In order to improve accuracy of measuring motor speed in precision motor control systems, a method of precise measurement of speed with CPLD is proposed, which measures the truncated parts of the measured pulse on the basis of measuring raster count pulse within the equal period, and takes them as compensation, thus improving accuracy of measuring the raster pulse. In this paper, a speed measuring formula is given. Measuring system is provided with parallel and serial communication interfaces for output of measurement results.

Slip resistance of footwear sole affects the comfort and safety of shoes directly, and slip resistance is mainly expressed by the coefficient of friction. Within a certain range, the greater the coefficient of friction, the better the slip resistance. In order to determine the safety performance of shoes, the system will obtain the coefficient of friction by measuring the tension and pressure put on shoes, so it’s very important to do the measurement precisely. Based on QT development environment and Monitoring-controlling System of footwear sole friction, the software will execute real-time receiving, processing, controlling, displaying, drawing and saving collected data of tension and pressure via serial communication and finally on the basis of the system test to verify the correctness of the software and measurement accuracy

In this paper, we mainly introduce the serial communication between PC and FPGA and adopt the design principles of DDS phase accumulator to achieve small error of baud rate generator and provide the reliable data transmission. On PC, we use the Labview software to design control interface, which is responsible for sending the control command. The experimental results indicate that the communication is feasible, high stability. This design is applied to the control unit of waveform generator based on FPGA by inputting relevant data on PC such as waveform selection, frequency control, range control and phase control to realize the function of waveform selection, amplitude modulation, phase modulation and frequency modulation.

This paper describes the implementation of serial communication between the PLC and the host- computer in the control system of Spatial Carport, gives a detailed introduction to the communication protocols, parameters setting and also gives part of the serial-communication program based on visual basic 6.0. It shows that this control system meets the requirements as expected.

This paper describes a distributed system for monitoring the cameras and controlling the pan tilt zoom, banners and slogans. The system satisfies that users can operator the devices in any computer in the LAN of the express way system, and all video stream can be showed in both a video matrix and any computer in the LAN of the express way system as well. We employ web service and converter between network and serial communication line to implement the anywhere-accessing requirement.
