The goal of this portal is to provide Internet information and products relevant to the field of artificial intelligence in education (AIED). This large international community designs, develops, researches and disseminates intelligent computer tutors that dynamically estimate a student’s proficiency and motivation before adapting their responses. The AIED community has more than 1,000 members, including teachers who use these products, researchers who develop new techniques, industries who disseminate and evaluate new systems and students who pursue further academic training. Currently no portals exist for this community. A Web portal is a Web site that acts as a gateway to the Internet. It can provide information and links on a wide range of topics (www.netscape.com), or it can be specialized with a specific subject, such as a governmental portal.

With the vigorous development of the Internet information age, work efficiency can be improved by finding the information needed accurately and quickly. Therefore, it is of vital importance to make an ordering for the relevant information web pages that are provided by the Internet. This paper proposes a kind of PageRank algorithm based on matrix partitioning to complete the ordering of relevant information web pages and applies this algorithm in the calculation cases whose experimental results on the aspect of improving PageRank computational efficiency show matrix partitioning can reduce iterations and improve computational efficiency.

New technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics, machine intelligence, and the Internet of Things are seeing repetitive tasks move away from humans to machines. Humans cannot become machines, but machines can become more human-like. The traditional model of educating workers for the workforce is fast becoming irrelevant. There is a massive need for the retooling of human workers. Humans need to be trained to remain focused in a society which is constantly getting bombarded with information. The two basic elements of physical and mental capacity are slowly being taken over by machines and artificial intelligence. This changes the fundamental role of the global workforce.

The information age has pushed music performance into the era of music informance, in which information and performance are combined in an integrated way. The types of presentation formats and analytical information found in public music theory are ideal for music informance, and present-day explorations of informance on the Internet have a history of noted musical informants including Leonard Bernstein and Glenn Gould. In order to continue to be relevant and to thrive in our connected world, live and recorded music scenarios need to develop ever more innovative ways to enhance music performance with information effectively presented in music informance.
