Memory elements, including memristor, memcapacitor, meminductor and second-order memristor, have been widely exploited recently to realize circuit systems for a broad scope of applications. This paper introduces a phasor analysis method for memory elements to help with the understanding of the complex nonlinear phenomena in circuits with memory elements. With the proposed method, all different memory elements could be described in a unified form and the series-connected circuit with memristor, memcapacitor, meminductor and second-order memristor could be simply modeled as one variable [Formula: see text]. Thus, the phasor vectors provided a way to conveniently calculate the [Formula: see text]–[Formula: see text] relation of different memory elements and to clearly understand the similarities and differences between all memory elements. Then some interesting phenomena were introduced when combining different memory elements. Moreover, a specific [Formula: see text] with certain [Formula: see text]–[Formula: see text] relations could be easily obtained with the method. And through the inverse calculation, the specific [Formula: see text] could be decomposed to a certain combination of memory elements. Meanwhile, the parameters of [Formula: see text] in the phasor domain were analyzed. Furthermore, the frequency characteristic for a [Formula: see text] circuit could be easily analyzed with the method and a particular series resonance was introduced.

Abstract: This research is a comparative literary study that uses Malay and Javanese versions of Mahabarata text sources. The research objects used were the text edition of Pandhawa Gubah (PG) by Sudibjo Z. Hadisutjipto and the text of Cheritera Pandawa Lima (CPL) by Khalid Hussain. The research method used is descriptive-analysis method. In the comparative study used a comparative literary theory proposed by Endraswara (2011). The results of the text comparison reveal the similarities and differences in the image of Bima figures in the Javanese and Malay versions. The equation as a whole is that both texts contain the same heroic storyline and heroic character, Bima. In addition, Indian influence is still evident in the two texts seen from the nuances of Hinduism that exist in both texts. While the difference is seen in the events that accompany Bima's struggle in achieving his victory. Based on these similarities and differences, it can be seen that the authors attempt to represent the concept of metaphysical interactions vertically and horizontally expressed through PG text.

The cultural meme is the smallest unit constituting a dynasty′s culture, which has the same inheritance and variability as biological genes. Here, based on the name of cultural relics, we extract cultural memes through semantic word segmentation, word frequency statistics, and the synonym merging method, and construct dynasty cultural meme vectors. We analyzed color, auxiliary, texture, shape, and overall networks of five types of model to construct the culture network, using the social network analysis method, and explored the clustering and degrees of centrality characteristics of cultural memes. We then analyzed the similarities and differences among cultures of the dynasties. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Cultural memes represent different cultural characteristics of dynasties, and the inheritance and differences among dynasties’ cultures are closely related to their historical background. (2) Prevalence memes construct the cultural label of dynasties, which can roughly restore the cultural appearance of dynasties through fewer prevalence memes. (3) The use of community detection with a cultural meme network can determine the clustering of dynasties′ cultures, and the degree of centrality further reflects the main cultural characteristics presented by successive dynasties.

The paper deals with the design of an ideal positioning servo system. To achieve this aim, we will derive transfer functions of the PID controller and the second-order low-pass filter while using typical fault frequencies for PID controller with a low pass filter. Consequently, an overall frequency characteristic of the open servo system will be depicted. This characteristic will be further used to determine the amplitude and phase safety, which determine the degree of stability system.
