Background: Agriculture is one of the most essential industry that fullfills people’s need and also plays an important role in economic evolution of the nation. However, there is a gap between the agriculture sector and the technological industry and the agriculture plants are mostly affected by diseases, such as the bacterial, fungus and viral diseases that lead to loss in crop yield. The affected parts of the plants need to be identified at the beginning stage to eliminate the huge loss in productivity. Methods: In the present scenario, crop cultivation system depend on the farmers experience and the man power, but it consumes more time and increases error rate. To overcome this issue, the proposed system introduces the Double Line Clustering technique based disease identification system using the image processing and data mining methods. The introduced method analyze the Anthracnose, blight disease in grapes, tomato and cucumber. The leaf images are captured and the noise has been removed by non-local median filter and the segmentation is done by double line clustering method. The segmented part compared with diseased leaf using pattern matching algorithm. Diluted India ink was instilled into the nasal cavity of mice and the lungs of some animals were fixed with osmium tetroxide at various intervals after one instillation. The lungs of other animals were fixed after 4, 7, 9, 16, or 18 daily instillations. The India ink was found to be phagocytized almost exclusively by the free alveolar macrophages. A few particles are occasionally seen within thin portions of alveolar epithelium, within the "small" alveolar epithelial cells, or within occasional leukocytes in the lumina of alveoli. The particles are ingested by an invagination process of the plasma membrane resulting in the formation of intracellular vesicles and vacuoles. Ultimately large amounts of India ink accumulate in the cell, occupying substantial portions of the cytoplasm. The surfaces of phagocytizing macrophages show signs of intense motility. Their cytoplasm contains numerous particles, resembling Palade particles, and a large amount of rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum. These structures are interpreted as indicative of protein synthesis. At the level of resolution achieved in this study the membranes of this reticulum appear as single dense "lines." On the other hand, the plasma membrane and the limiting membranes of vesicles and of vacuoles often exhibit the double-line structure typical of unit membranes (Robertson, 37). The inclusion bodies appear to be the product of phagocytosis. It is believed that some of them derive from the vacuoles mentioned above, and that they correspond to similar structures seen in phase contrast cinemicrographs of culture cells. Their matrix represents phagocytized material. Certain structures within this matrix are considered as secondary and some of these structures possess an ordered form probably indicative of the presence of lipid. The possible origin and the fate of alveolar macrophages are briefly discussed.

The following paper arises from a remark in a recent paper by Professor Baker. In that paper he gives a simple rule, under which a rational surface has a multiple line, expressed in terms of the system of plane curves which represent the prime sections of the surface. The rule is that, if one system of representing curves is given by an equation of the formthe surface being given, in space (x0, x1,…, xr), by the equationsthen the surface contains the linecorresponding to the curve φ = 0; and if the curve φ = 0 has genus q, this line is of multiplicity q + 1.

Physically quite dissimilar, the BY Dra and RS CVn stars have the common characteristic of extraordinarily high levels of stellar surface activity.The RS CVn group, as defined by Hall, consists of detached binaries both components of types F, G, or K. The orbital periods are from a few days to a few weeks, and the mass ratios are generally near unity. Spectroscopically, the stars are remarkable in that they show very strong Ca II H and K emission outside eclipse. Masses and radii are known for many of these systems; physical parameters indicate these systems contain a moderately evolved subgiant, with mass slightly greater than 1 M⊚. The ages (which may be verified by data on visual companions) are a few 10 years.In contrast, the BY Dra variables are late-type dwarfs, with spectral types ranging from dK5e to dM4e. The e designation indicates the presence of Balmer emission, which is generally visible in moderate strength at Ha and only very weakly present in the blue. The BY Dra stars do exhibit strong emission at H and K, however, and also show UV Ceti-type flares. Approximately 75% of the BY Dra variables are known as double-line spectroscopic binaries.

By permission of tho Council of the Royal United Service Institution I exhibit a small MS. entitled Ensignes, Trayned Bands, and Auxiliaries, 1642. It is bound in white vellum, and at one time had strings or laces for keeping it closed. Both covers have a simple tooled and gilt double line round the edge, and in the centre a curious figure drawn in ink. It represents a sort of satyr with a tail and feet like a dragon. The front of his body is covered by an oval shield bearing the arms of the city of London in red ink. The figure holds in his hands on each side of the shield a cornucopiae, out of which rise the heads of several serpents.
