Main motive of DC-DC buck converter with pulse width modulations obtains high linearity, high granularity. Conversion efficiency for Light load current was increased in buck converter by clocked hysteresis scheme. Power supplied to comparator was scaled to load easily. Conventional buck converter was integrated with LED to expand smart bulb. Main power from supply was decoupled by Non linear ramp control scheme preventing LED output flickering. Control scheme effectiveness was improved by small signal model. Three major characteristics of Light emitting diodes are improved lifetime, high efficiency, increased reliability, controllability. High brightness LED by multicell three phases was used for its lower cost. Heart beat was identified by using raspberry pi, system on chip with three stages in it namely Heart beat determination, Impedence, cardiography parameters. Accidents was restricted by this method.Overspeeding vehicles was identified was main goal of using complex proportional assessment method. Converting Rice husk into bio fuels was performed by thermo chemical processes. Rice hulk silica was utilized for fluorescent silica particles synthesis.

This paper proposes a high-voltage high-efficiency peak-current-mode asynchronous DC–DC step-down converter operating with dual operation modes. The asynchronous buck converter achieves higher efficiency in light load condition compared to synchronous buck converters. Furthermore, the proposed buck converter switches operation mode automatically from pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode to pulse-skipping mode (PSM). By reducing power MOS on-state resistance and optimizing rise/fall time of switches, the proposed buck converter also obtains high efficiency under heavy load condition. The maximum efficiency of the proposed buck converter is 92.9%, implemented with 0.35[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]m BCDMOS 2P3M process, and the total size is 1.1[Formula: see text] 1.2[Formula: see text]mm2. The input range and output range of the converter are 6–30 V, and ([Formula: see text]–3) V, respectively, with the maximum output current of 3 A. Moreover, its built-in current loop leads to good transient response characteristics. Therefore, it can be used widely in communication system and 12 V/24 V distributed power system.

Abstract Photovoltaic (PV) based water pumping systems are used for irrigation and drinking water. PV based pumping systems without battery can provide a cost-effective solution. In this paper an integrated controller is proposed for the operation of a stand-alone PV based water pumping system without battery storage. To incorporate PV based water pumping system, two schematics and corresponding controllers (i.e, power and voltage based) are proposed. In voltage based control scheme, inverter not only controls the voltage but also acts as maximum power point tracker for PV. Hence no extra dc-dc converter is required to extract maximum power from solar. The proposed integrated controller requires only measurements of dc-link voltage and load currents, no need to measure the PV and load powers. Under light load condition, dc-link voltage will go up, hence, in order to protect dc bus resistive type of dump load is connected so that it will consume the surplus power from PV. Effective control coordination is developed to switch ON/OFF the induction motors so that negligible power wasted in dump load under scenario of PV power is more than load. Results are presented based on different cases of irrigation pumping application and availability of solar irradiance. Extensive simulation is carried out using Matlab/Simulink and through simulation results it is shows that the performance of proposed controller is quite satisfactory.

Logic-based switching adaptive control scheme is proposed for the model of DC-DC buck converter in presence of uncertain parameters and power supply disturbance. All uncertain parameters and the disturbance are estimated together through constructing Lyapunov function. And a switching mechanism is used to ensure global asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. The results of simulation show that even if there are multiple unknown parameters in the small-signal model, the control system of DC-DC buck converter can estimate unknown parameters quickly and accurately.

In large and small scale applications, different kinds of variable speed driving systems can be found. For saving the energy consumption of these devices, eco-friendly electronics are used, which lead to the development of the Brushless DC motor (BLDC). Its higher power density, higher efficiency, higher torque at low speed, and low maintenance enhances the use of a BLDC motor. The existing mixer grinder consists of the universal motor, which operates in alternating current supply due to high starting torque characteristics and simple controlling of the speed. The absence of brushes and the reduction of noise in the BLDC extends its life and makes it ideal in a mixer grinder. A solar-powered BLDC motor drive for a mixer grinder is presented in this paper. A DC-DC buck converter is utilized to operate the PV (photovoltaic) array at its maximum power. The proposed hysteresis current control BLDC system has been developed in the MATLAB. The commercially available mixer grinder is presented along with the proposed simulated system for performance comparison. It can be concluded that at the no load condition, the efficiency of the experimental existing mixer grinder is 51.03% and simulated proposed system is 81.25% and at load condition, the efficiency of the experimental mixer grinder is 49.32% and simulated system is 79.85%.

In this paper, the output voltage of a buck power converter is controlled by means of a quasi-sliding scheme. The Fixed Point Inducting Control (FPIC) technique is used for the control design, based on the Zero Average Dynamics (ZAD) strategy, including load estimation by means of the Least Mean Squares (LMS) method. The control scheme is tested in a Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) system based on Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for dSPACE platform. The closed loop system shows adequate performance. The experimental and simulation results match. The main contribution of this paper is to introduce the load estimator by means of LMS, to make ZAD and FPIC control feasible in load variation conditions. In addition, comparison results for controlled buck converter with SMC, PID and ZAD–FPIC control techniques are shown.
