In the course of the study, the adaptive state of VlSU students was assessed by temporal, spectral, cardiointervalographic and integral indicators of heart rate variability. The characteristic of the state of the regulatory systems of students is given. The obtained results can serve as a certain addition to the understanding of the peculiarities of the process of adaptation of young students in the conditions of studying at higher school. Key words: heart rate variability (HRV), students, adaptation, regulatory systems, sympathetic and parasympathetic influence.

The presented empirical study assesses the state of the cardiovascular system of Moscow schoolchildren living in different environmental conditions. 233 practically healthy schoolchildren (109 boys and 124 girls aged 11.4 to 12.6 years) took part in the comprehensive study of HRV and the state of adaptive processes when living in different ecological conditions of the capital megapolis. On the basis of different ecological and social conditions the schoolchildren were divided into 4 compared groups. The comparative analysis of the obtained HRV data of schoolchildren of different groups showed differences in the adaptation processes and in the indices of the wave activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic departments of the ANS.

The Murmansk region is characterized by a number of specific climatic and geographical features: a polar night, a long snowy period, an unstable geo-heliophysical setting. All of the above factors have a negative impact on children with disabilities. The article describes the application of the method of analysis of heart rate variability to assess the dynamic changes in the functional state of the body of preschool children with general speech underdevelopment, as well as with stuttering. The work was carried out on the Kola Peninsula in the period of the exit from the «polar night», when exacerbations of somatic diseases are most often recorded in children, and there is a decrease in the immunological reactivity and adaptation potential. The main purpose of this work was to conduct research on the selection of methods for the functional diagnosis of a child’s body in the Kola North to track the state of the state during the educational process on the basis of a preschool institution during the most unfavorable periods. Functional diagnostics included weekly dynamic measurements of the functional status of children of both groups on a non-invasive cardiac rhythmograph, followed by mathematical processing of the main cardiorhythmographic parameters. The use of heart rate variability analysis makes it possible to identify differences in the functional state of preschool children with various speech disorders associated with the nosological structure of the defect. In addition, the use of this method allows you to track changes in the state of children in the course of the educational process in preschool institutions and to adjust the flow of information, taking into account the individual characteristics and adaptive capacities of children with speech disorders.

The purpose of the study is to study the effect of various methods of rehabilitation after a fracture of the radius in a typical location on the heart rate variability and the state of innate immunity factors, the content of IL -1, -2, -4, -6, -8, -10 in elderly women. In 50 women at the age of 63,5±1,5 years, the indicators of the spectral analysis of the heart rhythm were studied on the 3, 7, 14 days of rehabilitation procedures. The state of the cellular factors of innate immunity was assessed by the phagocytic activity and oxygen-dependent metabolism of neutrophilic granulocytes in the nitric blue tetrazolium reduction test. The cytokine status included the determination of IL -1, -2, -4, -6, -8, -10 by enzyme immunoassay. For the statistical analysis, the Shapiro-Wilks test, one-sided Fisher’s exact test, and Student’s t test were calculated. It has been shown that the influence of rehabilitation measures using the method of post-isometric muscle relaxation decreases the heart rate variability of elderly women, restores the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system, normalizes the functional and metabolic status of neutrophilic granulocytes and Th 1/ Th 2 lymphocytes. The results obtained allow us to recommend the inclusion of the method of post-isometric muscle relaxation in the complex of rehabilitation measures for fractures of the radius in a typical place.

The aim of the study was to study the state of systemic hemodynamics in students of the main higher educational institutions of Nizhny Novgorod during the inter-sessional period. It was found that this group of individuals has good adaptive reserves, but some of the surveyed students have signs of sympathicotonia and a moderate risk of arrhythmogenic events

ABSTRACTBackgroundMultiple studies have shown that the state of stress has a negative impact on decision-making, the cardiovascular system, and the autonomic nervous system [1]. In light of this, we have developed a mobile application in order to assess user stress levels based on the state of their physiological systems. This assessment is based on heart rate variability [2], [3], [4], [5], which many wearable devices such as Apple Watch have learned to measure in the background. We developed a proprietary algorithm that assesses stress levels based on heart rate variability analysis, and this research paper shows that assessments positively correlate with subjective feelings of stress experienced by users.ObjectiveThe objective of this paper is to study the relationship between HRV-based physiological stress responses and Perceived Stress Questionnaire self-assessments in order to validate Welltory measurements as a tool that can be used for daily stress measurements.SettingWe analyzed data from Welltory app users, which is publicly available and free of charge. The app allows users to complete the Perceived Stress Questionnaire and take heart rate variability measurements, either with Apple Watch or with their smartphone cameras.SubjectsTo conduct our study, we collected all questionnaire results from users between the ages of 25 and 60 who also took a heart rate variability measurement on the same day, after filling out the Questionnaire. In total, this research paper includes results from 1,471 participants (602 men and 869 women).MeasurementsWe quantitatively measured physiological stress based on AMo, pNN50, and MedSD values, which were calculated based on sequences of RR-intervals recorded with the Welltory app. We assessed psychological stress levels based on the Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ) [6], [7].ResultsPhysiological stress reliably correlates with self-assessed psychological stress levels - low for subjects with low psychological stress levels, medium for subjects with medium psychological stress levels, and high for subjects with high psychological stress levels. On a scale of 0-100%, median physiological stress is 48.7 (95% CI of 45.2-50.7%), 56.4 (95% CI of 54.3-58.9), and 62.5 (95% CI of 59.7-66.3) for these groups, respectively.ConclusionsPhysiological stress response, which is calculated based on heart rate variability analysis, on average increases as psychological stress increases. Our results show that HRV measurements significantly correlate with perceived psychological stress, and can therefore be used as a stress assessment tool.
