Determination of Rice Prices to the Welfare of Petani in West Sumatra Province

The study aims to analyze the influence of rice production, crop dry grain prices (GKP), rice consumption, per capita income and the number of people moderated by rice prices that impact on farmers' well-being. This research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data. The study was conducted in West Sumatra Province in 19 districts / cities with secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Sumatra Province in 2013 - 2019. Data analysis uses multiple line regression with panel data.

Pengaruh Penerapan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Online serta Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Penunjang Medis

Hospital nowadays is demanded to be able to give a good, qualified, and as standard service to the society such as medical supporting service, training and education program application and working motivation which is one of the factors that can improve the performance of medical supporting employee in the hospital because the optimal performance of medical supporting employee is needed by the hospital a lot. This research aims to know about the effect of online training and education program application and also working motivation to performance of medical supporting employee in BaliMed hospital Denpasar. This research used quantitative approach. The sample taking technique in this research used proportional random sampling. The instrument of this research used questionnaire, the data analysis test that was used to solve the problem in this research was multiple line regression test. Based on the data analysis result, it is obtained that online training and education program application and working motivation have significant positive effect to the performance of medical supporting employee with the tcount of online training and education program application 4,568 and working motivation with the tcount 4,416 and also determination data 0,571 or 57,1% and the significance score 0,000 with α = 5 % (0,000 < 0,05), so the variable of training and education program and working motivation have significant and positive effect to the performance of medical supporting employees in BaliMed hospital Denpasar.

Multi-resonant piezoelectric metamaterials for broadband isolation of elastic wave transmission

This paper proposes a general method to design multi-resonant piezoelectric metamaterials. Such metamaterials contain periodically distributed piezoelectric patches bonded on the surfaces of a host structure. The patches are assumed to be shunted with digital circuits. A transfer function is designed to realize multi-resonance. The transfer function is derived only using the parameters of the patches. Consequently, it can be used to realize any type of multi-resonant metamaterial structures, like beams, plates and shells. The mechanism of generating multi-bandgaps by the transfer function is explained by analytically studying the effective bending stiffness of a multi-resonant piezo-metamaterial plate. It is shown that the transfer function induces multiple frequency ranges in which the effective bending stiffness becomes negative, consequently results in multiple bandgaps. The characteristics of these bandgaps are investigated, coupling and merging phenomena between them are observed and analyzed. Isolation effects of vibration transmission (elastic wave) in the metamaterials at multiple line frequencies or within a broad frequency band are numerically verified. The proposed multi-resonant piezoelectric metamaterials may open new opportunities in vibration mitigation of transport vehicles and underwater equipment.

The impact of hedonic shopping value, shopping lifestyle, and positive emotions on consumer purchasing decisions at Traveloka

Traveloka is an internet-based tourist information or travel application that allows users to search for and purchase a variety of products and services by online platform, including transportation, lodging, lifestyle, and financial services. Despite the fact that Traveloka is well-known among the general public, there is still lack of knowledge that tourism industry has not used it as promotional and sales media for its products and services. This research was conducted at Banyuwangi in order to determine the impact of partial and simulta-neous hedonic shopping value, shopping lifestyle, and positive emotions on consumer purchasing decisions at Traveloka. The SPSS Version 22 application was used to conduct the research, which included multiple line-ar regression analysis procedures, multiple correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, T-test, and F-test. Sample size of this study were 100 respondents based on purposive sampling. It showed that hedonic shopping value, shopping lifestyle, and positive emotions all have both partial and simultaneous significant impact on customer purchasing decisions at Traveloka, so conventional tourism industry who de-cides to join the Traveloka are expected to be able to offer and sell tourism products or services that are able to provide and adapt into consumer shopping lifestyles, for example by providing promotion, discounts, and cashback for tour packages or services. Therefore, the results of this research can be applied as recommenda-tion for tourism industry, especially for travel agents who has been joined Traveloka as a member so that they can be more competitive in this digitalization era.

Detection of Electrical Circuit in a Thin-Film-Transistor Liquid-Crystal Display Using a Hybrid Optoelectronic Apparatus: An Array Tester and Automatic Optical Inspection

In this study, we developed a high-resolution, more accurate, non-destructive apparatus for refining the detection of electrode pixels in a thin-film-transistor liquid-crystal display (TFT-LCD). The hybrid optoelectronic apparatus simultaneously uses an array tester linked with the automatic optical inspection of panel defects. Unfortunately, due to a tiny air gap in the electro-optical inspector, the situation repeatedly causes numerous scratches and damages to the modulator; therefore, developing alternative equipment is necessary. Typically, in TFT-LCDs, there are open, short, and cross short electrical defects. The experiment utilized a multiple-line scan with the time delay integration (TDI) of a charge-coupled device (CCD) to capture a sharp image, even under low light, various speeds, or extreme conditions. In addition, we explored the experimental efficacy of detecting the electrode pixel of the samples and evaluated the effectiveness of a 7-inch opaque quartz mask. The results show that an array tester and AOI can detect a TFT-LCD electrode pixel sufficiently; therefore, we recommend adopting the hybrid apparatus in the TFT-LCD industry.

ANALISIS PELAYANAN COUNTER CHECK-IN CITILINK INDONESIA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANTRIAN DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19

Tourism as one of the priority sectors that is developing in Indonesia has an impact on increasing number of air travelers in Indonesia. Air travel actors consist of various elements, one of which is tourists. During air travel, tourists need to go through the check-in process at the airport before they arrived in destination. This study aims to analyze the punctuality of the check-in counter service of Citilink Indonesia airline at Ground Handling company in PT Gapura Angkasa using the queuing theory and FIFO. Counter check-in services will refer to Ministerial Regulation Number 38, 2015. The quantitative descriptive method was chosen as the approach to this research. Services at Citilink Indonesia's check-in counters are analyzed using the multiple line queuing theory. In calculating the data, the queue observation is calculated, the queue time is recorded, and is equipped with an interview with the check-in counter frontliner. Based on the research results, Citilink Indonesia's counter check-in service at El-Tari Kupang Airport shows that: 1) The waiting time for air travelers in the queue is <20 minutes. 2) Service time for air travelers at the counter check at Citilink Indonesia per person is <2 minutes 30 seconds. The results of this study conclude that the Citilink Indonesia counter check-in service at El-Tari Airport, Kupang is in accordance with Ministerial Direction No. 38 of 2015. According to the result given, Check In Counter Citilink Indonesa has always been commited to give the best service quality for passenger, and obey health protocol while check-in process happens.
