The purpose of this research is to examine whether 1) brand image can predict loyalty intention 2) brand credibility can predict loyalty intention 3) brand credibility can predict brand commitment 4) brand commitment can predict loyalty intention 5) brand commitment mediates the effect of brand credibility on loyalty intention. Sample was selected using convenience sampling method amounted to 173 respondents. Data processing techniques using structural equation modeling what helped by Smart PLS 3.2.7 program. The result of this study shows that brand credibility, and brand commitment have significant effect to predict loyalty intention, but brand image doesn’t, brand credibility has significant effect to predict brand commitment, and brand commitment mediates the effect of brand credibility on loyalty intention.

In the industry of goods, the product is the primary brand. However, with services, the company is the primary brand. Branding is not for visible goods but also a significant factor of performance for services. The ability to educate consumers of their expertise and credence values before the order has contributed to the general awareness of the value of products in the service industry in relation to consumer preference. If the brand is an essential consideration in any campaign initiative, it is crucial to consider the meaning of its equity. Brand value is the confidence gained in a brand regardless of customer experience. Because of the strategic advantages of established and established products, brand value is significant. Brand equity can make a significant contribution to the visualization of intangible goods for service companies. Given that there is no research available, this study seeks to suggest descriptive brand equity dimensions in Pakistan's service markets. The history is regarded as Brand Loyalty, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Brand Perceived Quality, Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Credibility as antecedents of brand equity in services markets. This research is focused on the literature review and specifics are discussed. A systemic literature review approach for extracting the existing literature of desire has been used.

Purpose Travel and tourism is an imperative economic activity in most countries around the world. The industry has momentous indirect and induced impacts apart from its direct economic impact. The purpose of this paper is to test the applicability of brand interaction and perceived quality theory in the formation of brand trust, and the impact of affective commitment and brand trust toward advocacy intentions in the context of the Indian hospitality industry. This study also examines how emotional, and experiential hospitality brand relationship with the consumers can be developed in the emerging economies. Design/methodology/approach A total of 430 respondents participated in the study. Empirical evidence from depth interviews and data were garnered into a conceptual model. The proposed model was tested using structural equation modeling. Findings The findings reveal that perceived quality and brand interaction forms brand trust and trust is the key factor in establishing emotional (affective) commitment between the customer and the hospitality brand. The study also suggests that emotional commitment in customers help them in becoming brand advocates. The findings of the research will help hospitality brand strategists in developing successful branding strategies. Research limitations/implications This research examines the advantage of customers’ relationship and their meaningful brand connections in the hospitality context. The study establishes a relationship among antecedents of trust, trust and commitment which can lead toward brand advocacy. Originality/value The findings provide insight for hospitality brand managers in developing effective branding strategies for their organizations. This study inspects the advantages of cultivating meaningful brand connections and relationships with consumers in the Indian hospitality sector.

This study aims to analyze perceived quality towards brand trust, brand attachment, and brand commitment to smartphone users especially Samsung. The reasons why using perceived quality as a variable because it has direct role to the users that takes a parts of having Samsung smartphone. Non-probability technique was used for sampling and the population are Samsung smartphone users that has 18-24 years old range. Data were collected from 150 respondents which were selected using criteria of judgments that should has Samsung as their smartphone for minimal one year and students at Semarang.  Test method is a Maximum likelihood analysis with AMOS program version 21.0. The results showed that perceived quality variable directly giving positive influence towards brand trust, brand attachment, and brand commitment. Since three of the variables that have been influenced by perceived quality, one of the most influenced by perceived quality is brand trust. This paper attempts to provide an understanding of employee behavior among gen Y known as millennial workers in banking industry. This study provides insights into how internal brand management, brand commitment, job satisfaction shape brand trust, brand citizenship behavior, and intention to stay. Data were collected from 635 employees of public banking in Indonesia. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the model and the hypotheses. Findings reveal that internal brand management has a significant effect on brand commitment and job satisfaction. This study also found that brand commitment has strong impact on brand trust and brand citizenship behavior. Then, job satisfaction has significant effect on brand citizenship behavior intention to stay. The distinct of this study is the integration of brand commitment and job satisfaction for its effect on brand trust, brand citizenship behavior, and intention to stay of employees as well providing empirical support for their relationship within the context of banking industry.

Background: At the heart and depth of building a strong and prosperous brand in the marketplace, is brand orientation. A few studies have investigated the conceptualisation of brand orientation in relation to brand loyalty, as well as the involvement of brand commitment and brand trust in mediating this association in the business-to-business (B2B) environment.Objective: It is the objective of this study to examine the impact of brand orientation on brand loyalty and the roles played by brand commitment and brand trust in mediating the impact in the South African B2B environment.Method: Questionnaires were completed by 261 top and senior managers of a B2B organisation in South Africa. Structural equation modelling and smart partial least squares were employed in this study to examine the relationships between the constructs.Results: This study provides empirical evidence that brand orientation has a positive and significant relationship with brand commitment and and brand trust. Also that brand commitment and brand trust have positive and significant relationships with brand loyalty in the South African B2B context.Conclusion: This means that organisations that operate in the B2B environment should focus on brand orientation and develop brand strategies that recognise the importance of brand trust and brand commitment.

Purpose This study aims to understand how fake news can cause an impact on consumer behavioral intentions in today’s era when fake news is prevalent and common. Brands have not only faced reputational losses but also got a dip in their share prices and sales, which affected their financial standing. Hence, it is significant for brands to understand the impact of fake news on behavioral intentions and to strategize to manage the impact. Design/methodology/approach This study uses several branding and marketing concepts such as brand experience, brand trust, brand credibility, consumer behavioral intentions along with variables suggested by Elaboration Likelihood Model and Heuristic Systematic Model such as personal relevance/involvement. For fake news, news truthfulness, news credibility and source credibility are used. Findings The results of this study shows that positive brand experience, brand trust, brand credibility help in creating positive behavioral intentions for brands. This study shows that brands focusing on providing positive brand experience have a stronger brand trust and credibility and are affected less by fake news than those brands which do not emphasize on these factors. Practical implications This paper can assist brand managers in understanding the impact fake news can have on behavioral intentions of consumers. The managers can strategize such that the fake news affects their brands the least. Originality/value The authors in this paper attempt to fill in the gap in literature, which is to study how the fake news impacts the brands considering the credibility, trust and experience they establish with their customers. The existing literature discusses the generation and dissemination of fake news on social media and its impact on political scenarios and personalities. Also, studies explain the impact of fake news on the financial position of brands, but marketing facets are not tested empirically.
