This health paper analysis discusses what experts think about the work of the COVID-19 vaccine in the human body. This study is part of general public health literacy. To facilitate the discussion, we obtained data through a Google search engine on many well-known publications concerned with health issues, especially the coronavirus prevention vaccination program. The publication journals we mean are Medpub, Google Book, Esavier, Sagepub, Academic research, Taylor and France, and several other publications. We managed this paper in a qualitative design for secondary data exploration. Meanwhile, our research efforts are carried out. Namely, we use data coding, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation to draw conclusions that can answer the questions of this study validly and reliably. The result is that vaccine programs function by training the immune system to detect and fight viruses and bacteria. Do this; pathogenic molecules must be delivered into the body to elicit an immune response. These molecules, known as antigens, can be found in all viruses and bacteria.

This article aims to assess the problems and prospects of the development and formation of music and art education given the impact of the pandemic COVID-19. Methodology. The research formed a model for the creative development of pupils and students of music and art education based on the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Skills for Jobs database. Results. Creativity is shaped by the hands-on activities of students, their music, and art education. Basic creativity skills are best formed through interdisciplinary collaboration toward STEM-education. Research shows that math skills, science, and engineering have a positive effect on students' creativity in hands-on product creation during art courses. Technical skills are important, but they stimulate creativity when students independently decide to use them in a specific, student-defined task. The novelty effect of technology is temporary in creativity stimulation, whereas the student's independent decision to use specific technical skills accordingly to a self-defined problem and task stimulates creativity in the long run. COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated long-standing challenges and barriers for arts and music education as well as ways to solve those challenges.

The nurse has an important role caring for the patient infected with the coronavirus disease (COVID- 19). It is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The virus can spread from the mouth or nose of an infected person in small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing, or breathe. These particles range from larger respiratory droplets to smaller aerosols. It is important to practice respiratory etiquette, for example coughing into a flexed elbow, and to stay home and self-isolate until you recover if you feel unwell. Most people infected with the virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and will recover without requiring special treatment. Older people and people with underlying medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, or cancer are more likely to develop serious illnesses. The goal of the research is to propose the best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the disease and how the virus spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by staying at least 1 meter away from others, wearing a well-fitting mask, and washing your hands or using an alcohol-based rub frequently.

The aim was to study the influence of personal factors on the index of individual biological aging in men and women of mature age who continue to work and those who no longer work. The participants were 347 people, including 212 women aged 56-65 years and 111 men aged 61-69 years. Measurement of biological age, relative biological aging index, assessment of subjective psychological age, expected retirement age, life path questionnaire. Biological age was estimated using a formula that included indicators of metabolism, the work of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and balance organ systems; a psychological health questionnaire was also used. The lowest index of relative biological aging was found in people who continued to work part-time. There is a relationship between the index of relative biological aging and one's characteristics. For men, the index was lowered by the following factors: changing the place of residence, continuing to work after retirement, a high indicator of the expected retirement age, and increased by living in a large city. For women, the index was lowered by the following factors: changing the place of residence, continuing to work after retirement, a high indicator of the expected retirement age, higher education, creative hobbies, studying after retirement.

The study is devoted to the analysis of social determinants of human health, their quantitative and qualitative aspects. The analysis was carried out according to the authors' methodology, which includes a comparison of the results of the questionnaire (subjective qualitative assessment) and the correlation analysis of social determinants with the life expectancy indicator. The Republic of Tatarstan, a dynamically developing region of the Russian Federation, where life expectancy is much higher compared to other regions (75.03 years in 2019), was chosen as the territorial object of analysis. The study hypothesized that it could be proved that social determinants were the most important component of health, and without them, its formation, maintenance, and strengthening would be impossible. Based on the results of the comprehensive analysis, the hypothesis was confirmed: 1) the qualitative analysis confirmed that the respondents were aware of the impact of social determinants on their health and identified individual indicators: the level of social security, stress, ecology, as well as immediate environment and working conditions; 2) the results of the quantitative analysis made it possible to state that health was affected by the following social determinants: divorce rates, environmental pollution, provision of medical services, construction rates and housing costs.

The goal of the study is to restructure society’s attitude toward the needs of the elderly. The article addresses the methodology of state social policy and possible innovations in funding and economic methods for public administration in the healthcare system for seniors. The novelty of the work is ensured by the concept of managed older age and a start-up proposal to create the State Direct Investment Fund “Senior Generation” functioning as an entity responsible for the development of the organizational foundations for gerontology and geriatrics services. The practical significance of the study lies in the optimization of the modern management model of care for the older generation and a philosophical study of age as a potential in management in both individual and societal regards. This strategy can serve as a basis for public administration of the healthcare system for the elderly accounting for the diversity of seniors as a social stratum.

Education of people with disabilities requires special attention because data from world organizations show that only 5% of people with disabilities receive a quality basic education. This study seeks to determine the possibility of improving the education of people with special needs through the use of ICT technologies during the covid-19 pandemic in continuing education, that is, life-long learning. Even though most studies focus on the possibility of using ICT in the education of children with disabilities and are subject to the formation of an inclusive digital space, the feasibility of using basic knowledge of people with disabilities during their profile education and self-development with the help of ICT through distance or blended life-long learning becomes relevant. A review of the literature on the problem of research shows that when ICTs are transformed due to the use of additional technical or software tools, people with disabilities have the opportunity to life-long learning, obtain a profession, develop in it and move up the career ladder. At the same time, ICTs can be used to learn foreign languages and acquire a whole range of knowledge in a distance or blended format.
