During the design of operations of centerless intermittent grinding of surfaces there is a need to identify the natural frequencies of oscillations of the elements of the technological system of grinding. The method of calculation of rigidity, vibration resistance and forced oscillations of the elements of the circular grinding machine is offered in the article. Carrying out of experimental researches of rigidity of elastic system of the SASL 5AD grinding machine. We conducted preliminary experimental studies to measure the oscillations of various elements of the elastic system of the SASL 5AD grinding machine in the horizontal plane by piezoelectric sensors during grinding with continuous and discontinuous circles with different geometric parameters.

Natural frequencies of the four upgraded front searchlight designs were received in ANSYS software environment. In the first case serial front searchlight incandescent electric lamp was replaced by a LED group which was mounted on the one-piece cylinder backing. The second front searchlight design had the backing which was upgraded by a radial ribs and concentric rigidity ferrules. Analyze of the backing deformation character by vibrations with the natural frequencies established a number of design solutions which make it possible to raise front searchlight vibration resistance. By the front searchlight model were established that the natural frequencies of the searchlight with the one-piece backing appertain to the whole range of the train vibrations. Natural frequencies of the backing with perforation, rigidity ferrules, and radial ribs appertain to the low frequencies of the railway locomotive vibrations spectrum. On basis of devised methodology of analyze of the deformation and natural frequencies of the surface carrying a LED group the vibration-proof searchlight design was introduced and researched.

It is discovered that the vibration resistance of spindle systems needs to be improved based on the statics analysis, modal analysis and heating-force coupling analysis of spindle systems of CNC gantry machine tools. The design variables of optimization are set according to sensitivity analysis, multi-objective and dynamic optimization design is realized and its designing scheme is gained for spindle structure. The research results show that vibration resistance can be improved without change of the quality and static property of spindle systems of CNC gantry machine tools.

In this work there is carried out an investigation of tooth different pitches with the purpose to increase a technological system vibration resistance at processing by end mills with a variable pitch and using elements of an operation modal analysis (OMA). An experiment is carried out in the course of which there are performed tests for the level definition of vibrations and resonance frequencies of technological system oscillations at cutting by an end mill with a constant and varied pitch. The work results show that the average level of vibrations at the work with a mill with a constant pitch is higher than at the work with a mill with a varied one. The existence of some own frequencies in one direction for a mill with a constant pitch of teeth is defined that is possible in the systems with a great number of degrees of mobility. At the same time for a mill with a varied pitch the oscillations were observed only at one frequency of own oscillations in one direction. In this connection a possibility of resonance oscillations decreases. During the work of the mill with a varied pitch the vibration waves with different length appear on the surfaces of cutting. A developed physical model of a technological system oscillation process at the work with a mill with a varied pitch shows that with the increase of a circular pitch the resultant oscillation displacements decrease.

It is one of focus topics that metro vibration affects foundations and environments. Assumed that crumb rubber mortar can be injected into foundations to form separate vibration layerbecause crumb rubber mortar is with better ductility and properties of vibration resistance,the layer decreases the effect of transportation load on foundation. Different diameters and volumes of rubber power were joined into the mortar to form rubber mortar by experiments. Then their flow degree and strenghth were measured and compared with ordinary mortar. The result shows that the rubber with smaller diameters can improve flow properties of mortar. When the volume inserting is ten percent of total sand volume, the flow property is best. The rubber mortar with best flow property was conserved for twenty-eight days. The damp property and impact resistant were determined under metro dynamic load. The experiment found that when the volume inserting is twenty percent of total volume, the damp value was improved twenty percent with twenty-five percent of absorbing energy and better separate vibration property. Therefore, the separate vibration layer can largely reduce the effect of vibration from metro and decrease the settlement of foundations of metro.

With the purpose of realizing the analysis of mechanical structure dynamic characteristics and inhibit vibration and noise, combined with the analysis of a certain type of high speed sewing machines vibration characteristics, we carry on the concrete experimental modal analysis, and compare the results of the experimental modal analysis with the results of spectrum analysis. The analysis results show that the second order natural frequency of the shell is close to two octaves under the normal working speed of sewing machine and it will lead to resonance. Enhancing the structural rigidity and the natural frequency under this modal to avoid resonance frequency is the key to improve vibration resistance of the structure.

In order to meet the requirements of high stability, high vibration resistance, energy saving and environmental protection and long service life for the railway vehicle car lighting system, this paper designed a LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting control system suitable for railway vehicles car. Using IPC for the principal computer, microcontroller for the subordinate computer, CAN bus as the communication network. Multiple brightness sensor collect the brightness information of car environment. According to the characteristics that the LED is suitable for high frequency switch power, using PWM technology, the current though the LED light can be control. ATmega16 microcontroller as the control core can automatically to adjust the brightness of the car according to the change of external environment, it ensured that the LED light emitting uniform and stable so that this kind of control system has very high application value.

When the common cylindrical helical spring is used in high-frequency vibration sieve for slime dewatering, there are many problems such as poor vibration resistance, easy happening fatigue fracture, etc. In order to solve these problems, this paper uses the stranded wire helical spring as a support instead, and applies fuzzy theory method to get the optimization design. By selecting the design variables correlated with spring and determining the objective function together with the constraint conditions, the fuzzy optimization mathematical model is built and the optimum solution is obtained so as to achieve the perfect results of optimization.

This thesis proposed a method of testing the relative dynamic stiffness for the whole machine of the high-precision CNC. That is to cut the specimen, then to test the cutting force in all directions and the spindle vibration of the actual processing respectively. It can determine the relative dynamic stiffness of the machine. According to testing results of the relative dynamic stiffness and the structural characteristics of the machine, it can make a program to restrain the suppression vibration. Comparing the dynamic stiffness before vibration suppression and after, vibration resistance of the machine significantly has been improved which validate the effectiveness of the program.
