House numbering is the system of giving a unique number to each building in a street or area, with the intention of making it easier to locate a particular building. The house number is often part of a postal address. The term describes the number of any building (residential or not) or vacant lot with a mailbox. House numbering schemes vary by place, and in many cases even within cities. In some areas, especially in rural area of Indonesia, the house or building are not numbered yet. This is caused by the demography and the geography. This study was done on cable TV industries in Sorong Papua, Indonesia. Where the main problem in this research is how to reduce the number of customer payment arrears and minimize duration of customer dues. There are several aspects of why customers in arrears, on the one hand because of the difficulty of the collector to find the location of the customer and on the other hand due to poor customer habits, so that they do not want to pay. The research model was constructed with a Geographical Information System to determine the mapping customers. The mapping process is done with the customer to establish a classification of association rule between customers. The results of this study could assist companies in finding the location of customers quickly and make the mapping according to customer payment behavior. The approach of the results obtained can be further used to determine the best strategy in dealing with customers.

Nowadays, Technologiy is growing rapidly computer the one of example of technology, helps the human being to fulfill their need of  information. The development of  information technology and computer make the data more regular and can be seen better and faster and also make the updating data easier for example geographical information system. The development of geographical is information system in technology have create wide potention in its application in the agriculture’s sector for example doserve the condition and the growth of plants substances. The write used data interpolation and ModelBuilder method as the design of the study. Data interpolation was used to make a continue grid of theme of the shapefile  point of the data, where as ModelBuilder was a collection of processes which was done on spacial data to procedure certain information in the form of the map. The data which were used in this study were spacial data that Java Province’s map in the form of shapefile and non special data that were climate data including rainfall, temperature and humidity and the appropriateness of mangosteen angoclimate’s data. The data showed that the appropriateness of agroclimate for mangosteen plant in west Java Province’s was dominated by S2 in therm of  climate point of view.   Keywords: geographical information system (SIG), Mangostenn (gatcinia mangostana linn), Agroclimate, West Java Privince’s, ModelBuilder.

The article analyses the issues of emergence and sustainability of the Russian-Ukrainian border. Methods of analysis of sustainability of administrative and political borders by means of electronic cartographic bases of administrative-territorial division for different years are implemented. A section of border sustainability within the framework of the Geographical Information System (GIS) “Administrative-territorial division of the Russian-Ukrainian borderlands” and a series of maps demonstrating dynamics, sustainability and segmentation of the state border between Russia and Ukraine are developed. A general methodological basis for analysis of sustainability and emergence of borders with the use of geoinformation technologies is elaborated. A historical and geographical analysis of the formation of the Russian-Ukrainian state border is performed. The paper presents classification of the Russian-Ukrainian border into segments, a detailed description of the degree of sustainability and history of emergence of the state border. As a result of estimating classification, various values of the index are obtained, confirming the fact of differentiation of the state border by sustainability and emergence. Four groups of border sections according to the degree of sustainability are allocated, which enables structuring the historical and geographical description of the border and drawing conclusions on the origin, present and future of transboundary processes.

Snatch theft incidents are on the rise in Malaysia especially in the cities. It tends to happen in cities because there is a possibility to commit it and both crime and urban are often associated with each other. The aim of this paper is to find out whether the building with two or more levels in urban area contributes to the snatch theft incidents. The present study has been taken up to detect the hotspots of snatch theft in Selangor, Malaysia. The crime data were obtained by requesting and analysing the index crime statistical data from the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP). This study made use of the Geographical Information System (GIS) where its 3D modelling function to construct, assess and analyse the area with high snatch theft cases. The crime reports of 2010 until 2015 were geocoded and the crime maps were prepared in ArcGIS 10.2. It was found that the hotspot area is a mix-used development area which consists mainly of commercial and residential areas of more than two-level buildings.
