The article assesses the relationships between the morphological properties of agrochernozems and yield of peas on the plots, experience with different methods of basic treatment (moldboard plowing at the depth of 20 - 22, 25 - 27 and 14 - 16 cm, moldboard plowing to a depth of 14 - 16 cm, combined midwater moldboard, mid-water subsurface, surface to a depth of 6 - 8 cm and zero tillage) is inherent in V.V. Dokuchaev Research Institute of Agriculture of the Central Black Earth strip, in the fall of 2014. The research was conducted in 2015 - 2016, with the application of mineral fertilizers (N60Р60К60) and unfertilized background. The highest pea yields in the fertilized as the background, and without the use of fertilizers was observed in dumping plowing and especially in the variant with deep moldboard plowing, which creates in comparison with other ways of handling the best conditions for the growth and development of peas. The lowest yield of pea was obtained with zero processing. Apparently legalistic migrational-mizelial agrochernozems the Central Chernozem zone of minimum tillage in the cultivation of peas are not effective, what is evident already in the first year after the laying of experience with different basic treatments. As shown by the results of applying multifactor analysis of variance studied the mapping properties of the soil can have the same significant impact on the yield of agricultural crops, as options for the field experiments aimed at assessing the impact of various treatments on yield.

The most common method of statistical analysis in epidemiology is the retrospective analysis of infectious disease cases. Recorded in the system of Federal statistical observation they are not bound on specific localities, but to the areas of territorial bodies’ of Russian Federation Health Care Ministry and Rospotrebnadzor responsibility. In order to load the information into databases and use them in GIS, the spatial reference of statistical information to specific coordinates of suspected infection sites or to a specific administrative or specially designated territory having a spatial description is necessary. The aim of the work is to analyze the system of classification and coding administrative and specially allocated territories of the Russian Federation at various levels for the implementation of multifactor analysis of the epidemiological situation with the involvement of climatic, landscape, land management and other data, as well as to solve other problems of the territories spatial development.

The objectives of the research are to examine whether: (1) Peer Feedback Technique is more effective than Teacher Feedback Technique to teach writing for the tenth grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro; (2) the students having high creativity have better writing ability than those having low creativity for the tenth grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro; and (3) there is an interaction between teaching techniques and students’ creativity to teach writing for the tenth grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. The method applied in this research was an experimental study. It was conducted at the tenth grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. It consists of six classes. The Samples were two classes of six classes chosen by using cluster random sampling. Each class was divided into two groups (the students having high and low students’ creativity). The data were analyzed by using Multifactor Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test of 2 x 2 and Tuckey test. Based on the data analysis, there are some research findings that can be drawn. They are (1) Peer Feedback Technique is more effective than Teacher Feedback Technique to teach writing for the tenth grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro; (2) the students having high creativity have better writing ability than those having low creativity; (3) there is an interaction between teaching techniques and students’ creativity to teach writing in which Peer Feedback Technique is more appropriate to teach writing for students having high creativity and Teacher Feedback Technique is more appropriate to teach writing for students having low creativity. In short, the effect of teaching technique depends on students’ creativity.
