A beneficiation experimental research is conducted on sulfur-containing 18.17% multi-metals tailings. On the basis of the traditional mineral processing technology, it introduces X-51, a new type sulfide mineral activator, to instead of copper sulfate. Eventually, the sulfur concentrate grade is 47.51% with the recovery of 92.11%. The effectively recovery of the sulfur is creating good economic benefits and environmental benefit.

A beneficiation experimental research is conducted on sulfur-containing 10.57% lead-zinc tailings from Fujian. On the basis of the traditional mineral processing technology, the first is pre-classification by high-frequency vibrating, and then flotation-magnetic united technology. Eventually, the average grade of sulfur concentrate is 43.51% with comprehensive recovery 89.33%. The lead-zinc tailings get a comprehensive utilization, which has a better effect.

Based on studying of ore property and tests, the suitable mineral processing flowsheet for the tin—iron ore had been determined. Better technical and economic indexes had been achieved: the iron concentrate grade reached 64.45%, and the tin concentrate grade reached 13.06%. It gave a technical reference to rational development and utilization of such kind of tin-iron ore resource.

The application of physical and physical-chemical methods of magnesite processing related to the physical, chemical and mineralogical properties of particular magnesite types are presented in this paper. The best product qualities, achieved depending on the degree of liberalization of components contained in the magnesite, are shown. Possibilities and advantages of modelling of mineral processing methods applied to magnesite are also exemplified.

Kyanite is a kind of andalusite minerals, with good refractory. In nature, it existed together with mica, quartz etc, so it is necessary to purify. Garnet kyanite schist in Hebei province as the raw ore was separated in this paper, on the basement of high intensity magnetic separation and gravity to demilish impurities, obtain kyanite rude concentrate, by proceed a series of flotation condition test research, through six- concentrate reelection, getting the flotation concentrate with grade of 56.16%,the productivity of 12.09%,the recovery of 36.82%. Meanwhile, the reason of the low concentrate grade was analysed, and the suggestion was given to deal with kyanite concentrate in the next step. It provided foundation date for the developing of kyanite separation.

Water cushion belt conveyor is a new type of continuous conveyor which develops from belt conveyor and air cushion belt conveyor .By experimental research on water cushion belt conveyor ,we can observe the condition of water cushion and accomplish the date acquisition of water cushion pressure .Analyzing the pressure ,we can get influencing factors of water cushion pressure and verify the feasibility of industrial application of water cushion belt conveyor .Combining theory study with experimental study ,provide theoretical basis and guide for the further progress of water cushion belt conveyor .

This article conducts mineral processing experimental study on a certain iron tailing ore in Hebei. According to the ore characteristics, the final flowsheet of stage grinding - weak magnetic - strong magnetic - anionic reverse flotation is determined to sort the ore. Under the conditions that grinding fineness is -200 mesh accounting for 60.0%, collector is butyl xanthate and activator is copper sulfate, this test can obtain zinc concentrate that grade is 36.25% and recovery is 84.15%
