This study aimed at determining the availability of the internet facility, access, and internet usage in general as well as in learning physics among high school students in Lampung, Indonesia. The study also assessed students’ internet self-efficacy and perception of the internet in learning physics. A number of 1883 students, which consists of 700 males and 1183 females, participated in this descriptive study. A questionnaire consisted of 30 items was implemented in this study. The results showed that most students have internet facilities and nearly all of them have internet access through mobile phones. The majority of students had used the internet for more than or equal to three years (78.1%). In using the internet, students have two main reasons, for academic purposes (90.3%) and for social media activities (89.5%). Majority of internet service used in physics was to solving homework (78.5%). The study also revealed that students’ internet self-efficacy and perception for learning physics were in “high” and “positive” category, respectively. These results imply that the students’ internet facilities, access, experience, and self-efficacy are categorized high. Introduction: Family-related factors play an important role in adolescent’s addiction to the Internet. Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between Internet addiction and family functioning in high school students. Materials and Methods: This is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design conducted on 796 high school students in Rasht city, Iran who were selected using multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Data collection tools were a demographic form, the Young’s Internet Addiction Test, and the Family Assessment Device. Chi-Square test and rank-ordered logistic regression analysis were used for data analysis. Results:The response rate of of students was 86.81%; 85.7% had at least two family members who were using the Internet; 71.2% of students had no addiction, 27.5% were exposed to Internet addiction and 1.3% had Internet addiction. The majority (65.0%) of studnets had unhealthy family functioning. The relationship between Internet addiction and family functioning was statistically significant (P=0,001). There was a significant statistical relationship between Internet addiction and family income (P= 0.003), fatherchr('39')s job (P=0.001), and duartion of internet usage per day (P=0.001). Logistic regression model showed that the family functioning score (OR=1.02, 95% CI;1.01-1.04, P=0.001), duration of Internet usage per day (OR=1.02, 95% CI;1.11-1.20, P=0.0001), and gender (male) (OR=1.02, 95% CI;1.26-2.58, P=0.001) significantly affected Internet addiction. Conclusion:Due to the direct statistical relationship between Internet addiction and family functioning, it is necessary to pay serious attention to the phenomenon of Internet addiction and make appropriate plans for adolescents and their families to use the Internet properly.

This research was shown to determine the level of Internet Addiction Disorder in Jakarta 42 Senior High School students along with their characteristics and factors that influence the level of the Internet Addiction Disorder. The analysis used was descriptive analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the majority of Jakarta State High School 42 students suffer from Internet Addiction Disorder at the Moderate level. There are factors that influence the level of Internet Addiction Disorder, namely the motive for using the internet, the length of time being a user, the quality of relationships with friends, and the income of peers parents greatly influencing adolescent behavior including behavior in internet usage</em>

Introduction. Modern curriculum («Physical culture 10-11 classes») for the last decades is developed according to requirements of operating standards of basic and full general secondary education. In particular on a modular system Aim is to find out the changes of technical preparedness of high school students according to the results of implementation the variable module "Wrestling". Material and methods. There were used theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical data and sources of the Internet, analysis of documentary materials, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment (there was tested the effectiveness of the developed variable module "Wrestling" in the physical education of high school students in secondary schools), methods of mathematical statistics. During the 2017-2019, school years were involved 53 students of 10 classes (31 boys and 22 girls) and 74 students of 11 classes (41 boys and 33 girls). Results. Analysis of the 10th grade boys’ results indicated the presence of significant changes a high level (p≤0.01). In all cases, the average scores improved by 0.54-0.71 points (from 16.79% to 22.66% of initial level). The girls of the 10th grade best realized the technical and tactical elements standing - dumping, beating (24.76% improvement from the initial level) and on the ground - twists and somersault (24.51%, respectively). For 11th grade boys technical and tactical improvement there was on the level of p≤0.05(9.35–18.45% of the initial level). According to the percentage values for 11th grade girls, in general, there were changes in grades by 10.67–21.13% from the initial level. Conclusions. It was found that in most technical and tactical elements, girls show higher relative rates of improvement. The only exception is in somersault with running, where the boys had the best changes. The factors of this are the better functional start an organism of young people at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment and higher indicators of fitness, which all owed to better master the technique of the wrestling elements at the beginning of the variable module. The girls gradually increased both fitness and technique of performing theses pacificelements of wrestling.
