In reporting road damage to the Palembang Bina Marga, the road broom team did still have shortcomings because the reporting that was done was not efficient because the reports in the form of photographs had to be printed first and then given to the officers in the bina marga. The purpose of this study was to design and build a road damage reporting system at the Highways of Palembang city with reports that in the form of direct report photos can be sent to the website and officers can display reports that have been received directly to the DGH field. With the existence of web-based road damage reporting using Google maps the API that activates GPS can make it easier to find location points about road damage so that people can immediately report via smartphone which was developed using web-responsive methods aimed at providing an optimal surfing experience in various devices and expected can help the government and the people of Palembang city in an effort to pay attention to the road conditions around. "Design and Implementation of Community Reporting Information System for Road Damage in Palembang Using Google Maps API". Dalam pelaporan kerusakan jalan Bina Marga Palembang, tim sapu jalan memang masih memiliki kekurangan karena pelaporan yang dilakukan kurang efisien karena laporan berupa foto harus dicetak terlebih dahulu kemudian diberikan kepada petugas di bina marga. . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem pelaporan kerusakan jalan di Bina Marga kota Palembang dengan laporan yang berupa foto laporan langsung dapat dikirim ke website dan petugas dapat menampilkan laporan yang telah diterima langsung ke Bina Marga. bidang. Dengan adanya pelaporan kerusakan jalan berbasis web dengan menggunakan Google maps API yang mengaktifkan GPS dapat memudahkan dalam menemukan titik lokasi kerusakan jalan sehingga masyarakat dapat segera melaporkan melalui smartphone yang dikembangkan dengan metode web-responsive yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal. Pengalaman berselancar di berbagai perangkat dan diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat kota palembang dalam upaya memperhatikan kondisi jalan di sekitar. Due to the complexity of the router, its professional configuration leads to the phenomenon that operation and maintenance personnel of the information systems can not be competent for the configuration tasks. In order to lower the practitioner threshold of their operating and maintenance personnel, a WYSIWYG router configuration software in graphical interface needs to be developed. With the reduced quality requirements of employees, the main functions of the router configuration are achieved. This article describes the development and design of this kind of configuration software.
