Abstrak - Perkembangan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) yang ada di Sulawesi Utara sangat diharapkan keberadaannya dalam menciptakan dan memproduksi hasil karya suatu daerah melalui teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, potensi dari UKM yang ada di Sulawesi Utara diharapkan dapat bersaing dengan produk luar dalam mempromosikan produk lokal dalam negeri. Sistem informasi produk unggulan daerah usaha kecil menengah berbasis website dapat difungsikan untuk mengakses berbagai produk unggulan dengan bermacam kategori yang disediakan agar membantu anggota UKM dan masyarakat dalam mencari dan mempromosikan produk unggulan daerah. Metode rancang bangun sistem informasi produk unggulan daerah usaha kecil menengah adalah rapid application development (RAD) yang tujuan utamanya memenuhi harapan dari pengguna dengan waktu yang relatif singkat dan menghasilkan kualitas sistem yang lebih baik, sedangkan objek penelitiannya dilaksanakan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.  Kata Kunci : UKM, sistem informasi, media promosi, produk unggulan daerah, website, rapid application development. Abstract - The development of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in North Sulawesi is expected to exist in creating and producing the work of an area through information technology. Therefore, the potential of SMEs in North Sulawesi is expected to be able to compete with outside products in promoting local products. With the establishment of a superior product information system in the area of website-based small and medium enterprises, it can be used to access a variety of superior products with various categories provided to help SME members and the public in finding and promoting regional superior products. The design method of the superior product information system for small and medium enterprises is rapid application development (RAD) whose main purpose is to meet the expectations of users in a relatively short time and produce better system quality, while the object of research is carried out at the North Sulawesi Industry and Trade Office. Keywords : information system, promotion media, rapid application development, regional superior produts, SME, website.

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

The patner of this program is Paguyuban Batik Tulis Giriloyo Wukirsari village Imogiri Bantul Yogyakarta.Paguyuban has two problems: recording the transaction manually and didnot match with acoounting standart for  SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). Paguyuban doesn’t have an apllication as an information management system. Information System is a tool of human in storing, processing, and organizing data. The Sophistication of information systems will accelerate the processing and management of data. Based on above, this  devotion program is  empowerment,strengthening  understanding and technical capability of accounting process  related preparing financial statement easily.and accurate. The developing information systems appication that will be used in SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) to obtain report of sale, report of inventory based database Access application effectively and relevance.The model of this devotion was descriptive qualitatif which measure target quantity, efficient system quality, and timeliness of preparing finanacial statement.Based on quesionare feedback from participant we got 74% of participant stated that application implementationwas easily. Effectiveness is measured by timeliness of financial reporting.The result show that financial reporting can be disclosured on time dan improve the quality of it.The results above indicate that the access database applications as information needed by  Wukirsari batik group community.to improve their performances Keywords: Effectiveness, management information system, small and medium enterprises, Empowering knowledge of accounting

At this time, small and medium enterprises play an important role in improving the economy of Indonesia, in terms of business number, job creation, and growth of national Economy. At this time many small, and medium enterprises are still in the manual recording process of financial transactions and financial reporting. The objective of this study is to develop an accounting information system method with Rapid Application Development (RAD) for SME as to answer whether there is an increased quality of information system in SME. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The small business enterprises are dominated by human resources. 2). Many of the owners of the small business enterprises do not understand the accounting and financial report system well. They operate with manual and conservative descriptions with a simple book noted. They have not known or have not been accustomed to computerized accounting system as well as have not known whether or not it is useful to support their business continuity. 3) Personal expenses and operational expenses paid by using the same sources.

- Southeast Moluccas Regency is a districts in Moluccas Province that  is  rich in marine fisheries resources, especially pelagic fish, seaweed, and demersal fish. Knowledge of information fisheries resources by fishermen and the community in general in the regions is still low, because the unavailability of easy information media  to access information about  fisheries resources in this area. The research aims to design an information system of  fisheries resources inventory to improve the performance of the Southeast Moluccas Regency Government to inform and process data on  fisheries resources. System design method uses RAD (Rapid Application Development). System design tools use UML (Unified Modeling Language), to make applications using the PHP(Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and MySQL as the database. Information System for Fisheries Resources  has been tested using the blackbox method, the results show the  system runs as expected. This system can display information on Southeast Moluccas Regency  Fisheries Resources informally to the public and  can be used as a tool for local governments to improve performance for presentation and  processing of data and information in the  marine  and fisheries sector.  Keywords: Information Systems,Inventory,  Fisheries, RAD, UML

One example of the growing information technology today is mobile learning, mobile learning which refers to mobile technology as a learning medium. Mobile learning is learning that is unique for each student to access learning materials anywhere, anytime. Mobile learning is suitable as a model of learning for the students to make it easier to get an understanding of a given subject, such as math is pretty complicated and always using formulas.The design method that I use is the case study method, namely, learning, searching and collecting data related to the study. While the development of engineering design software application programs that will be used by the author is the method of Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of 4 stages: Requirements Planning Phase, User Design Phase, Construction Phase and Phase Cotuver.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Small and medium enterprises are businesses run by a person / group of people to build a business. To run it you should use financial statements with an accounting information system. Because, using financial statements can find out the advantages and disadvantages of the business being run. When starting a business, we must find out the strategic place and market share that will become the place of business to run. By doing all that is needed we can do business well. Through this research, it was explained how to run a business by getting a loan from the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises and ways to obtain these loans.
