One-on-one online English tutoring provides equal educational opportunities for students living in remote areas. This study examines the learning satisfaction, attitudes, and grades of e-tutees receiving online English tutoring. Ten e-tutees and ten e-tutors participated in the study. The study found that the e-tutees were satisfied with their one-on-one online English tutoring and that they performed well on online English tests. In addition, evaluations made by e-tutors show their e-tutees learning attitudes were positive. Online English distance education not only overcomes the limitations of space and time but also facilitates e-tutees' learning and development.

Transmission network is an important part of power system. The operation efficiency of transmission network is one of the important indexes of power system. At present, there is still much room to improve the efficiency of China's transmission network. There is a lack of a suitable system to evaluate the operation efficiency of transmission network. In order to effectively evaluate the efficiency of transmission network, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of transmission network operation efficiency and applies it to the actual power system. The test results verify the feasibility of the proposed index system.

Volumetric liver segmentation is a prerequisite for liver transplantation and radiation therapy planning. In this paper, dilated deep residual network (DDRN) has been proposed for automatic segmentation of liver from CT images. The combination of three parallel DDRN is cascaded with fourth DDRN in order to get final result. The volumetric CT data of 40 subjects belongs to “Combined Healthy Abdominal Organ Segmentation” (CHAOS) challenge 2019 is utilized to evaluate the proposed method. Input image converted into three images using windowing ranges and fed to three DDRN. The output of three DDRN along with original image fed to the fourth DDRN as an input. The output of cascaded network is compared with the three parallel DDRN individually. Obtained results were quantitatively evaluated with various evaluation parameters. The results were submitted to online evaluation system, and achieved average dice coefficient is 0.93±0.02; average symmetric surface distance (ASSD) is 4.89±0.91. In conclusion, obtained results are prominent and consistent.

An online evaluation method of coal mine comprehensive level based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method (FCE) is proposed. Firstly, following the principles of fairness, systematicness and hierarchy, taking research and development, production, sales, finance, safety and management as the first level indicators, a set of multi-level evaluation indicator system of coal mine comprehensive level combining objective and subjective evaluation indicators is established. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the indicator system, the specific process of FCE of coal mine comprehensive level is given. Then, taking SQL Server as the database management system and C#.NET as the development language, a set of B/S structure online evaluation system of coal mine comprehensive level based on FCE is designed and developed. Finally, the proposed method is applied to Coal group PM for test. The application shows that the method proposed can provide an efficient and convenient online evaluation platform to evaluate the comprehensive level of coal mines for the Coal group, and the horizontal and longitudinal comparison of the evaluation results can urge the coal mines to maintain their advantages and avoid their disadvantages, which is of some significance for improving the overall competitiveness of the Coal group.

Course evaluations have become a common practice in most academic environments. To enhance participation, evaluations should be private and ensure a fair result. Related privacy-preserving method and technologies (e.g., anonymous credentials, Privacy Attribute-Based Credentials, and domain signatures) fail to address, at least in an obvious way, the minimal security and practicality requirements. In this paper, we propose, evaluate, and implement an efficient, anonymous evaluation protocol for academic environments. The protocol borrows ideas from well-known and efficient cryptographic approaches for anonymously submitting ballots in Internet elections for issuing one-time credentials and for anonymously broadcasting information. The proposed protocol extends the above approaches in order to provably satisfy properties such as the eligibility, privacy, fairness and verifiability of the evaluation system. Compared to the state of the art, our approach is less complex and more effective, while security properties of the proposed protocol are verified using the ProVerif cryptographic protocol verifier. A web-based implementation of the protocol has been developed and compared to other approaches and systems.
