSs to calculate the final value of each enterprise. Therefore, all enterprises can be ranked, and the one with the best environmental behaviors and awareness can be identified. Eventually, an application for evaluating the intelligent transportation system and some comparative analyses have been given. The results illustrate that the designed algorithm is useful for assessing the performance of financial management.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of "Intelligent transportation system" – ITS in modern society. The main world concepts of ITS development, which are aimed at the organization of road traffic in order to comply with road safety, are analyzed. The authors concluded that ITS is the most effective way to qualitatively solve road safety problems.
