This paper aims to analyze the differences between internet facilities, internet usage purposes, internet self-efficacy (ISE), and internet perceptions in learning physics, regarding students’ gender and grade. A total of 798 senior high school students were surveyed randomly from 10 schools in the urban area of Lampung Province, Indonesia. The data were analyzed with Chi-square tests, t-test and ANOVA test for parametric, and Mann-Withney test and Kruskal-Wallis test for nonparametric. The results showed that by gender, female students were better at the ownership of computers and internet access via mobile phones. For the purpose of accessing internet, They were also identified more frequently in using internet for academic purposes, social media, and doing physics homework. Additionally, females were better at the perception about the benefit of the internet in learning physics. Besides, males were higher in using internet for entertainment and accessing physics’ video and animation. For experience and frequency in accessing internet and ISE, there were no significant gender differences found. Meanwhile, the differences were found between grades in some general usage as well as in ISE. Overall, the higher the students’ grade, the greater the percentage of students who use them, except in internet perception.

The purpose of this study was to see how self-efficacy of students towards the learning process online amid the Covid-19 outbreak. This research is a descriptive study that describes self-efficacy based on the dimensions that exist in self-efficacy and is summarized and used as a measurement tool or instrument, namely the level (magnitude) associated with task difficulties, strength related to the effort made by students, and energy-related to space. the scope of student beliefs. The instrument used was a non-test in the form of a questionnaire self-efficacy consisting of 30 statements with 4 choices and 616 respondents. The result is that the dimensions of the level of Indonesian SMP / MTs students are in the medium category with a percentage of 55.04%, which means that when students are faced with difficult tasks during learning online, students can overcome them. The dimension strength is in the medium category with a percentage of 56.82%, this shows that the efforts and resilience of Indonesian SMP / MTs students in doing assignments in learning are online quite persistent and do not give up easily. The dimension generality is in the medium category with a percentage of 45.94%, which means that Indonesian SMP / MTs students' confidence in completing different tasks is quite good. In general, the self-efficacy of Indonesian SMP / MTs students in learning online is quite good.

Data collection tools were a demographic form, the Young’s Internet Addiction Test, and the Family Assessment Device. Chi-Square test and rank-ordered logistic regression analysis were used for data analysis. Results:The response rate of of students was 86.81%; 85.7% had at least two family members who were using the Internet; 71.2% of students had no addiction, 27.5% were exposed to Internet addiction and 1.3% had Internet addiction. The majority (65.0%) of studnets had unhealthy family functioning. The relationship between Internet addiction and family functioning was statistically significant (P=0,001). There was a significant statistical relationship between Internet addiction and family income (P= 0.003), fatherchr('39')s job (P=0.001), and duartion of internet usage per day (P=0.001). Logistic regression model showed that the family functioning score (OR=1.02, 95% CI;1.01-1.04, P=0.001), duration of Internet usage per day (OR=1.02, 95% CI;1.11-1.20, P=0.0001), and gender (male) (OR=1.02, 95% CI;1.26-2.58, P=0.001) significantly affected Internet addiction.
