Because the traditional multimode feasibility modeling analysis method of physical fitness training for long-distance runners has the problems of long modeling time and low modeling accuracy, a new multimode feasibility modeling analysis method for physical fitness training of long-distance runners is proposed. The improved LLE (local linear embedding) method is used to reduce the dimensionality of the training data for the physical fitness of long-distance runners. According to the processing results, the information theory is used to analyze the information content of the physical fitness training features of the long-distance runners, the information entropy of each feature is calculated, and the long-distance runners are extracted. Athlete’s physical fitness enhancement training characteristics, combined with quantitative regression analysis method to carry out the information regression analysis of the long-distance runners’ physical fitness training multimode statistical sequence, construct the feasibility evaluation model of the long-distance runners’ physical fitness training multimode and complete the feasibility of the long-distance runners’ physical fitness training multimode feasibility study Mode analysis. The simulation experiment results show that the proposed method has higher accuracy and shorter modeling time for multimode feasibility modeling of physical fitness training for long-distance runners.

AbstractPurpose. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of 8-week-long interval training (targeting glycolytic capacity) on selected markers of physical fitness in amateur long-distance runners. Methods. The study involved 17 amateur long-distance runners randomly divided into an experimental (n = 8) and control (n = 9) group. The control group performed three or four continuous training sessions per week whereas the experimental group performed two interval running training sessions and one continuous running training session. A graded treadmill exercise test and the 12-min Cooper test were performed pre- and post-training. Results. O2max and the rate of recovery increased in the experimental group. Relative oxygen uptake, minute ventilation, and heart rate speed decreased in low- (6 km/h) and medium-intensity (12 km/h) running. Conclusions. Both training modalities showed similar results. However, the significant differences in training volume (4-8 min interval training vs. 40-150 min continuous training) indicates that the modalities targeting glycolytic capacity may be more efficient for amateur runners prepare for long-distance events.

Abstract Background Athletics is a sport with a high incidence of injury, where most injuries are caused by overuse. Research on injury incidence and the occurrence of overuse injuries during a season in athletics is scarce. An athlete availability (unrestricted ability to participate in training or competition) of less than 80% has been linked with athletes being less likely to reach their performance goals. The purpose of this study was to estimate the monthly injury incidence rates, athlete availability, and the overuse injury incidence rate per 1000 athletics-hours of training in a cohort of Swedish elite athletics athletes. Methods The cohort consisted of 59 male and female elite athletes competing in either middle or long-distance running, sprint, or jumping events. Injury and training data were collected during one athletics season, from October to the end of August. All injury data were collected by medical professionals. Training data were collected monthly, and consisted of event-specific training diaries covering training sessions, training days, and non-training or non-competition days. Monthly injury incidence rates were based on the number of new injuries per month in relation to the number of exposed (injury-free) athletes. Results The overall injury incidence rate for all athletes was highest in October (22.0%). Monthly injury incidence rate for middle and long-distance runners was highest in October (26.1%), for sprinters in April (19.0%), and for jumpers in October (21.4%). The overall athlete availability was 78.0% for the cohort. Sprinters had the lowest athlete availability (71.4%), followed by jumpers (77.3%), and middle-distance and long-distance runners (82.7%). Female athletes (76.5%) had a lower athlete availability than male athletes (79.7%). The injury incidence rate was 1.81 injuries per 1000 athletics hours of training. Middle and long-distance runners had the highest injury incidence rate (2.38), followed by jumpers (1.62), and sprinters (1.34). Conclusion Monthly injury incidence rates during a season appears to correspond to periods of high training volume (conditioning phases and training camps). The low overall athlete availability (> 80%) indicates that many Swedish elite athletes are less likely to reach their full potential.

This research is motivated by a decline in motorcycle sales produced by PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG in the 2014-2018 period. In this research there was a decrease in the decision on the power of interest in customer purchases on PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG so that later can be analyzed in the formulation of this paper, that how customer take motorcycle purchase decisions amid the phenomenon of competition and increasingly crowded sales rivalries. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation, perceived quality, and customer attitudes toward decisions in purchasing Yamaha motorbikes. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The respondents in this research were 100 people who could meet one to five criteria consisting of; initiator (initiator), influencer (influencer), decision making (decider), purchase (buyer), user (user) motorcycle production PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG. There are 3 hypotheses formulated and tested using the Regression Analysis method. In qualitative analysis it is obtained from the interpretation of processing data by providing information and explanation. In the results of this research shows the results of Motivation, Quality Perception, and Customer Attitudes have a relationship that has a significant impact on Purchasing Decisions.

AbstractInternet addiction has become a worrying phenomenon for Indonesian teenagers. This research was conducted to determine whether the psychological factors will influence internet addiction in adolescents. This research uses quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The winning sample is 200 adolescents. The instrument collects data using a scale internet addiction scale that compiled by Griffiths (2005) and developed by Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) developed by Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) developed by Riggio (1986), and A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale compiled by De Jong Gierveld (2006).  The results showed that there were significant differences in the parenting style, social skills, and loneliness on the tendency of internet addiction in adolescents.
