Investigation of the influence of the peculiarities of raw material composition and structure of traditional and innovative linen textile materials on their hygienic properties. Theoretical and experimental investigations are based on the main positions of textile materials science. In experimental studies, modern standardized methods for determining the hygienic properties of textile materials were used, as well as techniques specially developed taking into account the peculiarities of the operating conditions of underwear. The peculiarities of the operating conditions and the basic functions of hospital underwear were determined. The comparative analysis of hygienic properties of traditional and modern fabrics for underwear was carried out. Using the standardized and the developed methods, adapted to the peculiarities of the conditions of use of the products, the indicators characterizing the processes of water absorption of the materials were experimentally determined. On the basis of the obtained values of quality indicators, a comprehensive assessment of the ability of materials to transfer moisture and air, with the calculation of the arithmetic complex quality index was done. This allowed to determine the material that is optimal in properties, which provides thermophysiological comfort when operating hospital underwear. Using the developed methods, which take into account the specifics of the operating conditions, a comparative analysis of the hygienic properties of traditional and innovative materials for underwear was carried out. A new range of textile materials for underwear has been proposed, taking into account the peculiarities of the operational situation of consumption.

In this paper, the design, simulations, and experimental results related to new analog circuits for voltage controlled synthetic inductors (VCSI) are presented. The new circuits based on a generalized impedance converter (GIC) are proposed for adaptive resonant piezoelectric shunt damping. The VCSIs are implemented using (1) an analog multiplier and (2) an operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) as voltage-controlled resistor. The simulation and experimental results for the new proposed VCSIs are presented and a comparative analysis follows. The proposed VCSIs work in a stable manner in parallel with negative impedance converters (NIC) to enhance structural damping in resonant piezoelectric resistive-inductive shunt applications. The behavior of the synthetic inductor is identical to a real inductor only in a specific frequency range and this situation can explain the reported spreading performance in the literature for resonant piezoelectric shunt damping. The simulation results are validated by a group of experimental investigations that confirm the improved stability and linearity of the new circuits proposed as VCSIs. Experimental results show that the VCSI based on an analog multiplier have an enhanced linearity in comparison with the OTA version in a limited voltage control range.

Abstract The present communication contains research and experimental investigations regarding the labelling process of dairy products in tight relation with the national and European legislative requirements. Two methods have been used during the marketing research regarding the information present on the labels of alimentary products: the method based on documentation-observation and comparative analysis of data and information collected from the consume market in Sibiu. The method based on documentation and observation has been carried out using the observation sheet and contained the following analysis criteria: The name of the product, Country origin of the product (location of the producer). Synthesizing the results and the conclusions emerged as a result of the marketing research carried out with the purpose of contouring a labelling model of alimentary products, it can be stated that the dynamics of the alimentary products market in Romania is moderate and restrained by the economical and social factors and even by the still reduces promotion of a healthy alimentary education, with the complementary protection of human health and environment.

This paper presents a new multilevel converter with a reduced number of power components for medium voltage applications. Both symmetric and asymmetric structures of the presented multilevel converter are proposed. The symmetric topology requires equal dc source values, whereas the asymmetric topology uses minimum switch count. However, both structures suffer from high blocking voltage across the switches. To reduce the blocking voltage on switches, an optimal topology is presented and analyzed for the selection of the minimum number of switches and dc sources, while maintaining a low blocking voltage across the switches. A comparative analysis with recently published topologies was performed. The simulation results, as well as the comparative analysis, validated the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed topology in terms of the reduced power loss, lowered number of components, and cost. Furthermore, in addition to the simulation results, the performance of the proposed topology was verified using experimental results of 9, 17, and 25 levels.

Investigation of the influence of textile materials structure of different raw materials for hospital bedding on the ability to provide sensory comfort and durability. Theoretical and experimental investigations are based on the main positions of textile materials science. Sensory comfort and durability of textile fabrics were evaluated by thermal and mechanical properties. The measurement of thermophysical characteristics was carried out on the ALAMBETAinstrument, the abrasion resistance was determined on a Pilltester type 14. The strength of textile materials, the tangential resistance, the flexural rigidity and the resistance of dyeing to dry friction were determined by standardized methods. A comparative analysis of the sensory comfort of traditional textile materials for hospital bedding and fabric with bamboo fibers was carried out, which is determined by the mechanospecific sensations of skin receptors on the surface texture of the material, its roughness, stiffness, the feeling of cold or warmness when touching.Their thermophysical properties are determined, the evaluation of the feeling of cold or heat when touched is made according to the indicator "thermal absorption coefficient". By the method of an inclined plane the differences of the texture of dry and moisten studied fabrics was analyzed. The results of the wear resistance indicated that all fabric samples have high abrasion resistance; on part of the test specimens after 1200 cycles appearednap, on mixed fabric – piles. The values of strength and bending stiffness were determined and the effect of 5 washing cycles on these indices was determined. The resistance of the dye to the action of dry friction of all investigated materials is 5 points. The comparative analysis of the values of the coefficients of thermal absorption made it possible to evaluate the feeling of cold or heat when touched, which coincide with the results of the provided organoleptic determinations. It has been experimentally proven that the assortment of cotton and mixed textile fabrics used now for bedding can be supplemented with bamboo fiber materials that provide a high level of sensory comfort and durability. A new range of textile materials for bed linen has been proposed, taking into account the requirements of sensory comfort and durability.

There are presented technologies and equipment based on screw rotors where technological and transportation operations are combined. The methods and ways for the speed performance comparative analysis of screw rotors are shown, for that there are carried out experimental investigations to determine a motion rate of parts with different weights from rotation frequency of screw rotors of 1-4 types. The results are accumulated in alignment charts which allowed creating a procedure for an engineering calculation of screw rotors. The original designs of such operation units have Russian priority and they are presented in fifty one patents for invention of the Russian Federation. In the paper there are offered methods and ways for the comparative analysis of screw rotor speed performance, the procedure for the engineering calculation of screw rotors. There is presented a machine for finishing parts with replaceable screw rotors of 1-4 types. The productivity and reliability increase of operation in such equipment is achieved at the expense of uninterrupted supply, dosage and reliable delivery of abrasive grains and parts into the operation unit made in the form of a screw rotor, worked parts separation from abrasive grains and working wastes, damage decrease of parts worked and their marketable appearance improvement, and also labor conditions improvement for the staff. There are shown inventions developed by the authors and for which they obtained patents of the RF and the information of which may be useful at the creation of equipment for OZO parts based on screw rotors.
