The purpose of this study was to determine the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure of general learning spaces, supporting spaces and special learning spaces at SMK Almamater Telaga. This type of research is quantitative with the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, data collection instruments and documentation. The results of the study are 1) the facilities and infrastructure of the general learning space are met according to the standards, and not according to the standards namely Biology Lab, Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Natural Sciences, Language Lab and technical drawing practice room. Whereas the facilities for 2 classrooms are in accordance with the standard and 13 classrooms, the library, and the computer lab are not yet in accordance with the standard, 2) the supporting facilities and infrastructure are met according to the standard, toilets, counseling rooms, UKS, and circulation rooms not according to standards, 3) facilities and special learning space infrastructure are not yet up to standard. Suggestions in this research are to pay more attention to the development of LAB infrastructure in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Science, Technical Drawing Practice Room, Counseling Room, UKS Room and circulation room. In addition, the area of special learning space for all majors is adjusted according to the work area of each department.

It was a tragic irony of fate that Ronald Holroyd should have died on 29 September 1973, just on the eve of the energy crisis which suddenly and dramatically focused the attention of the Western World on the urgency of finding an alternative fuel to Middle East oil, which had almost overnight become scarce and expensive. For the outstanding work of Holroyd s career, before and during the last war, was in attempting to provide a liquid fuel based on coal, and, apart from a wartime success when availability was the paramount consideration, these attempts failed largely because Middle East oil was plentiful and cheap. Ronald Holroyd was born at Horbury, near Wakefield, on 26 April 1904, the son of Sykes and Florence Holroyd. His father started work as a boy of eleven at the firm of Sykes Bros, sporting goods’ manufacturers at Horbury, and attended evening classes at Wakefield where he proved to be a first class student and was subsequently invited to teach in the evenings. This work increased and as a result he was invited to join the full time staff of the Miming and Technical School at Barnsley, where he taught mathematics, mechanics and technical drawing. He had a quick and lively mind which remained with him until he died, a few years ago, at the age of 92, still absorbed in mathematics. Florence Holroyd, his wife, was a teacher and there is no doubt that Ronald Holroyd owed a great deal to their deep interest in educational matters, and to their encouragement in his formative years.

The application of space syntax to the study of urban history—in this case, that of Tel Aviv and Jaffa (present-day Tel Aviv–Yafo)—can add a valuable, quantifiable component to the understanding of urban processes. However, it also demonstrates that historical spatio-syntactical analysis can prove misleading when interpreted separately from other types of historical evidence—for example, the ethnic conflicts that led to the formation of a strong divide between Tel Aviv and Jaffa despite their contiguous geography and interlaced street networks. A rigorous use of spatio-syntactic analysis in combination with “conventional” historical research methods can reveal the tensions and interplays between the spatio-physical and social forces that shape the life of cities, and it can invigorate our understanding of urban growth and transformationpatterns throughout history.

The article analyzes Lak proverbs with the religious cultural code. The research was based on the descriptive method, syntactical analysis, morphological analysis and cognitive analysis. The proverbs collected from 3 books of Lak proverbs were analyzed from the point of view of semantics, axiological connotations, syntax and morphology. Semantic analysis revealed 6 groups of lexemes: (1) denominations of people; (2) words related to religious pillars and rituals; (3) words related to holy scriptures, religious attributes and terms; (4) words denoting death and afterlife; (5) words denoting commendable religious acts and notions; (6) words denoting sin and punishment. In the course of the axiological analysis there have been defined proverbs with positive evaluation of a person and proverbs with negative characteristics of a person. Positive traits include honesty, piety, decency, erudition and diligence, while negative ones include insulation, indecency, hypocrisy and negligence in the religious worship. Syntactical analysis of the Lak proverbs has revealed the presence of adverbs of asyndetic structure within which there have been established adversative, concessive and comparative relations, as well as of proverbs with copulative and disjunctive conjunctions. Some of the proverbs are based on the principle of alogism. Morphological analysis of the proverbs has revealed the most frequent grammatical tense, the Present Affirmative Tense, which is formed by means of adding the affix -r to the present participle. The Present Affirmative Tense in the Lak language denotes an action as an attribute of the subject which explains the fact of usage of this tense in proverbs that summarize the social experience of the native speakers. Lak proverbs with the given code have not been researched earlier that makes this study relevant.

Kata kunci: asesmen otentik, hasil belajar gambar teknik, bakat mekanik AbstractThe main objective of this study was to determine the effect of authentic assessment implementation consisting of project assessment and performance assessment towards the technical drawing learning achievement by controlling mechanical talent in X TKRO class at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. The study employed a quasi-experimental type with a single factor design independent groups design with use covariate. There were 70 students as the samples of the study that determined by random sampling technique. The data were obtained through objective test and essay method. The hypothesis in this study was tested by a one-way Ancova. The results showed that: a) the technical drawing learning achievement of the students that applied project assessment were better than the learning achievement of students who were applied performance assessment (thit= 2.303; p ≤ 0.05), b) after controlling for mechanical talent, the technical drawing learning achievement of the students applied project assessment were better than the students who applied performance assessment (Fhit = 49.204; p ≤ 0.05), c) there was a contribution of mechanical talent (86.2%) to the technical drawing learning achievement (R = 0.929; thit = 20.620; p ≤ 0.05). Based on these findings, it was concluded that project assessment and mechanical talent had an influence on the technical drawing learning achievement of X TKRO class at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. Keywords: authentic assessment, technical drawing learning achievement, mechanical talent
