A beneficiation experimental research is conducted on sulfur-containing 18.17% multi-metals tailings. On the basis of the traditional mineral processing technology, it introduces X-51, a new type sulfide mineral activator, to instead of copper sulfate. Eventually, the sulfur concentrate grade is 47.51% with the recovery of 92.11%. The effectively recovery of the sulfur is creating good economic benefits and environmental benefit.

Water cushion belt conveyor is a new type of continuous conveyor which develops from belt conveyor and air cushion belt conveyor .By experimental research on water cushion belt conveyor ,we can observe the condition of water cushion and accomplish the date acquisition of water cushion pressure .Analyzing the pressure ,we can get influencing factors of water cushion pressure and verify the feasibility of industrial application of water cushion belt conveyor .Combining theory study with experimental study ,provide theoretical basis and guide for the further progress of water cushion belt conveyor .

Pulsed SBR process is a new type of SBR operation mode proposed against the traditional SBR process with poorer denitrification effect. This experiment is carried out at laboratory of sewage treatment, Beijing University of Technology, using real sewage for study, to study denitrification efficiency of pulsed SBR in nitration add raw water - denitrification this repeated and cycled process (with the same amount of water). The experimental results show that the effluent TN is less than 2 mg/L, removal efficiency is more than 96%.Keywords: pulsed SBR; domestic sewage; denitrification; experimental study

The ore samples which contained 1.15% Cu were selected from one copper oxide ore in Guizhou. The oxidation rate of copper mineral was up to 83.48%. The run-of-mine ore characters were thorough studied. On the basis of the analysis of raw ore properties, the copper concentrate with grade above 22.1% and recovery of 88.52% were obtained by using a new type of highly efficient compound collector and the process flows with one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging.

The squeezed branch pile is a kind of frictional end bearing pile which is variable cross-section, a new type of pile foundation with characteristics of high bearing capacity and low settlement. In order to explore vertical settlement regularity of the squeezed branch pile, this paper carries out the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the consolidation settlement law of the squeezed branch pile through the numerical method and static load test. The results of numerical analysis and experimental research show that vertical consolidation settlement is reduced along with increase of the squeezed branch pile diameter, and the settlement of the squeezed branch pile is given priority to consolidation.
