Improving the quality of college physical education is of great significance to facilitating the integrated development of students' psyches and physical. Establishing a more systematic, effective, and social training needs of education quality evaluation hierarchy is also the centerpiece of the college physical culture education administration. Massive information technology provides new conception and methods to this, and supply advantage sustains for furtherance the education ecology development. Based on the network education system, this paper uses big data to quantify the evaluation indexes of physical education teaching, so as to actualize the timely dynamic evaluation of the process that is physical teaching and learning. This essay constructs the evaluation index system of college physical education teaching quality by combining mensurable and qualitative methods. On the basis of previous studies, an evaluation model of college physical education teaching quality based on artificial intelligence mass data calculation is designed. The experiment authenticates that the model evaluation risk coefficient is 1.93 lower than the optimized model. The experiment also proves that the model is conducive to elevating the education quality.

Physical education teaching in colleges and universities is a complicated project for systematic optimization with multiple factors. As a vital approach to enhance the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, it is of great importance to have a scientific, accurate and objective evaluation of physical education teaching. The thesis, on the one hand, analyzes the existent problems during the evaluation course of physical education teaching in colleges and universities; and on the other hand, discusses the related improved measures on the aforementioned basis. In order to update the evaluation index system of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the thesis, based on the multiple intelligence theory, constructs an evaluation index system of physical education from all-round aspects, i.e., teaching step, teaching and learning step as well as managing step. Furthermore, according to the weight of various evaluation indexes on the foundation of AHP method, plus with the involvement of fuzzy evaluation information, the thesis puts forward with a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. This model serves as an attempt to effectively evaluate physical education teaching, the validity of which is proved in the case analysis part.

One of the most significant components of the teaching department is the evaluation of teaching quality. The traditional teaching quality evaluation model has the problems of low weight calculation accuracy and long evaluation time. With the development of educational informatization, modern information processing technology can be used to effectively evaluate teachers’ teaching quality. In this article, a physical education teaching quality evaluation model based on the simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. An evaluation index system is established based on the construction principles of the evaluation index system followed by the construction of a judgment matrix to calculate the weight of the evaluation index. The simulated annealing algorithm is employed to effectively optimize the weight of the evaluation index and improve the evaluation accuracy. In addition, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to test the consistency of the judgment matrix, and the weight ranking results of the evaluation indexes are obtained to complete the teaching quality evaluation of physical education. The experimental results show that the performance of the proposed model in terms of evaluation weight calculation accuracy and evaluation calculation time is higher than that of the existing models. Therefore, the proposed model can better meet the requirements of physical education teaching quality evaluation.

Teaching quality evaluation of physical education usually involves multiple influence factors with grey and uncertain information. This brings about limitations to effective evaluation of teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities. Thus, this paper draws merits from previous research and proposes a teaching quality evaluation system and model of physical education in colleges and universities. First, based on real situations, grey categories of evaluation state for physical education teaching quality are established. The definite weighted functions of grey category of evaluation state are confirmed. Specific steps of the teaching quality evaluation model based on grey clustering analysis are accounted for. Finally, a case study is introduced to verify the model. This model enlightens a new way to evaluate teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities.

Teaching quality evaluation plays a key role for universities to improve its teaching quality and becomes a hot spot research field for related researchers. In this paper, we established the evaluation model of teaching quality based on BP neural network. Firstly an evaluation index system of teaching quality is designed. Then, according to the system we design the structure of BP neural network, determine the parameters and give the algorithm description. Finally, we program and verify the validity of the model in MATLAB environment. The experimental results show that the model can evaluate teaching quality practically by the evaluation index.

Based on the concept of physical education quality, the questionnaire for physical education is constructed. Binominal probability distribution theory is applied to evaluate the proportion of the degree of importance and satisfaction for physical education. To evaluate the quality of physical education, the PZB concept proposed by Parasurman, Zeithaml and Berry (1985) is used to test the difference between the proportion of the degree of importance and satisfaction. Each quality performance item of education could be evaluated by figuring out the difference between the proportion of the degree of importance and satisfaction, therefore the improvement or correction could be taken if needed. 本研究旨在建構一套體育教學品質評量模式,首先以體育教學品質概念作為體育教學品質問卷建構的基礎,並以二項分配理論衡量體育教學要項的重視度比例與滿意度比例,接著以PZB服務品質落差的概念,檢驗滿意度比例與重視度比例的落差,來評估體育教學品質的良窳。教學單位只須依教學品質要項的滿意度比例及重視度比例的落差,即可評量出各教學要項的品質績效,並針對須要改進的要項進行改善。

For physical education (PE) in colleges, the evaluation of the teaching quality is affected by various fuzzy and uncertain factors. Therefore, this paper probes deep into the fuzzy evaluation of the teaching quality of college PE, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy system theory and grey theory. Firstly, the factors affecting the teaching quality of college PE were analyzed theoretically, and the keys to improving that teaching quality were clarified. On this basis, the authors established an evaluation index system and a fuzzy evaluation model for the teaching quality of college PE. The proposed fuzzy evaluation model serves an innovative tool to evaluate the teaching quality of college PE. Apart from effective measurement of the teaching quality, the proposed model provides an important reference for improving the teaching quality of college PE.

The project-based classroom teaching has entered the connotative development stage in the development process of Higher Vocational Education in China. It is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive teaching quality including the implementation background, implementation conditions, implementation process and implementation results, but there are few studies on this aspect at present. Therefore, this paper introduces the CIPP evaluation model, based on the analysis of the necessity and applicability of CIPP model in Higher Vocational project-based curriculum teaching quality evaluation, constructs the evaluation index system of Higher Vocational project-based curriculum teaching quality based on CIPP, and discusses the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of weighting the evaluation index by using AHP. Finally, it takes the teaching quality of cost accounting and practice project in Higher Vocational Colleges as an example to discuss the application of the model.

Network education has been received more and more attention by educators and researchers, but the current quality system of network education seems still not perfect. How to create an effective evaluation model by using modern technology has become an important issue for education workers. DM technology is effective means for abstracting useful information from vast data, which can be used for education evaluation. So introducing DM technology into network education evaluation system, and designing an evaluation model based on DM, will be a new and useful attempt for network education quality evaluation, and will provide a valuable reference for the construction of network education.
