Abstract — Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) atau Geographic Information System (GIS) adalah sebuah sistem yang didesain untuk menangkap, menyimpan, memanipulasi, menganalisa, mengatur dan menampilkan seluruh jenis data geografis, misalnya informasi-informasi yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam, maka informasi geografis akan berisi mengenai lokasi suatu daerah dan informasi mengenai sumber daya alam yang terkandung pada daerah tersebut. Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud merupakan salah satu daerah terpencil yang berada di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia yang berbatasan dengan daerah Davao del Sur, Filipina disebelah utara, Ibu Kota Melonguane. Dengan merancang dan membagun sistem informasi geografis mengenai potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud berbasis web, dapat memberikan informasi data-data potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dalam membuat suatu sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP, HTML dan MYSQL. Kata kunci — GIS, Potensi, SDA, SIG, Talaud, Web. Abstract — System Information Geographic (SIG) or Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, organize and display all types of geographic data, such as information relating to natural resources, geographical information will contain the location of an area and information about the natural resources it contained in the area. Talaud islands Districts is one of the remote areas located in North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia bordering the Davao del Sur, Philippines region to the north, of capital Melonguane. By designing and Building geographic information system on the potential of natural resources in the web based talaud island district, can provide information of potential natural resource data in Talaud Islands District. Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Persebaran Data Alumni Berbasis Website GIS (Geographic Information System) Pada Politeknik Sains dan Teknologi Wiratama Maluku Utara.Politeknik Sains dan Teknologi Wiratama Maluku Utara merupakan kampus Swasta yang berlokasi di Kota Ternate, Kelurahan Jati Ternate Selatan, yang setiap tahun memiliki lulusan alumni dan data alumni yang cukup banyak, tetapi data tersebut kurang dimaksimalkan karena tidak diolah lebih lanjut untuk menjadi informasi dan pada saat ini khususnya bagi kalangan  mahasiswa kurang mengetahui informasi persebaran alumni secara spesifik karena belum adanya  sistem yang melakukan hal tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dapat memanfaatkan teknologi Geographic Information System (GIS), dimana GIS memiliki kemampuan untuk menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk grafis dengan menggunakan peta sebagai antar muka, sehingga persebaran alumni dapat diketahui secara spesifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Data Alumni Berbasis Website GIS (Geographic Information System) Pada Politeknik Sains dan Teknologi Wiratama Maluku Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikampus Politeknik Sains dan Teknologi Wiratama Maluku Utara. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan  dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah mahasiswa wiratama  untuk mengetahui sistem persebaran alumni wiratama.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Data Alumni, Berbasis Web GISAbstract: Alumnus Data Distribution Information System Based on GIS Website (Geographic Information System) at the North Maluku Wiratama Science and Technology Polytechnic. The North Maluku Wiratama Polytechnic of Science and Technology is a Private campus located in Ternate City, Jati Ternate District, South Ternate, which annually has a large number of alumni graduates and alumni data. However, the data is not maximized because it is not processed more further to be informed and, mainly, for students not knowing information about alumni's specific distribution. After all, there is no system to do this. To overcome these problems, we can utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology, where GIS can present information in graphical form using maps as an interface so that alumni's distribution can be explicitly known. This study aims to develop a GIS Web-Based Alumni Data Information System (Geographic Information System) at the North Maluku Wiratama Science and Technology Polytechnic. This research was carried out at the North Maluku Wiratama Science and Technology Polytechnic. Research data collection using documentation and interviews. This study's results can help and make it easier for Wiratama students to find out the distribution systems of Wiratama alumni.Keywords: Information Systems, Alumni Data, Gis Web-Based

One of the most common cases of disease in Indonesia is dengue hemorrhagic fever. Jombang region is one of the areas whose people are infected with dengue fever because every year there must be cases and cases that occur is also high. Various efforts have been made to prevent the spread of the disease. Among the 3M program (Drain, Closing, and Bury), fumigation (fogging) in each area that is endemic DHF. But still there are victims, even increasing from the years. From these problems is also required system capable of providing relief. With this problem then built a Web-Based Geographic Information System that can help people to know the actual spread of dengue fever. Geographic Information System is a collection of computer systems that store, process, manipulate, analyze geography data into quality information related to geographic objects. Within the Geographic Information System itself there are two important elements of Geographic Data used as a reference for attribute data, and the attribute data itself used to support spatial or geographical information. The design of the map to be displayed in this application using Google Maps API, while the methodology in the development of this system using waterfall method that includes system analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. In making this Web-based Geographic Information System uses MySQL as database to store the required data and use PHP as the programming language. The purpose of making Geographic Information System is to help Jombang District Health Office in providing information to the community about the spread of dengue fever so that it can reduce the number of patients each year. This study introduces a Geographic Information System (GIS) WEB-based terrestrial TV to the community in facilitating the people to find the desired direction of the TV broadcast. To find a way to do a television broadcast signal sender to determine the location and the location of the signal receiver terrestrial tv stations then calculate the latitude and longitude coordinates vector of both locations. With the study of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) terrestrial TV broadcasting can be taken into consideration in terrestrial TV broadcasting and information to the public about Web-based terrestrial TV broadcasting in Padang.

Geographical Information System is an information system that is specialized in processing data that has spatial information (spatial reference). In a narrower sense, a Geographical Information System is a computer system that has the ability to build, store, manage and display geographic information, for example, data that is identified according to its location in a database. The purpose of this geographic information system is to find out information on the location of the distribution of pharmacies and drug data information in East Kotawaringin, so as to help people and people who are not native to East Kotawaringin. The development of a web-based pharmacy geographic information system in East Kotawaringin uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database system.

The result of this research is a web-based WebGIS or Geographic Information System design using ArcGIS software, then input into ArcGIS online and system development using the Unified Process (UP). Geographic information system for mapping the area using Arcgis (Case Study of the Location of Religious Community Organizations in Palembang City) in its use, this Web-based GIS aims to facilitate various parties, especially KESBANGPOL Palembang City and KEMENAG Palembang in mapping the distribution of CSOs, especially in this case is Religious categories that have been registered and types    the information. With the geographical information system mapping the location of religious organizations, it is hoped that it will be useful and assist in knowing the layout of the location and information for these organizations so that the delivery of information becomes more effective.

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

This paper introduces CurvS, a web-based tool for researchers and analysts that automatically extracts, visualizes, and analyzes roadway horizontal alignment information using readily available geographic information system roadway centerline data. The functionalities of CurvS are presented along with a brief background on its methodology. The validation of its estimation results are presented using actual horizontal alignment data from two different roadway types: Route 83, a two-lane two-way rural roadway in New Jersey and I-80, a freeway segment in Nevada. Different metrics are used for validation. These are identification rates of curved and tangent sections, overlap ratio of curved and tangent sections between estimated and actual horizontal alignment data, and percent fit of curve radii. The validation results show that CurvS is able to identify all the curves on these two roadways, and the estimated section lengths are significantly close to the actual alignment data, especially for the I-80 freeway segment, where 90% of curved length and 94% of tangent section length are correctly matched. Even when curves have small central angles, such as the ones in Route 83, CurvS’s estimations covers 71% of curved length and 96% of tangent section length.
