Hospital Information System (SIRS) is an integrated information system that aims to handle all hospital management processes, ranging from diagnostic services, medical data measures, medical records, pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical warehouses, billing, personnel databases, payroll, and accounting to the control management. Based on Indonesian Constitution No. 44 Article 52 year 2009, paragraph 1 states that "Indonesian hospitals are required to record and report all activities that occur within a hospital". On the Indonesia ministry regulation, PERMENKES No. 1171 year of 2011, Article 1 paragraph 1 states that "Each hospital is required to apply SIRS". Therefore Dr. Samratulangi Tondano District Hospital of Minahasa Regency in the North Sulawesi uses SIRS to improve employee performance in providing health services to the community. The paper discussed how to identify the impact of the use of Hospital Information Systems (SIRS) on health services. The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of the use of the SIRS system based on four indicators contained in the 2006 Human Organizational Technology (HOT-Fit) method in addition to the DeLone and McLean Success 2003 methods. By taking 150 respondents of SIRS users randomly, data were collected and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software.The four hypotheses derived from three components namely "Technology", "Human" and "Organization" have a positive impact and provide a net benefit to the use of the system. In short, the majority of users SIRS only focuses on functions for registration and administration rather than clinical functions. The availability of IT units and IT personnel influences the use of SIRS as well.

Abstract — Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) atau Geographic Information System (GIS) adalah sebuah sistem yang didesain untuk menangkap, menyimpan, memanipulasi, menganalisa, mengatur dan menampilkan seluruh jenis data geografis, misalnya informasi-informasi yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam, maka informasi geografis akan berisi mengenai lokasi suatu daerah dan informasi mengenai sumber daya alam yang terkandung pada daerah tersebut. Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud merupakan salah satu daerah terpencil yang berada di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia yang berbatasan dengan daerah Davao del Sur, Filipina disebelah utara, Ibu Kota Melonguane. Dengan merancang dan membagun sistem informasi geografis mengenai potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud berbasis web, dapat memberikan informasi data-data potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dalam membuat suatu sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP, HTML dan MYSQL. Kata kunci — GIS, Potensi, SDA, SIG, Talaud, Web. Abstract — System Information Geographic (SIG) or Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, organize and display all types of geographic data, such as information relating to natural resources, geographical information will contain the location of an area and information about the natural resources it contained in the area. Talaud islands Districts is one of the remote areas located in North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia bordering the Davao del Sur, Philippines region to the north, of capital Melonguane. By designing and Building geographic information system on the potential of natural resources in the web based talaud island district, can provide information of potential natural resource data in Talaud Islands District. Abstrak - Perkembangan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) yang ada di Sulawesi Utara sangat diharapkan keberadaannya dalam menciptakan dan memproduksi hasil karya suatu daerah melalui teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, potensi dari UKM yang ada di Sulawesi Utara diharapkan dapat bersaing dengan produk luar dalam mempromosikan produk lokal dalam negeri. Sistem informasi produk unggulan daerah usaha kecil menengah berbasis website dapat difungsikan untuk mengakses berbagai produk unggulan dengan bermacam kategori yang disediakan agar membantu anggota UKM dan masyarakat dalam mencari dan mempromosikan produk unggulan daerah. Metode rancang bangun sistem informasi produk unggulan daerah usaha kecil menengah adalah rapid application development (RAD) yang tujuan utamanya memenuhi harapan dari pengguna dengan waktu yang relatif singkat dan menghasilkan kualitas sistem yang lebih baik, sedangkan objek penelitiannya dilaksanakan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.  Kata Kunci : UKM, sistem informasi, media promosi, produk unggulan daerah, website, rapid application development. Abstract - The development of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in North Sulawesi is expected to exist in creating and producing the work of an area through information technology. Therefore, the potential of SMEs in North Sulawesi is expected to be able to compete with outside products in promoting local products. With the establishment of a superior product information system in the area of website-based small and medium enterprises, it can be used to access a variety of superior products with various categories provided to help SME members and the public in finding and promoting regional superior products. The design method of the superior product information system for small and medium enterprises is rapid application development (RAD) whose main purpose is to meet the expectations of users in a relatively short time and produce better system quality, while the object of research is carried out at the North Sulawesi Industry and Trade Office. Keywords : information system, promotion media, rapid application development, regional superior produts, SME, website.

Ekowisata Wisata Bawah Laut adalah salah satu program studi di Politeknik Negeri Manado yang salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk mendukung dunia pariwisata di Indonesia Khususnya di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Pengolahan Data selam pada Program Studi Ekowisata Bawah Laut selama ini dilakukan dengan cara mencatat di buku.  Menyelam dimana, perangkat yang digunakan, waktu penyelaman dan hal lain yang menyangkut penyelaman dilakukan dengan cara mencatat.  Kebutuhan akan pengolahan data peyelaman berbasis komputer dirasakan sangat mendesak.  Selain untuk kebutuhan perekaman data, memproses dan dalam melaporkan kegiatan perkuliahan. Tujuan perancangan sistem informasi selam Program Studi Ekowisata Bawah Laut adalah merancang dan membuat sistem pengolahan data penyelaman berbasis komputer sehingga pengolahan data penyelaman yang selama ini dilakukan dengan cara mencatat di buku akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi baik untuk merekam, memproses data dan menghasilkan informasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, dimulai dengan tahapan penetapan kebutuhan sistem, desain, implementasi dan pengujian unit, integrasi dan pengujian sistem kemudian tahapan operasi dan perawatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Perangkat Lunak Sistem informasi selam pada program studi ekowisata bawah laut Politeknik Negeri ManadoUnderwater Tourism Ecotourism is one of the study programs in the Manado State Polytechnic which one supports to support the world of tourism in Indonesia, especially in North Sulawesi Province. Diving Data Processing in the Underwater Ecotourism Study Program so far has been done by recovering in books. Diving where, equipment used, time diving and other things that save diving is done by recovering. The need for computer-based dive data processing was received very satisfactorily. In addition to the purposes of data recording, processing and reporting of lecture activities. The purpose of designing an information system for the Underwater Ecotourism Study Program is to organize and create a computer-based diving data processing system for data processing diving which has been done by updating books to be carried out using good applications to assist, process data and produce information. The method used to build the system using the waterfall method, starting with the stages of determining the system requirements, design, implementation and unit testing, integration and testing of the system begins the operation and maintenance stages. This study aims to determine the role of accounting information systems in disbursing funds in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sulawesi Province. The method used in this writing is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study can be seen that the importance of accounting information systems for the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sulawesi Province. The organization and management of the sports tournament relate to the sports competition area of mission in each aspect. Taking the competition as a core, it is essential to establish sports tournament information system with the personnel registration, result processing, the audience services ,the competition information and data sharing etc. In this paper ,GIS-Based Sports Tournament Information System plays an important role in Digital Sport construction. This system is under the support of the geographic information system, network system, communication system and the database system. So it can provide the multi-source and multi-level data and information for the organization and management sections of the sports and games. The successful construction and realization of the system can enhance the sports tournament organization and management efficiency.
