ABSTRACTWe report the 3.74-Mb genome sequence ofGalloisinimonas intestiniB14T, isolated from the gut of one of the world's rarest insect species,Galloisianasp., collected at a Mosan cave, Moonkyung, Gyungsangbook-do, South Korea. Strain B14Tis a novel genus candidate of the familyEnterobacteriaceae.

ABSTRACT Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Rubricoccus marinus SG-29T, a bacterium isolated from the western North Pacific Ocean. R. marinus SG-29T possesses two different types of rhodopsin genes and belongs to the family Rhodothermaceae, with which halophilic, thermophilic, and marine bacteria are associated.

Acinetobacter species are widely distributed in the environment and clinical settings worldwide. We report the 2.99-Mbp draft genome sequence of Acinetobacter towneri strain DSM 16313, which was isolated from seawater in South Korea and proposed as a type strain of Acinetobacter seohaensis . Genome comparisons demonstrated that A. seohaensis should be reclassified as A. towneri .

ABSTRACT Mobilitalea sibirica strain P3M-3T is a strictly anaerobic, halotolerant, organotrophic bacterium of the family Lachnospiraceae that can utilize various plant-derived polysaccharides as its carbon source. The strain was originally isolated from a microbial mat in western Siberia (Russia). In this study, we present the draft genome sequence of M. sibirica P3M-3T based on Illumina paired-end sequencing.
