As an education mode and teaching method of modern education, digital teaching in colleges and universities plays a role of bridge and hub in the development of modern education. Digital teaching has become one of the important driving forces for the development of digital and informatization of education in colleges and universities. This paper combines edge computing and digital technology to study the mobile information system used in the digital teaching of college English, namely, the digital teaching platform. In the technical part, this article clarifies the concept of mobile information system and introduces edge computing, cloud computing, digital system structure, and other technologies in detail; the system design and implementation part introduces the system architecture, function design, and how to realize the system function. In the system test section, black box and white box tests were performed on the system. The test results show that all functions of the system can be used normally and have certain feasibility. The mobile information system reduces the average content transmission delay (ADL) by approximately 14%-22% and 21%-31%, respectively, which greatly improves the efficiency of digital teaching of English in colleges and universities.

In higher education, English has always been the focus of teaching, and college English teaching must be vigorously innovated. Through the analysis of the English teaching situation in some colleges and universities, we discovered that micro-lessons an innovative teaching method, has been applied to a certain extent, but the circumstances under which micro-lessons are applied are not favorable. Many college English teachers recognize the value of micro-learning applications, but the shortcomings in the teaching also cause many challenges in the application of micro-lessons. This article will analyze the application value and specific challenges of micro-lessons in college English teaching, and propose some suggestions on the application of micro-lessons.

Mobile edge computing is a very popular technology now. It was proposed to eliminate the problem of lack of global computing resources. This article aims to study the use of the latest mobile edge computing technology to study the mobile information system for appreciation, exchange, and management of the traditional ceramic industry. The whole article uses mobile edge computing technology. It enters the network using wireless methods and provides recent users with the required services and cloud computing functions, allowing users to easily query the information and data they want, plus mobile. The information system enables people to use mobile phones, tablets, and other mobile terminals to query information in the ceramic industry and perform functions such as appreciation, communication, and management. From 2016 to 2020, our country’s ceramic industry exports have increased from US$3.067 billion to US$6.826 billion. Traditional ceramics in our country have been loved by various industries at home and abroad. The number of employees in the ceramic industry has also increased to 5 million, an increase of 30% year-on-year. The ceramic industry is also very promising in the long term.

From 2015 to the end of 2016, the Internet set off a wave of payment for knowledge. Pay-for-knowledge platforms such as Fenda, iGet, and Qianliao went online quickly, and platforms such as Himalaya FM, Zhihu, and Qingting FM gathered to launch paid columns. The number of users increased rapidly, and payment for knowledge was considered to have reached the trend of development. This article aims to study the introduction of edge computing in the mobile information system into the existence and inevitability of the knowledge payment platform; analyze the advantages, dilemmas, and optimization paths of the knowledge payment platform; and try to provide a theoretical reference for promoting its development. This article puts forward an explanation of the related content of mobile edge computing and RFID technology overview, using comparative experiment and behavior analysis methods. The experimental results show that there are 98 people under the age of 18 in the questionnaire, accounting for 19.1% of the total, 201 people aged 18–29, accounting for 39.1% of the total, 142 people aged 30–39, accounting for 27.6% of the total, and 73 people over 40 years old, accounting for 14.2% of the total number. It can be seen from the data that the sample age is mainly concentrated in the 18–29 years old, followed by the 30–39 years old; the sample age is biased towards young people. It has well completed the continuous use behavior analysis of the knowledge payment platform based on edge computing under the mobile information system.

At present, our society has gradually developed into an Internet-based society. Driven by the development of the Internet, many areas including education have begun to reform and innovate. Many colleges and universities in China have always adopted the traditional teaching methods, for instance, using a unidirectional teaching method or teaching in a fixed place. In the era of Internet, these methods fail to meet the needs of both parents and students. Subsequently, with the emergence of Internet Plus technology, the limitations that were originally found in the development of English teaching in colleges and universities can be overcome. By combining virtuality and reality, a new mode of simultaneous online and offline teaching has been realized, making English teaching no longer affected by the limitation of space.

As an important link in school physical education teaching, classroom teaching design has a very important influence on teaching quality and classroom teaching effect. For the Internet mobile information system, it can not only improve the ability of physical education teachers to control the teaching process, but also make the teaching objectives and content, teaching strategies and methods, and teaching evaluation formulated by physical education teachers more systematic, thus improving the teaching quality and professional development of physical education teachers. Abundant online teaching resources provide teachers with a powerful information resource database for lesson preparation and teaching. Learners can access teaching resources at any time through the Internet mobile information system. The Internet mobile information system provides a variety of file sharing methods for teachers and students to share physical education resources. Teachers and students forward and share teaching-related resources anytime and anywhere through the network platform, which not only helps to strengthen the students’ ability to collect and process information, but also strengthens the communication and cooperation between students through the sharing of learning resources. This study aims to study the problems of university physical education classroom teaching from the perspective of the Internet mobile information system, find the problems existing in university physical education classroom teaching, reasonably solve the educational problems of university physical education classroom teaching, help the development of college sports, and help college students to carry out physical exercise and maintain a strong constitution. The methods adopted in this paper are as follows: firstly, inductive method is used to analyze the survey data; secondly, the case analysis method is used to study the characteristics of curriculum in colleges and universities; finally, after finding the existing problems, comparative research method is used to compare the influence of students, teachers, and leaders in charge on the existing education problems. The conclusion is the lack of theoretical guidance and concept carding in college physical education makes students not form a good lifelong sports consciousness; the positive influence of physical exercise on a person greatly promotes the development of personal lifelong sports; there are unreasonable phenomena in the arrangement of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. The training mode of colleges and universities is mainly based on social practice, and extracurricular activities are mainly for it. In addition, there is a small amount of in-class teaching.

Guided by the concept of employment-oriented education and after analyzing the problems existing in present college English teaching , this essay did a research on the reform of the employment-oriented college English teaching in medical colleges and universities.
