Because of the appearance of mobile office and distributed office in Internet communication system, which has brought great opportunities for development of real-time and interactive online evaluation system. In this background, this paper designs an OPC technology which is compatible with multiple internet distributed interface, it can realize the distributed online evaluation. This paper designs a direct switching algorithm procedure of OPC with multiple interfaces, so it can realize the evaluation of interactive and real-time. About the model and the level, this paper uses hierarchical model to evaluate network. Finally based on the evaluation of ideological education online as an example, we conduct the performance of the Internet online system for practice research, it is found that the Internet online evaluation system has well real-time and interactive features, it provides the theory reference for the research of internet ideological and political education.

With the advent of the Internet era, traditional teaching forms, teaching methods and teaching concepts have undergone tremendous changes, and the teaching of medical information retrieval courses has also undergone good changes. This paper will explore the new teaching model of medical information retrieval under the Internet era from the teaching modes of PICOS, MOOC, SPOC, etc., in order to change the current status of poor classroom interaction and lack of high-quality teaching resources in college medical information retrieval courses, and improve the teaching quality of medical information retrieval courses and graduate students’ information literacy; and effectively change the traditional teaching evaluation system, give full play to the advantages of the network environment, and better innovate and rectify the teaching mode of medical information retrieval courses.

The Internet of Things is used to obtain the intelligent data to enhance the teaching flexibility. An efficient and effective mechanism is required for quality education in schools, colleges, and universities. After the pandemic worldwide, every organization worked online from home instead of on the site. The educational institutes started online classes using various platforms. The quality of education using online classes is affected by numerous factors, including hardware, software, and the internet. Therefore, in this paper, the quality evaluation of internet education using a regression algorithm is proposed. The proposed system optimizes the hardware design and functions of the client end of the internet education of colleges and universities. It determines the time response data sequence of the grey prediction model and ensures that the proposed scheme’s prediction accuracy is high. By adopting the logistic regression, the rules for the overall evaluation of the education quality are formulated. The database of the rules for the overall evaluation of the education quality of the internet of colleges and universities is generated. Experimental results show that the response time of the education quality evaluation system is about 1.3 sec. The probability of failure is very low than the existing literature.

Internet finance is a new emerging financial model, using the Internet as a platform, big data and cloud computing as the basis. Supply Chain Finance is the easiest way to enter Internet finance. The third-party companies or institutions can invest in Internet financial companies by integrating their industrial chain practices into designing the financial products to reduce credit costs and improve safety. At the same time, it will increase mobile Internet, big data and operational services. Also, it can make full use of the Internet financial platform to provide value-added services for higher and lower enterprise and consolidate the core status of the company in the industrial chain. However, an important issue that needs to be concerned during developing Supply Chain Finance is the construction of a system for credit evaluation. Due to the lack of a unified credit evaluation system, the development of the existing Supply Chain Financial companies suffers from difficulties. Many newly launched companies have difficulties operating due to the lack of a credit evaluation system. Therefore, proper and effective credit indicators are essential for the development of enterprises under Internet finance. From the micro perspective, it is conducive for enterprises to improve their credit under the constraints of indicators, and it can solve the problem of capital raising; from the macro perspective, it is conducive to the standardized development of China’s Internet finance and promotes the comprehensive economic development. Based on this, analyzing the model of Internet financial business and developing an enterprise’s credit index system is beneficial to the development of China’s Internet finance.

Transmission network is an important part of power system. The operation efficiency of transmission network is one of the important indexes of power system. At present, there is still much room to improve the efficiency of China's transmission network. There is a lack of a suitable system to evaluate the operation efficiency of transmission network. In order to effectively evaluate the efficiency of transmission network, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of transmission network operation efficiency and applies it to the actual power system. The test results verify the feasibility of the proposed index system.
