Along with the times, recently there have been found tool to facilitate human’s work. Electronics is one of technology to facilitate human’s work. One of human desire is being safe, so that people think to make a tool which can monitor the surrounding condition without being monitored with people’s own eyes. Public awareness of the underground water channels currently felt still very little so frequent floods. To avoid the flood disaster monitoring needs to be done to underground water channels. This tool is controlled via a web browser. for the components used in this monitoring system is the Raspberry Pi technology where the system can take pictures in real time with the help of Logitech C170 webcam camera. web browser and Raspberry Pi make everyone can control the devices around with using smartphone, laptop, computer and ipad. This research is expected to be able to help the users in knowing the blockage on water flow and monitored around in realtime.

Abstract We implemented a real-time report to distribute respiratory pathogen data for our 8-hospital system to anyone with an Internet connection and a web browser. Real-time access to accurate regional laboratory observation data during an epidemic influenza season can guide diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

Zoomify Image is a mature product for easily publishing large, high-resolution images on the Web. End users view these images with existing Webbrowser software as quickly as they do normal, downsampled images. A Flash-based Zoomifyer client asynchronously streams image data to the Web browser as needed, resulting in response times approaching those of desktop applications using minimal bandwidth. The author, a librarian at Cornell University and the principal architect of a small, open-source company, worked closely with Zoomify to produce a cross-platform, opensource implementation of that company’s image-processing software and discusses how to easily deploy the product into a widely used Webpublishing environment. Limitations are also discussed as are areas of improvement and alternatives.

Over the last years, with the rapid development of 3D Web technologies, such as Web3D, HTML5 and WebGL, have allowed complex 3D scenes to be rendered interactively, within a web browser. Compared to the traditional virtual training system, the traing system with WebGL, which requires no explicit installation plug-in and is able to achieve cross-platform easily, is getting more and more popular. This foundation has made it possible to build powerful the virtual acupuncture training system. However, designing and implementing a complete virtual training system using WebGL is not straightforward and complex. In this paper, the author presents a virtual acupuncture training system that using WebGL and Three.js 3D Engine. It can be used to learn acupuncture, and also give ordinary people a reference. Our experiment result shows that WebGL and Three.js 3D Engine can easily support the virtual acupuncture training system, and have a good response. By using this system, the trainers can be more familiar with the acupoint of the human body. At the same time, the trainer will improve his ability in acupuncture therapy. We also hope to provide some references for the development of the virtual training system.

With the continuous development of information technology, real-time audio and video communication is becoming more and more important in people's daily life. At present, there are a lot of software with audio and video communication function in the market, such as Tencent QQ software, wechat, nailing, etc. these software are developed with C / S architecture, and can not achieve cross platform and cross terminal. Users need to download the software to carry out audio and video communication. In view of this, this paper uses webrtc technology based on ice framework to realize the design of remote audio and video communication system, completes the internal network penetration, establishes the communication process between clients, designs room server and signaling server for conversation, and completes the design of remote network audio and video communication system.
