There is a universally accepted view that environmental pollution should be controlled while improving cement mortar natural abilities. The purpose of this study is to develop a green cement mortar that has better compressive strength and anti-chloride ion permeability. Two industrial wastes, lithium-slag and slag, were added to cement mortar, and the role of lithium-slag was to activate slag. In addition, to save economic and time costs, this paper also used the least-squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) method to predict the property changes of cementitious-based materials. Then multiple natural abilities of samples, including compressive strength, anti-chloride ion permeability, and fluidity, were tested. In addition, LS-SVM and traditional support vector machine (SVM) were used to train and forecast the performance, including compressive strength. The results show that lithium-slag can activate slag to improve the compressive strength, anti-chloride ion permeability of mortar, and LS-SVM sharpens accuracy by 11% compared to SVM.

As a countermeasure against deterioration of reinforced concrete structures that have suffered from salt damage, materials containing salt adsorbents have been developed. In this study, the basic properties of the “Hybrid Epoxy Resin Repair Agent” in which a functional adsorbent was added to an epoxy resin were grasped and verified. As a result, chloride ion adsorption effect assuming repair of salt damage and sulfate ion adsorption effect assuming chemical erosion repair was confirmed.

Using industrial waste (lithium-slag and steel-slag) for the preparation of high-performance concrete, and the same mix proportion’s concrete are cured using six kinds method, which is cured to the required age later and tests its chloride ion diffusion coefficient by RCM method. The results show that: the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of 28d and 84d decreases with the lower water-binder ratio. It can achieve RCM-Ⅴ grade when the water to binder ratio is 0.27. The admixtures total of 275-350kg/m3 is appropriate when the water to binder ratio is constant. The diffusion of water conservation, water solution with 5% Nacl after 7d water conservation, water solution with 5% Nacl after 14d water conservation, water solution with 5% Nacl after 7d in water conservation and water solution with 5% Nacl after 14d in water conservation is 1.5, 3.1, 2.5, 2.8 and 2.3 times than standard conservation , so the effect of early different curing ways to HPC can not be ignored.
