This type of quantitative descriptive research is carried out through interviews and filling out questionnaires to expert respondents. The results of the questionnaire showing strategic priorities, paired comparisons were carried out which were analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the study, which was preceded by the determination of three indicators consisting of a health, family and tourism protocol, resulted in 7 alternative strategies. Of the seven alternatives, there are three strategic priorities in a row which consist of providing communication, information and education (KIE) media regarding the prevention and control of Covid-19 in strategic locations in every tourist spot.

This study tried to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the weights of the criteria and sub-criteria to find the best supplier. According to QCDFR (quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness). This study took place in one of the biggest tile producers, ranks fifth in the world and the first in Indonesia. However, the company currently only uses quality, cost, and delivery methods to choose the best supplier of raw material, namely feldspar. This research tries to use the systematic method to find the best supplier based on the importance of the criteria. The method used the quantitative approach to enumerate the data to analyze the information.  The company analyzed six suppliers. The primary tool used in this research is a Super Decision Software version 3.2 to create and manage the AHP model, enter the judgments, get results, and perform sensitivity analysis on the results. The result found that Semarang is the best supplier. The company will choose Semarang to become the company's business partner compared to the other suppliers because Semarang has met the criteria that the company prioritizes the most. By having the best supplier selection, the company can provide the right material consistency and suitable material suitability.

This thesis is compiled to analyze supplier selection in Mayora Group, which is a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, with the object of research using Corn Starch as raw material for making glucose creamer on Kopiko and Torabika items. Based on the criteria that have previously been used by the company, the researcher develops the criteria, sub-criteria for supplier selection and supplier classification as well as consistency test from respondents’ answers based on the level of experience and competence of the 4 departments related to the procurement process of raw material imports so that priority suppliers are selected from the current existing suppliers. The determination of supplier selection criteria is calculated based on the weight of the criteria. This criterion weighting is applied through the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Based on the results of the study, 7 criteria are obtained for the supplier selection, in order of the highest to the lowest priority: Quality, Price, Document Completeness, Delivery, Service, Company Condition, and Geographical location. The value of consistency ratio (CR) in the pairwise comparison matrix of the criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives of the results of the respondent’s questionnaire answers is within the tolerance limit, so that it is included in the valid and consistent category.
