Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction are the three factors of a few relatively large factors suspected to influence Performance on the PT. Adya Tours. These research aimed to determine the effect of Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction toward Performance on the PT. Adya Tours.Research conducted at the PT. Adya Tours by taking 71 employees as the research sample, calculated using the Slovin formula of the total population of 240 employees  at  the  margin  of  error  of  10%.  Data  were collected by questionnaire instruments covered by the five rating scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and analyzing research data. The multiple linier regression analysis and multiple determination coeficient are the statistic approach to data analysis.The study produced four major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that are: 1) Transformation Leadership has a significant effect on Performance  in  a  positive  direction;  2)  Motivation  has  a  significant  effect  on Performance in a positive direction; 3) Satisfiction has a significant effect on Performance in a positive direction; 4) Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction simultaneously influence 92.70% Performance variability.Base on the research finding, in order to increase Performance can be done by increasing Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction. Kata kunci:Transformation Leadership, Motivation, Satisfaction, Performance

Conflict, communication, and leadership style are the three factorsto influence teamwork perfomance on the RSUD Cempaka Putih Jakarta. This research aimed to determine the effect of conflict, communication, and leadership style toward teamwork performance on the RSUD Cempaka Putih Jakartaby taking 69 employees from 5 teamwork as the research sample, calculated using the Slovin formula of the total population of 219 employees at the margin of error of 10%. Data were collected by questionnaire instruments covered by the five rating scale. Quantitive research was conducted by describing and analizing research data. The multiple linier regression analysis are the statistic approach to data analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test and F-test.The study produced four major findings consisten with the hypothesis put forward by Y = 10.941 + 0.298X1+ 0.475X2 + -0.057X3, that are: 1) Conflict has a positive and significant influence on teamwork performance by b1 = 0.298 and sig. t = 0.006 < 0.05; 2) Communication has a positive and significant influence on teamwork performanceb2 = 0.475 dan sig. t = 0.000< 0.05; 3) Leadership style has a negative and not significant influence on teamwork performanceb3 = -0.057 dan sig. t = 0.635 > 0.05; 4) Conflict, communication, and leadership style simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on teamwork performance by constanta value a = 10.941 and sig. F = 0.000.Base on the research finding, in order to increase teamwork performance can be done by increase conflict management, communication, and leadership style. Key words:Conflict, Communication, Leadership Style, Teamwork Perfomance

This study is aimed to investigate the teachers’ practices regarding classroom conflict management at Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cants/Garrisons) – FGEI’s (C/G). This was quantitative research that has been conducted under the Positivist paradigm. All the Elementary School teachers at FGEI’s (C/G) were the population for this study. However, 150 male and 150 female teachers have been selected conveniently. The data were collected by using the survey method. The instrument was developed by the researchers for this study. The survey questionnaire was a 5 point Likert rating scale ranging from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. There were 30 items on this scale. Descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage) have been used to analyze the data regarding the demographic detail whereas the Mann Whitney U test has been applied to the data so to find out the difference among the teachers’ practices regarding classroom conflicts based on their gender. It is concluded that the teachers deal with “Interpersonal Conflicts” and “Organizational Conflict” appropriately. As far as it is concerned with the teachers’ practices regarding “Conflict Management”, they deal with the conflicts properly for resolving and managing them. However, it is revealed that the teachers remain failed to observe the others’ self-respect while posing their stance. They also drag the debates instead of resolving the conflicts and also become autocratic while stating their stance regarding the conflict. On the other hand, there is a significant difference found between male and female teachers’ practices regarding classroom conflict management.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of samples used is the same as the total population of 40 people. The instrument test in this study consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency as evidenced by the sig value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 5,619 > ttable 2,021 so it can be concluded that employee competence has a significant influence on archive management.

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on organizational commitment and its impact on employee discipline. Work environment, motivation and work discipline are three factors that are suspected to be relatively large in influencing employee performance at PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. Conducted research with the aim to determine the effect of the environment, motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. The study was conducted at PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama by taking 100 employees as research samples calculated using the Slovin formula from a total population of 1369 employees at a 10% error margin. Tests carried out with a closed questionnaire instrument five rating scales from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The study was conducted quantitatively by describing research data and descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The three main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely: 1) The work environment partially did not significantly influence employee performance; 2) Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance; 3) Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstrak Lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja merupakan tiga faktor yang diduga relatif besar dalam memepengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. Dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan, motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama dengan mengambil 100 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dari total populasi 1369 karyawan pada margin error 10%. Pengujian dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner tertutup lima skala penilaian dari sangat tidak setuju sampai dengan sangat setuju. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan data penelitian dan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Penelitian menghasilkan tiga temuan utama sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu: 1) Lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

AbstractThis study was conducted to the influents of the Islamic symbolisms toward the decision of consumption buying of the food products. This is a quantitative research. A survey was also involved in this research. Data are also collected through questionnaire to gain an accurate information. Data analysis technique used was a simple regression. The research findings show that Islamic symbolisms have significant influents toward decision to buy food products. That is, t value of p significant is < 0,005 (0,000 < 0, 05) while R square is 0,273 or 27,3 %. In conclusion the influents of Islamic symbols toward the decision on buying have influents as of 27, 3 %. Keywords: Islamic Symbolism, Decision on buying, food products.

Abstract Delirium is a serious and potentially life-threatening problem, but it remains clinically under-recognized. Various factors contribute to this under-recognition, including limited understanding of delirium, insufficient training and application of delirium assessments, potential stigma for the patient and increased workload for the clinician. As a part of an NIH funded study testing a rapid two-step delirium identification protocol at two hospitals in the U.S. (one urban and one rural), clinicians completed a 12-item survey to assess their knowledge and attitudes about delirium and their confidence in preventing and managing delirium. Survey response options followed a 5-point rating scale (strongly disagree, disagree, undecided, agree, strongly agree). The sample for this analysis included 399 clinicians (MDs=53; RNs=235; CNAs=111). Chi-square was used to test for group differences between clinician types. Less than half of the clinicians reported agreeing with the statement, “delirium is largely preventable” (MDs: 47%; RN: 44%; CNA: 41%, p-value=0.021). MDs and RNs indicated a high level of confidence in recognizing delirium while CNAs endorsed lower levels of confidence (MDs: 87%; RN: 81%; CNA: 65%, p-value=0.001). All types of clinicians reported lower confidence in managing delirium (MDs: 29%; RN: 36%; CNA: 44%, p-value=0.117). 47% of CNAs and 37% of RNs agreed there is a need for additional training in caring for persons with delirium while only 21% of MDs agreed (p = 0.031). Understanding how different types of clinicians think and feel about delirium will inform training and communication initiatives, clinical implementation, and research on best practices for delirium identification and management.

Coastal communities are people who live and carry out socio-economic activities that depend on coastal resources, one of which is fishermen. The cultural identity of coastal communities as a whole is formed from the culture of fishermen who are directly related to the management of coastal and marine resources. Nutritional problems arise not only from health problems but also influenced by social culture and religion. The design of this study uses quantitative research with a Cross Sectional.The sample is the total population selected by the purposive sampling method, which is 71 students from five schools. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Techniques and data processing are carried out by using a computer program to present data in the form of frequency and then the results are presented in the table. It is known that there is a relationship between nutritional status and socio-culture in coastal communities because the nutritional status of school-age children is below the threshold of 25.4%, and 12.7% is very thin. This happens because most parents of students have daily work as fishermen so that the lack of income from parents causes children's nutritional intake to decrease, while seen from the cultural tribes of the coastal community there are more Javanese tribes which result in low nutritional status due to lack of variety in food intake.

Based on WHO (World Health Organization) data showing nearly 43 million more (18.3%) of the total population is teenagers. The famous issues among teenagers one of them related to sexual behavior. The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship of communication media  with risky sexual activity in adolescent boys in MAN of  Kota Lhokseumawe in 2018. This research uses mixed methods with cross sectional design on quantitative research and sequential explanatory strategy in qualitative research. The population in this research are students of class X and XI a number of 120 students. The sample that used for quantitative research is total population while for qualitative research is 18 people with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Collecting data on quantitative research is by distributing questionnaires while in qualitative research with in-dept interview and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analysis of bivariate data using chi square test. Qualitative data analysis is done by Thematical Analysis.The result of bivariate analysis about communication media obtained result p value = 0,000, RP = 2,519. The result of indept-interview is found that besides communication media factor to risky sexual activity such as peer factor, parents, faith and drug users. It is expected that policy makers should increase supervision over existing school rules.   Abstrak Berdasarkan data WHO (Word Health Organization) menunjukkan hampir 43 juta jiwa lebih (18,3%) dari keseluruhan total jumlah penduduk adalah remaja. Masalah yang menonjol dikalangan remaja salah satunya terkait dengan perilaku seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan media komunikasi dengan aktivitas seksual berisiko pada remaja laki-laki di MAN Kota Lhokseumawe tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan desain cross sectional pada penelitian kuantitatif dan strategi sequential explanatory pada penelitian kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian kuantitatif sejumlah 120 orang dan untuk penelitian kualitatif berjumlah 18 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner sedangkan pada penelitian kualitatif dengan cara indept interview dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Analisis  data kualitatif dilakukan degan cara Thematical Analysis. Hasil analisis bivariat tentang media komunikasi diperoleh hasil p value =0,000, RP=2,519, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan media komunikasi dengan aktivitas seksual berisiko. Hasil indept-interview didapatkan bahwa selain faktor media komunikasi terdapat faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas seksual berisiko yaitu faktor teman sebaya, orang tua, keimanan dan pengguna NAPZA. Diharapkan kepada pengambil kebijakan untuk lebih meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap peraturan yang sudah berlaku disekolah.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES is to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser,Impressions Attractiveness, Impression packaging and Interest in Watching of PesbukersANTV Television program(1) to know the effect of Celebrity Endorser to Interest in Watch(2) to know the effect of Impressions Attractiveness to Interest in Watch (3) to determine theeffect of Impressions Packaging to Interest in Watch (4). The number of respondents in thisstudy amounted to 100 respondents taken from students / I Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu EkonomiKesatuan Bogor. This research data in though by using SPSS. RESEARCH METHODS usedis to use quantitative research that places the celebrity endorser, Attractiveness Impressions,and packaging Impression as independent variable and interest in watching as a dependentvariable. With primary data used is questionnaires distributed to selected respondents andprocessed the results with statistical calculations. RESULTS Y =-0,820+ + +0,353X3+Which in this case means if the celebrity endorser is 1 (one) then the interest in watchingvalue will be 0,207. If the attractiveness imprression is 1 (one) then the interest in watchingwill be 0,568.
