Abstract In view of the problems that there are many well control risk points and the situation is grim of Xinjiang No.1 gas production plant, this paper carries out the gas well integrity evaluation and risk assessment, and establishes the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model (FCEM) of gas well integrity. This paper analysed the integrity status of gas wells in Xinjiang No.1 gas production plant, establishes the integrity evaluation index system with well barrier components, real-time dynamic index and management organization as the main influence factors, determines the membership function of each index, calculates the weight of each index by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and establishes the risk degree calculation model by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Quantitative analysis of gas well integrity. In this paper, a case study of a well in Xinjiang No.1 gas production plant shows that the model can quantitatively calculate the risk of gas well integrity and provide a reference for early warning of gas well integrity failure.

Scientific and reasonable evaluation of the comprehensive quality of higher education students provides a guarantee for the pertinent development of quality education in colleges, and offers an aid for students to determine goals and directions of development. Therefore, this paper first constructs an evaluation index system (EIS) for the comprehensive quality of higher education students, and then builds up an evaluation model for that quality based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE). The FCE algorithm was designed in details, and applied to a real example. The application results show that the FCE can scientifically evaluate the comprehensive quality of the students from multiple aspects and levels. The research overcomes the difficulty in the comprehensive quality evaluation of college students, and enriches the theoretical and practical results in this field.

Through the current situation survey of geological environmental disasters caused by limestone mining in Chongqing and combined with the principles of establishing evaluation index system and industry experts’ advices, we get the geological environmental impact assessment system of open-pit limestone mining which is consist of 7 dimensions and 25 indexes. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assign the weight of 25 indexes and based on membership functions of trapezoidal distribution to establish evaluation standard, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. According to the principle of maximum membership degree, we get the influence degree of the geological environmental system affected by the open-pit limestone mining in Chongqing. This model makes the impact on geological environment of limestone mining quantitative and plays a certain guiding role in the local environmental protection strategy formulation and geological disaster prevention.

The paper discusses the definition of interval number and basic algorithm. It also described the problem of interval ranking and introduced interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The model is more suitable for evaluation of many factors, weight distribution than the uniform case.Interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to judge the field of driver traffic safety behavior. According to literature reviews to establish the evaluation index system and set .Then determine the weight of different factors and required basic data by the expert scoring. Finally, the results of the evaluation model is excellent.The application examples explain that the method can effectively reduce the loss of information which with good results.

With the fierce competition under the background of knowledge-based economy, tourism enterprises are increasingly aware that they must turn their focus from traditional products to customers for the sake of survival and development. Integrating the customer relationship management and knowledge management, the customer knowledge management (CKM) has aroused higher attention from the tourism enterprises. As for how to determine the factors influencing the Customer knowledge management competence (CKMC) of tourism enterprises and their weights, an index system was established for evaluating CKMC of tourism enterprises based on the balanced score card (BSC) and knowledge management process, the weight design and consistency check of the indexes were implemented using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the overall evaluation value and concrete index scores at all levels were obtained via the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. In the end, the scientificity and operability of the evaluation model were verified through an empirical analysis of China Youth Travel Service (CYTS). The results show that: (1) The business process, customer communication, system support, and market performance are important level I indexes used to measure the CKMC; (2) The key Level II factors influencing the CKMC of enterprises include customer knowledge sharing mechanism, timeliness of customer communication, degree of importance attached by senior leadership, and customer acquisition rate; (3) The evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation method can objectively describe the overall up-to-standard degree of enterprises’ CKMC, and clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses. This research shows that the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation-based method is capable of more scientific and complete evaluation of CKMC, compensates for the deficiencies of single evaluation model, and provides a new method for the effective improvement of enterprises’ CKMC.

In order to solve the financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis problem, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used in this paper. By constructing evaluation index system and calculating index weights, the model can reasonably evaluate the financial risks of electric power enterprises. For illustration, an electric power enterprise example is utilized to show the feasibility of the model in solving the problem Results show that financial risk of the electric power enterprise is general. The paper provides a new way for financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis, and makes its research further perfected. Thus, electric power enterprises can control and prevent financial risks better.

BP neural network has been successfully used in the gas well productivity prediction, but as a result of neural network is sensitive to the number of input parameters, we had to ignore some factors that is less important to the gas well productivity. In addition, the existing various productivity prediction method cannot consider the influence of some important qualitative factors. This article integrated the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and BP neural network, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the BP neural network's input matrix, and BP neural network learning function is used to solve the connection weights, so as to achieve the aim of predicting gas production. This method not only can consider as many factors influence on gas well production, ut also can consider qualitative factors, so the forecast results of the new model are more realistically close to the actual production situation of reservoirs.

In the paper, we establish an evaluation system in the study of four aspects such as people, regulation, equipment and technology management, field management and engineering construction. We present an entropy weight multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in power plant security on the basis of reliability identification. Firstly, it identifies the reliability of power plant security evaluation system. Secondly, it can meet the condition that the system is reliable. Then it obtains the indicator weight of all levels in the evaluation system by the entropy weight method. Finally, it carries out a comprehensive evaluation in power plant security by the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.

Purpose There are thousands of areas excluded from using electrical energy in China. It is mainly because that these places, which are away from towns, have the characteristics of scattered living and low-power consumption and are difficult to construct the power grid. The utilization of energy in remote areas could improve the level of education and quality of life for people living in there, which has great social significance. However, how to choose the optimal power generation model quantitatively according to local energy advantages is a difficult problem. Design/methodology/approach To carry out a better assessment of the energy benefits of Chinese rural areas to assist the decision-making of energy utilization project, this paper takes Sunan Yugu Autonomous County in Gansu Province as an example. Four feasible energy utilization scenarios are proposed by analyzing its geographical conditions and re-source advantage, respectively, are photovoltaic power generation, biomass power generation, wind power generation and power grid extension. Based on the above scenarios, the evaluation index system of comprehensive utilization of energy in remote areas is constructed, and the comprehensive benefit of each model is evaluated by adopting entropy-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Findings Evaluation results show that the comprehensive benefits of photovoltaic power generation is the best, followed by power grid extension. Thus, preference should be given to the two models in the energy utilization in Sunan County. This evaluation model can provide a scientific reference for the selection decision-making of energy utilization project, which is helpful to provide the feasibility and efficiency of the construction of energy utilization project. Originality/value The authors construct the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system and evaluate the comprehensive benefits of different scenarios are by using entropy - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Then the qualitative problem can be analyzed quantitatively. The purpose of this study is to support the decision-making of energy investment. Simultaneously, the paper also has some practical significance in improving the credibility of the government and the quality of local people’s life.

The level and status of disciplines are the important indexes in universities. The evaluation of multiple disciplines plays an important role in the disciplines development. This paper mainly studied the problem of disciplines evaluation in higher education. Firstly, it established the evaluation index system with eight first-grade evaluation indexes, i.e., discipline construction, teaching award, research funding, the scientific research achievement award, team construction, scientific research, talent training, and initial investment, and then used the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to solve the weight of each index. Thirdly, it established a disciplinary evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and analyzed the rationality of the model. The study in this paper provides a new way for the evaluation of university disciplines.
