In reporting road damage to the Palembang Bina Marga, the road broom team did still have shortcomings because the reporting that was done was not efficient because the reports in the form of photographs had to be printed first and then given to the officers in the bina marga. The purpose of this study was to design and build a road damage reporting system at the Highways of Palembang city with reports that in the form of direct report photos can be sent to the website and officers can display reports that have been received directly to the DGH field. With the existence of web-based road damage reporting using Google maps the API that activates GPS can make it easier to find location points about road damage so that people can immediately report via smartphone which was developed using web-responsive methods aimed at providing an optimal surfing experience in various devices and expected can help the government and the people of Palembang city in an effort to pay attention to the road conditions around. "Design and Implementation of Community Reporting Information System for Road Damage in Palembang Using Google Maps API". Dalam pelaporan kerusakan jalan Bina Marga Palembang, tim sapu jalan memang masih memiliki kekurangan karena pelaporan yang dilakukan kurang efisien karena laporan berupa foto harus dicetak terlebih dahulu kemudian diberikan kepada petugas di bina marga. . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem pelaporan kerusakan jalan di Bina Marga kota Palembang dengan laporan yang berupa foto laporan langsung dapat dikirim ke website dan petugas dapat menampilkan laporan yang telah diterima langsung ke Bina Marga. bidang. Dengan adanya pelaporan kerusakan jalan berbasis web dengan menggunakan Google maps API yang mengaktifkan GPS dapat memudahkan dalam menemukan titik lokasi kerusakan jalan sehingga masyarakat dapat segera melaporkan melalui smartphone yang dikembangkan dengan metode web-responsive yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal. Pengalaman berselancar di berbagai perangkat dan diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat kota palembang dalam upaya memperhatikan kondisi jalan di sekitar. This developing area provides a very wide potential in the development as an area that has excellent products or development projects in Bandung. Cigondewah area has the potential to become this area as a creative industrial area that can support the income of the people and the city of Bandung. Cigondewah is one of the areas known as the Cigondewah environment and surrounding areas as a creative industrial area about the utilization of textile industry waste that sells the rest of cloth from factories around the city of Bandung. The area of Cigondewah grows and develops with the uniqueness of the community itself that will take advantage of opportunities from the textile industry, homes along the road corridor that turns into the shelter, the community into warehouses and shops to sell fabrics.It is also the aim of the government to promote and develop tourist areas Cigondewah for the future to be better again to enhance the identity of the area Cigondewah as a tourist area fabric shopping in the city of Bandung. This study aims to determine the development of creative industries in Cigondewah. Cigondewah Textile Tourism Area of Bandung City, especially Capacity Building, to show the identity and image of Cigondewah area as a textile tourism area in Bandung City. The identity of Cigondewah area which is currently called Cigondewah as Tourism Shopping Area Cloth. ABSTRACT  Related to the implementation of the Regional Regulation (Perda) about the increase in parking rates at the edge of the road prone to congestion in the city of Bogor ratified and entered into force on July 2, 2012, The first location that imposed this tariff is the Way Suryakencana and Jalan Siliwangi Bogor and the second location is the application of The Government through the Department trials Traffic Transportation (DLLAJ) Bogor City gets a reaction from the people around Jalan Suryakencana. Enactment of the increase in parking rates at Jalan Bogor Suryakencana expected to reduce illegal parking of vehicles in the area, which has been causing congestion. With parking rates that have been enacted many road users who park their vehicles in multiple and indiscriminate. The method used in this study is empirical juridical approach. The study, based on an inventory of positive law, the discovery of the principles of law and legal discovery inconcretto, which include observation of empirical operationalization of law in society. The conclusion from this study is the basis of the application of the levy Parking Services Bank Public Road, especially in the city of Bogor is Law No. 28 of 2009 on Regional Taxes and Levies and Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2012. Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2012 on Increase Rates Parking is not yet fully effective this is due to high payments also has not been matched with adequate services, the responsibility for the damage and loss still be a burden for the owner of the vehicle so that the functions and responsibilities of the government that deal with parking problems is questionable. Impact parking tariff policy to demand that any increase in the parking rate of 10 percent would result in a decrease in the use of parking of 0.7 -0.8 percent, increase use of public transport and cycling amounted to 3.71 percent of 0.9 percent. Southern part of Bali, especially the regency of Badung, in addition to having natural beauty and popular tourist attraction, it has a high potential for disaster. The fact is the coastline of Bali in the south is prone to tsunami because Bali is located close to the colliding zone between the Indo-Australian plate and the Eurasia plate, which presents the main source of local tsunami that could hit the island of Bali. This research undertakes the design and development of a Geographic Information System (GIS) that can provide information and socialization of potential tsunami impact areas and safe gathering places for coastal tourism area in Badung regency. This application is built web-based by using Google Maps API v3. In this Geographic Information System, users can identify potential tsunami impact areas, obtain information on evacuation methods in the event of a tsunami disaster and can find the nearest safe gathering places to do evacuation. By utilizing geolocation and direction services from Google Maps API v3, simulation of the nearest evacuation route has been successfully built. Evacuation is done by considering two possible evacuation sites. The first possibility is to evacuate to the nearest vertical high building, and the second evacuation site is away from the danger zone (red zone) and towards the safe zone (yellow zone or outside the yellow zone).

“Why do we have to pay the price of poverty? We didn’t create poverty, adults did.” This might be the sentiment of every child who is forced to work at an age when he or she deserves to go to school unlike the fellow kids who are born in a family that can afford to give them a decent childhood. Child Labor is the single most damaging impediment on the road to achieving the goal of development and the purpose of this paper is to show the obstacles that this social evil poses in the path to development. The study used Exploratory, rather unstructured research design and instruments such as case studies and life histories. The study indicates that the government of India has taken some strict measures to eradicate this evil such as the passing of the Right to Education Bill, illegalization of employment of children under the age of 14 years, schemes like “Sarva Siksha Abhiyan” (Education for all campaign), free afternoon meal and so on. But on the ground level their implementation is shoddy due to (as bureaucrats would put it) practical problems. The problem is of course, in the system but it has more to do with the mindsets of the people too. There are people who speak against child labor in India and back at their own house or office, many of them will have at least one child working for them. People need to realize that what a waste of talent and a major obstacle to a country’s development, Child Labor is.   Keywords - Children. Child labor India. Social evil. Illegal employment.

Management and management of data is one of the most important things for neighbor administrators, so data and information related to the notulency, attendance, financial and assets must be accessed quickly and precisely. RT 07 Hamlet Manggung is the government line that is closest to the Community. Currently the recording of data for Notulency, attendance, family cards and assets is still Manual and has not used any technology that improves effectiveness in data management pillars Neighbors. This system is built using Unified Software Development development method process (USDP), with the Unified Modelling Language (UML) modelling. In the inception phase all RT management data related to system requirements, elaboration phase is done to expand management system concept that already formed in phase inception, phase contruction done making management system, and in the transition phase is done to expand the system. Management. This maturation needs to be done to analyse whether the information system that has been made according to user needs. Then the system is built with the language PHP programming and MySQL databases using the Laravel framework, once it is done test system using alpha test and beta test.
