Phenomenon in the year 2016 recorded cases of "pedophile" in Indonesia such as: Sarno (46) in Duren Sawit Jakarta, Andri Sobari alias Emon (Sukabumi) conduct pedophile about 114 children, at Jakarta International School, Samai and Sodikin (Tegal), Bali And Batam. The problem is how the affective study of the case of Paedofil in Indonesia towards the Education Policy? The purpose of this paper answers the following questions: Can a pedophile case affect the moral destruction of a nation? Does the pedophile case affect the deterioration of the nation's achievement? What is the moral evaluation of pedophilia? How does an exemplary figure's education answer the issue of a pedophile case ?. First, the case of pedophile greatly affect the impact of destroying the nation's morale and destroy the achievements of the nation's children in education. Secondly, the teacher should not have an abnormal life (being a pedophile). He is a picture of tekadan for his students. Thus the failure of teaching and learning process will occur when teacher teachers become "scourge" which is frightening for their students. Third, teachers become role models for their students. Master is a portrait of the future picture of the nation.

The role of character education in shaping student character is as a counterweight to cognitive skills for students. The implementation of character education itself has been reflected in Rasullullah SAW. In the person of the Apostle who contains great and noble values. Therefore the important role of teachers, school principals, and parents in building the character of students is needed. Teachers and parents must collaborate in instilling the character values of students so that later the character education received by children will be in accordance with what must be taught. Cultivating character education is very important for the student so that in the future they can find out how good deeds are done and not good to use. Juvenile delinquency at this time is triggered because of being influenced by the circle of friends he follows, which causes them to be easily influenced by invitation from friends who they think are appropriate examples. This research was conducted to analyze the character education policy in minimizing juvenile delinquency.

This article presents a short critical appraisal of some major recommendations of the K. Kasturirangan’s Committee on the Draft National Education Policy 2019. The committee underlines that the system requires a major overhaul; comprehensive reforms need to be attempted, and piecemeal/quick-fix solutions will not work. Some recommendations in the nearly 500-page report are path-breaking, many deserve applause, some are unacceptable and quite a few require rethinking. Since education is a long-term activity with far-reaching implications for the future of the nation, a long-term vision and not short-term compulsions should guide the formulation of a National Education Policy.

This paper wishes to conduct a critical analysis of Citizenship Education in Singapore. Citizenship education as one of the national agenda in Singapore has an important position in providing citizenship understanding in order to prepare young citizens for the future of Singapore. Singapore's centralized education system and strict controls lead to highly vulnerable citizenship education politicization and ideologization of citizens through education. In fact, many studies show that the government under the People's Action party (PAP) is using authoritarian ways to defend and perpetuate its power through education. The attempts by the Singapore government with the soft authoritarian government or some experts say authoritarian with the usual Gramscian meaning "hegemony". Hegemony is the effort of a person or group of people (state) in maintaining or dominating his power in a peaceful way not by violence. With literature research and critical analytical descriptive methods in the form of relevant books and research, this paper wants to show how the PAP seeks to interpret its ideology with the hegemony done to teachers of citizenship education. The study concludes that not all teachers are hegemonized by Singapore's strict citizenship education policy.
