Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction are the three factors of a few relatively large factors suspected to influence Performance on the PT. Adya Tours. These research aimed to determine the effect of Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction toward Performance on the PT. Adya Tours.Research conducted at the PT. Adya Tours by taking 71 employees as the research sample, calculated using the Slovin formula of the total population of 240 employees  at  the  margin  of  error  of  10%.  Data  were collected by questionnaire instruments covered by the five rating scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and analyzing research data. The multiple linier regression analysis and multiple determination coeficient are the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced four major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that are: 1) Transformation Leadership has a significant effect on Performance  in  a  positive  direction;  2)  Motivation  has  a  significant  effect  on Performance in a positive direction; 3) Satisfiction has a significant effect on Performance in a positive direction; 4) Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction simultaneously influence 92.70% Performance variability.Base on the research finding, in order to increase Performance can be done by increasing Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction. Kata kunci:Transformation Leadership, Motivation, Satisfaction, Performance

In the process of plant breeding the application of relevant breeding criteria is very important. The Path analysis is broadly applied with the aim to define yield components that mostly determine the yield and that can be used as quality breeding criteria. However, the significance of revealed relationships between yield and yield components can be affected by various factors, such as diverse genetic material that is observed, traits included into analysis, environments in which the material is observed, as well as, the applied statistic approach to determine the nature of the relationships itself. The interrelationships of yield and yield components of 15 commercial maize hybrids were observed using the Path and factor analyses. According to results of Path analysis, plant height, ear diameter and grain moisture had highly significant genetic and phenotypic direct effects on grain yield. At the same time, factor analysis points out significant effects of two factors on grain yield. Factor 1 was mostly determined by ear length and number of kernels per row, while grain moisture content, ear and cob diameter mostly determined Factor 2.

To characterize the degree of consistency of parameters of the optically uniaxial birefringent liquid crystals (protein fibrils) nets of biological tissues a new parameter-complex degree of mutual anisotropy is suggested. The technique of polarization measuring the coordinate distributions of the complex degree of mutual anisotropy of biological tissues is developed. It is shown that statistic approach to the analysis of complex degree of mutual anisotropy distributions of biological tissues of various morphological and physiological states and optical thicknesses appears to be more sensitive and efficient in differentiation of physiological state in comparison with investigations of complex degree of mutual polarization of the corresponding laser images.
