The results of the research on the social role of Islamic banks show inconsistency both domestically and abroad; this is the basis for conducting this research to re-explain the Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) and Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) relationship, models. This study aims to examine the indirect effect of ICG disclosure on ISR disclosure with financial performance as a mediating variable in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data with annual report data sources and financial statements on Islamic banking in Indonesia. They are testing this study using stepwise regression analysis with data for the annual reporting period of 2011 through 2014. The result that financial performance mediates the effect of disclosure of ICG on ISR; this shows that proper management of Islamic banks will produce high financial performance so that they can carry out their social roles well too. The contribution of this study is to develop a new model of the part of financial performance mediating the effect of ICG disclosure on ISR so that it is beneficial for the development of science.

Abstract Purpose: This study examined the effect of Islamic Corporate Governance and Islamic Social Reporting on the Financial Performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia at Sharia Commercial Bank Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research methodology: This study used multiple regression as the method to analyze the result of the research. By using 14 shariah banking data, this research will analyze the performance of the Indonesian general bank. Result: This study indicates that the variables that affect Islamic bank performance in this research are not implemented effectively. Limitations: The sample of this study was only 14 Islamic commercial banks and only used the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia, which is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Contribution: This research is helpful for further research. One of the guidelines in choosing which variabels to use and which one to use in the study should be understood in selecting Islamic financial performance.

This study aims to analyze of good corporate governance and financial performance influences to disclosure Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) is a social responsibility disclosure index accordance to the sharia principles. Populations in this study are all companies that listed in Jakarta Islamic Index exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling method in this tudy is puposive sampling. The total number of samples in this study were 55 research samples. The disclosure of ISR is obtained by content analysis through scoring method from corporate annual reports. The analytical techniques was conducted by descriptif statistic and classical assumption test and also hypothesis was tested using multiple liniear regression method, Adjusted R2 test, F test and t test. The analysis showed that audit committee size, liquidity and profitability significantly affect the disclosure of ISR. Meanwhile, commissioners board size and leverage does not affect the disclosure of ISR. They were testing this research using regression analysis with data for the annual reporting period of 2011 through 2014. The result finds that ROE mediates the effect of ICG on ISR disclosure. This shows that good management of Islamic banks will produce high financial performance so that they are able to carry out their social roles well too. The contribution of this research is to develop a new model of the role of financial performance mediating the effect of ICG disclosure on ISR so that it is beneficial for the development of science.

This purpose of this study is to present empirical evidence the effect of islamic corporate governance in moderating the relationship between financial performance and islamic social reporting on islamic banks in Indonesia. As a moderating variabel, the proxie of islamic corporate governance is the score of sharia supervisory board. The population in this study is islamic banks registered in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) during the period 2008-2017. The total of population is 13 companies which are the number of samples from the study. This study uses a data panel model that was analyzed using software Eviews 10. Analysis result prove that financial performance affects on islamic social reporting while islamic corporate governance cannot moderate the relationship between financial performance and islamic social reporting. For the control variables, company size has an effect on islamic social reporting but leverage has no effect on islamic social reporting.

Development of financial performance in the application of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility which affects the values of honesty private individuals, in order to be able to run the accountability, value for money, fairness in financial management, transparency, control, and free of conflicts of interest (independence). The main concern in this study is focused on achieving value personal spirituality through the financial performance and capabilities of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in moderating the relationship with the financial performance of value personal spirituality. This study is a descriptive verifikatif. The unit of analysis in this study was 15 companies in Indonesia with a policy that has been applied through the concept since January of 2008 until now, with the support of the annual report of the company, the company's financial statements, company reports to the disclosure of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility in the annual report. Overall reports published successively during the years 2008-2011. The results of this study indicate financial performance affects the value of personal spirituality, and for variable GCG obtained results that could moderate the relationship of financial performance to the value of personal spirituality. But for the disclosure of CSR variables obtained results can’t moderate the relationship with the financial performance of personal spirituality.

<p>This research aims to find out how Bank Aceh's financial performance after conversion in terms of earnings and capital. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection method used is the documentation method based on the data in the form of quarterly financial statements for the 2016-2018 period published. The method of data analysis in this study is by using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital). The results of the study show that Bank Aceh's financial performance in terms of profitability ranks 2, with the definition that profitability is adequate, profit exceeds the target and supports the growth of bank capital. Bank Aceh's decision to convert to sharia as a whole was a very appropriate decision because it was able to show good performance, besides that it also supported the Aceh Government in carrying out its programs to enforce Islamic law. Bank Aceh's financial performance in terms of capital also ranks 2, with the definition that banks have adequate capital quality and adequacy relative to their risk profile, which is accompanied by strong capital management in accordance with the characteristics, scale of business and the complexity of the bank's business.</p>

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of corporate governance and corporate culture  on firm market value to improve financial performance. Corporate governance  is measured by audit  committee,boards of directors, board meeting and nomination . Corporate culture is measured by Corporate culture promotion While financial  company performance is measured by return on assets.  This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange on indexed LQ 45 for period of 2016-2018. The sample was selected for 25 companies. The method of analysis uses associate descriptive analysis with  path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that corporate governance and culture promotion indirectly effect on financial performance with firm market value as intervening variable.
