As the number of mobile phone users has increased steadily in recent years, mobile phone manufacturers continuously compete to be the first to introduce innovative products to the market in the hope of gaining a larger market share. Currently, the innovation product has become the target of competition in the mobile phone industry. Thus, this study uses 3G mobile phone as an example, through literature review and empirical research to examine whether perceived innovation and brand awareness have a significant impact on the perceived quality, perceived value, and purchase intention toward innovation products. An analysis of 595 effective questionnaires produced five main findings: (i) consumer-perceived innovation has significant and positive impact on the perceived quality and purchase intention; (ii) brand awareness has significant and positive impact on the consumer-perceived quality; (iii) perceived quality has significant and positive impact on perceived value; (iv) consumer-perceived value has significant and positive impact on purchase intention; however, (v) consumer-perceived quality has significant and negative impact on purchase intention. Moreover, this study evidences that consumer-perceived innovation has higher effect on purchase intention than brand awareness. These results can provide useful information to mobile phone industry to carry out innovation planning and marketing strategy.

China’s urbanization has maintained a high growth rate for a long period of time, but the contradiction between urban and rural land use has become increasingly prominent. Link policy, promulgated in 2005 by the Chinese Central Government, made a positive attempt to promote the sustainable use of urban and rural land, which has attracted much attention. This article focuses on the implementation effects of this policy from the micro-perspective of farmers’ satisfaction and its underlying influence factors using a structural equation model (SEM) based on a cross-sectional dataset of 280 households surveyed in Chongqing city, China. The results show that the farmers’ satisfaction under the Link Policy is high, and most of the respondents are satisfied with the Link Policy at present. Furthermore, the farmers’ satisfaction is affected by their expectations, perceived value, and perceived quality. Among these factors, perceived quality has the strongest positive impact on farmers’ satisfaction, for which compensation equity under the Link Policy is most important to farmers. However, farmers’ expectations and perceived value have a negative impact on farmers’ satisfaction, which indicates that the higher the farmers’ expectations and perceived value, the lower their satisfaction. In addition, there is a strong positive correlation between farmer satisfaction and farmer trust, which means that the higher the level of farmer satisfaction, the more support the farmers will give to the government. These main results have heuristic implications for policymakers to improve the Link Policy, thereby enhancing the farmers’ satisfaction and thus achieving the goal of sustainable use between rural and urban land.

(1) Background: AI technology has been deeply applied to online shopping platform to provide more accurate and personalized services for consumers. It is of great significance to study the different functional experience of AI for consumers to improve the current application status of AI technology.(2)Method: Based on the "S-O-R" model, this study divided the AI technology expe-rienced by the consumers of online shopping platform into accuracy, insight and interaction experience. Takes the perceived value as the mediating variable from the prospect of perceived utility value and perceived hedonic value. This article use empirical research method to analyze the effect of three dimensions of online shopping AI experience to research the internal influence mechanism of consumers purchase intention. (3) Results:① The accuracy, insight and interaction experience of AI marketing technology have a significant positive impact on consumers' per-ceived utility value and hedonic value respectively; ②Both of the perceived utility value and perceived hedonic value obtained by AI technology experience can promote the formation of consumers' purchase intention; ③ The perceived hedonic value was better than perceived utility value to promote the consumers' purchase intention; ④The results of multi group analysis show that some younger and less experiences consumers groups prefer the pleasure experience such as shopping desire stimulation, shopping process relaxation and pleasure that AI marketing brought. However, utilitarian value cannot promote this kind of consumers' purchase intention. (4) Con-clusions: Perceived utility value and perceived hedonic value can be the intermediary between AI technology and consumers' purchase intention.

Kata Kunci: scarcity marketing; limited-time scarcity; perceived value; limited-quantity scarcity; purchase intention Abstract - This study examines the role of scarcity marketing and perceived value on purchase intention of Traveloka users. Scarcity marketing in this study acts as an independent variable which is divided into 2 types of scarcity, limited-time scarcity (X1) and limited-quantity scarcity (X2).
