AbstractHere, we report a very sensitive, non-contact, ratio-metric, and robust luminescence-based temperature sensing using a combination of conventional photoluminescence (PL) and negative thermal quenching (NTQ) mechanisms of semiconductor BiFeO3 (BFO) nanowires. Using this approach, we have demonstrated the absolute thermal sensitivity of ~ 10 mK−1 over the 300–438 K temperature range and the relative sensitivity of 0.75% K−1 at 300 K. Further, we have validated thermal sensitivity of BFO nanowires quantitatively using linear regression and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and found close match with the experimental results. These results indicated that BFO nanowires are excellent candidates for developing high‐performance luminescence-based temperature sensors. Graphical abstract

Schottky diode-based temperature sensors are the most common commercially available temperature sensors, and they are attracting increasing interest owing to their higher Schottky barrier height compared to their silicon counterparts. Therefore, this paper presents a comparison of the thermal sensitivity variation trend in temperature sensors, based on dual 4H-SiC junction barrier Schottky (JBS) diodes and Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs). The forward bias current–voltage characteristics were acquired by sweeping the DC bias voltage from 0 to 3 V. The dual JBS sensor exhibited a higher peak sensitivity (4.32 mV/K) than the sensitivity exhibited by the SBD sensor (2.85 mV/K), at temperatures ranging from 298 to 573 K. The JBS sensor exhibited a higher ideality factor and barrier height owing to the p–n junction in JBS devices. The developed sensor showed good repeatability, maintaining a stable output over several cycles of measurements on different days. It is worth noting that the ideality factor and barrier height influenced the forward biased voltage, leading to a higher sensitivity for the JBS device compared to the SBD device. This allows the JBS device to be suitably integrated with SiC power management and control circuitry to create a sensing module capable of working at high temperatures.

Aim. objective of the work is an attempt to optimize the model of the girls' football training system in Poland, taking into account the current economic and political conditions and the possibility of using the multi-criteria method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as an innovative technique in solving problems in sport. Material and methods. The AHP method by T.L. Saaty was used to solve the decision problem. For the purpose of this study, a group of girls’ football experts (trainers) was set up, who made comparisons based on a specially prepared questionnaire. The collected data was analysed using the Expert Choice program. Findings. The analysis of priority values pointed to the criteria, which should be particularly considered during the process of training girls in football. These include, in order: condition preparation (0,-414), profession (0,-274), recruitment and selection (0,-118), to a lesser extent,material structure (0,-058) and the training base (0,-031). In the criterion of fitness preparation according to experts, the largest share falls on: the effectiveness of shots per goal, andequally: speed of decision making, knowledge, explosive strength and running speed, whilethe smallest share regards the attribute of oxygen efficiency and flexibility. In the criteria, the number of scored goals scored, the rank of the competition, the warnings and the number of matches in the season were indicated in first place. In the next criteria, which concerned recruitment and selection, the respondents pointed to: state of health, intellectual abilities, biological development, general fitness, somatic structure, emotional stability, psychological predisposition and interest in sport. An equally important criterion in the sports training system is renewal. In it, the most important are: nutrition, resistance to diseases and injuries, the ability to quickly regenerate, supplementation, physical therapy and pharmacological treatment. One important criterion, but indicated further, is the material structure. To a large extent, it consists of: psychological, technical, tactical preparation, motivation for continuous improvement. The last criterion, which has a share in the effectiveness of training, is training base. The largest share of the four sub-criteria includes: individualization of training, monitoring training and social security, and in last place, grouping. Conclusions. 1. The AHP method is useful for defining priorities in developing a sports training system for young football players.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

The fire incident in karaoke buildings in Indonesia which claimed many lives has occurred several times. According to the National Academy of Science US, the smoke toxins that come out of the fire disaster cause 50-80% of deaths. Refers to the data, it is necessary to check further about the building material response to fire during a fire incident. Masterpiece Signature Karaoke is a karaoke building that classified as large and magnificent in the city of Medan which has various material so that it is necessary to study the interior material as passive fire protection. The purpose is to find out how to assess the reliability of fire passive protection regard to the interior materials and recommendations or descriptions of right interior material planning using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is efficacious to solve the problem of reliability in using interior materials as passive fire protection in Masterpiece Signature Family KTV Medan building with the results of an Adequate Level of reliability. Then, design recommendations were given for the use of interior materials in karaoke building to improve the reliability results to be better.The results are useful as information for other researchers and karaoke buildings regarding passive fire protection systems at the Masterpiece Signature Family KTV Medan.

Pengkajian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain eksploratori dalam penentuan prioritas terhadap peran dan alternatif strategi pengembangan P2MKP didasarkan atas bobot prioritas atau kepentingannya dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Keterpaduan antara program pelatihan P2MKP dengan penyelenggaraan penyuluhan” merupakan strategi yang paling diprioritaskan dalam membangun sinergitas P2MKP dengan penyelenggaraan penyuluhan perikanan, dengan bobot 31,52%, kemudian strategi “pengikutsertaan koordinator penyuluh daerah sebagai pembina P2MKP”, dengan bobot 28,56% sebagai prioritas kedua, dan strategi “sebagian instruktur berasal dari penyuluh perikanan” dengan bobot 24,17% sebagai strategi prioritas ketiga dalam membangun sinergitas P2MKP dengan penyelenggaraan penyuluhan perikanan. Dari beberapa strategi pengembangan P2MKP yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka mendukung proses peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia kelautan dan perikanan: Strategi “pengikutsertaan/ peningkatan peran penyuluh perikanan” merupakan strategi pengembangan P2MKP yang paling diprioritaskan, kemudian strategi “optimalisasi penyelenggaraan pelatihan” sebagai prioritas kedua, dan strategi “pembangunan kemitraan strategis” sebagai strategi prioritas ketiga.
