An expert system which is part of artificial intelligence is a computer system that is able to imitate the reasoning of an expert with certain expertise. An expert system in the form of software can replace the role of an expert (human) in the decision-making process based on the symptoms given to a certain level of certainty. This study raises the problem that many women experience, namely not understanding that they have uterine myomas. Many women do not understand and are not aware that there are already symptoms that are felt and these symptoms are symptoms of the presence of uterine myomas in their bodies. Therefore, it is necessary for women to be able to diagnose independently so that they can take treatment as quickly as possible. In this study, the expert will first provide the expert CF values. Then the user / respondent gives an assessment of his condition with the CF User values. In the end, the values obtained from these two factors will be processed using the certainty factor formula. Users must provide answers to all questions given by the system in accordance with their current conditions. After all the conditions asked are answered, the system will display the results to identify that the user is suffering from uterine myoma disease or not. The Expert System with the certainty factor method was tested with a patient who entered the symptoms experienced and got the percentage of confidence in uterine myomas/fibroids of 98.70%. These results indicate that an expert system with the certainty factor method can be used to assist in diagnosing uterine myomas as early as possible.

The digital transformation of processes and control systems in the last decade has been accompanied by the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the conditions for the safe use of intelligent technologies and tools for managing social infrastructure. The research methodology bases on an integrated approach, comparative analysis, and logical synthesis. The author suggests a philosophical analysis of existential risks of intellectual automation of social management and the mechanisms of their implementation, and also investigates the conditions for a safer use of technologies for intelligent automation of socially significant decisions. Generalized measures and search directions are proposed to reduce a number of risks associated with intelligent automation of control.

The following treatise surveys the issues and approaches for designing a computer system capable of reading, understanding, and writing technical reports. Recent progress in computer science and artificial intelligence research is used to specify the nature of the modules in the system. The processing of a sample text is observed during the phases of reading and writing a report on the origin of sunspots. The author advances some proposals for correlating syntax and semantics of English from a procedural standpoint. The discussion is illustrated with structural diagrams.

Abstract: In this article we discuss ways AI can be fruitful and inimical at the same time and consider hurdles in implementing ethics and governance of AI. We conclude with presenting solutions to overcome this issue. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a technology that allows a computer system to mimic the human mind. AI, like humans, is capable of learning and developing itself through doing tasks such as planning, organizing, and executing numerous activities. However, as we develop and expand our understanding of AI, there are a few advantages and downsides that should be addressed. Privacy and security are vital, but they conflict with the advancement of AI technology since computers and AI require a large quantity of data to Comprehend and anticipate outcomes. With the advancement of technology, we should be able to maximize security and eliminate the current drawbacks. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Autonomous, Machine Learning (ML), Governance, Ethics, Deepfake

In the near future, deep learning algorithms will be incorporated in several applications for assisting the human beings. The deep learning algorithms have the tendency to allow a computer to work on its assumption. Most of the deep learning algorithms mimic the human brain’s neuron connection to leverage an artificial intelligence to the computer system. This helps to improve the operational speed and accuracy on several critical tasks. This paper projects the blocks, which are required for the incorporation of deep learning based algorithm. Also, the paper attempts to deeply analyze the necessity of the preprocessing step over several deep learning based applications.

<p>When data on works of different authors are entered into a computer system, the computer analyses, synthesizes and generates a new (derived) work, if such a task or algorithm is given to it. Should computer generated works be considered creative and copyright protected? This issue is relevant in the modern age of technology, when computer systems, the so-called artificial intelligence, are becoming more independent from human influence as they evolve.</p>

Artificial intelligence refers to the ability of a computer system to perform human tasks (such as thinking and learning) that usually can only be accomplished using human intelligence. AI technology in education is allowing a degree of flexibility and customization that was never before possible. It is revolutionalizing schools and classrooms, making educator’s job a lot easier. It is poised to revolutionize education. This paper provides various applications of AI in education.

The integration of artificial intelligence into various aspects of daily life is developing at a rapid pace in Japan. Discussions to govern applications of artificial intelligence to the field of social infrastructure are also critical and need to match the rapid pace of development. However, the legal implications and risks of applying artificial intelligence to the management of lifelines such as drinking water supply and wastewater treatment have not yet been fully explored. This paper reviews the existing legislations and ongoing discussions on governance regarding applications of artificial intelligence to water and wastewater management. Based on the review, we discuss the ability of legislative frameworks in Japan to respond to the applications of artificial intelligence, as well as identifying potential gaps and challenges thereof, including access to accurate data, demarcation of rights and responsibilities, risk hedging and risk management, monitoring and evaluation, and handling of intellectual property rights. This paper concludes with key recommendations to national and local governments to support the application of artificial intelligence in the field of water and wastewater.
