Metronidazole is the most popular representative of antiprotozoal medicines from the group of 5-nitroimidazoles. Metronidazole blocks the enzymes of alcohol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, therefore when its joint taking with alcohol it is observed the strong intoxication syndrome and fatal poisonings too. Therefore metronidazole can be a potential object of chemical toxicological investigations. The purpose of our paper is to develop HPLC/UV-procedure of metronidazole quantification with application of the system of HPLC-analyzer MiLiChrome® A-0230 implemented in practice of forensic medical laboratories in Russia and Ukraine and carry out step-by-step validation of the developed procedure. Chromatographic conditions: Eluent A (0.2 M LiClO4 – 0.005 M HClO4) and Eluent B (acetonitrile) wereused as the mobile phase components; HPLC microcolumn Ø2×75 mm and ProntoSIL 120-5-C18 AQ, 5 μm were used as an analytical column; temperature was 40°С; flow rate was 100 μl/min; gradient elution mode was from 5% to 100% Eluent B for 40 min, then 100% Eluent B for 3 min; detection was performed at 277 nm. Retention time for metronidazole is 5.95 min. Since metronidazole is easy soluble and stable enough in the solutions of diluted alkalis 0.001 M sodium hydroxide solution has been proposed for preparation of the solutions in developing HPLC/UV-procedure of metronidazole quantification. Validation of the procedure has been carried out in the variants of the method of calibration curve and method of standard by such parameters as in process stability, linearity/calibration model, accuracy and precision within 3 different analytical runs using different batches of reagents and different glassware; experiments have been performed by three different analysts. New procedure of metronidazole quantitative determination by the method of HPLC/UV has been developed. Its validation has been carried out and acceptability for application has been shown.

Abstract The functional connectome is highly distinctive in adults and adolescents, underlying individual differences in cognition and behavior. However, it remains unknown whether the individual uniqueness of the functional connectome is present in neonates, who are far from mature. Here, we utilized the multiband resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data of 40 healthy neonates from the Developing Human Connectome Project and a split-half analysis approach to characterize the uniqueness of the functional connectome in the neonatal brain. Through functional connectome-based individual identification analysis, we found that all the neonates were correctly identified, with the most discriminative regions predominantly confined to the higher-order cortices (e.g., prefrontal and parietal regions). The connectivities with the highest contributions to individual uniqueness were primarily located between different functional systems, and the short- (0–30 mm) and middle-range (30–60 mm) connectivities were more distinctive than the long-range (>60 mm) connectivities. Interestingly, we found that functional data with a scanning length longer than 3.5 min were able to capture the individual uniqueness in the functional connectome. Our results highlight that individual uniqueness is present in the functional connectome of neonates and provide insights into the brain mechanisms underlying individual differences in cognition and behavior later in life.

Asset management, as a global process through which value is added to a company, is a managerial model that involves major changes in strategies, technologies, and resources; risk management; and a change in the attitude of the people involved. The growing commitment of companies to sustainability results in them applying this approach to all their activities. For this reason, it is relevant to develop sustainability risk assessment procedures in industrial assets. This paper presents a methodological framework for the inclusion of sustainability aspects in the risk management of industrial assets. This approach presents a procedure to provide general criteria, methodology, and essential mandatory requirements to be adopted for the identification, analysis, and evaluation of sustainability aspects, impacts, and risks related to assets owned and managed by an industrial company. The proposed procedure is based on ISO 55,000 and ISO 31,000 standards and was developed following three steps: a preliminary study, identification of sustainability aspects and sustainability risks/opportunities, and impact assessment and residual risks management. Our results could serve as a model that facilitates the improvement of sustainability analysis risks in industrial assets and could be used as a basis for future developments in the application of the standards to optimize management of these assets.

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>Technological progress is something that can not be avoided in today's life. One of the results of technological development is the internet, one of its benefits is as a means of entertainment, for example to play online games. Online games themselves are not only played from computer games but can also be played on smartphones, online games are much loved by teenagers because online games themselves are a means of entertainment for them but most teenagers are addicted to playing online games. Online games themselves have positive and negative impacts, but if playing excessive online games can have positive impacts which are definitely addicted to playing continuously. The main study of this research focuses on the identification, analysis and design of Video Motion Graphic works and other supporting media. This design uses premedia media planning methods, playing media and media follow-up. Data collected through, observation, interviews, literature and website. The data is then identified, classified, selected, then analyzed using the 5W + 1H method and interpreted according to the text and context. The design of the social media campaign of the impact of online games for teens in the city of Palembang as a visual communication media which is part of the design discussion. This design aims to encourage adolescents to reduce and reduce the number of addictions due to online games especially teenagers in the city of Palembang in order to be able to balance between playing online games and learning to get achievements in education. </span></p></div></div></div>
