The modern period of social development is characterized by the active establishment of new psychological, philosophical and socioeconomic knowledge, with a significant increase in the performance and reliability of a specialist, namely in the conditions of multitasking. Therefore, besides the professional competencies, personality traits are also of major importance. In carrying out their professional activity, the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation often face the challenges related to personal responsibility, morals and ethics, as well as specific perception of professional and personal reliability. The article provides the results of theoretical analysis aimed at determination of the grounds for creating a psychological model for the development of professional and personal reliability of the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the psychological, pedagogical, engineering, sociological; and legal research dedicated to reliability; reveal the key structural components of psychological model of the development of reliability of the staff members; outline the prospects for further research on the topic .The development of personal and professional reliability is a relevant problem of modern psychology and requires comprehensive scientific examination, same as the problem of creating a psychological model for the development of personal and professional reliability of the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.

The article covers the issues related to the process of training students for professional activity. The authors introduce a new term "professional integrity". This term is presented by three interrelated structural components: cognitive, communicative, and behavioral. The psychological and pedagogical basis of professional activity is theoretically justified. Diagnostic tools for the problematic area of professional activity are verified empirically. The sources of difficulties and problems faced by a person in professional activity are found out. The authors identify a correlation among the sources of difficulties of a person in the important life spheres. Psychological and pedagogical recommendations on solving problems related to the formation of professional activity at higher education institutions are developed. The findings can be attractive for teachers, psychologists, postgraduate students interested in problems of starting professional activity.

The article considers general tendencies in world and Russian education, and also both principles and methods of forming professional, communicative, intercultural competences and in the process of teaching foreign language for professional purposes in the conditions of engineering, economic and other non-linguistic specialties at technical university. The article views some essential issues of this competence including awareness of pedagogical values, the construction of the pedagogical process, pedagogical communication and behavior; pedagogical technology, its essence, structural components, understanding of innovative components of professional activity, requirements for the design and engineering of pedagogical technologies.

There is a growing body of theoretical and practical studies conducted on a variety of subjects under the multifaceted leadership concept. In this chapter, the authors first explain recently discussed concepts in the Leadership Quarterly by category (leader, contingency, outcome, and leadership development) and subcategory (traits; leader-subordinate interaction, leadership style, organizational; leader, followers, organizational), explore current leadership trends at practice by analyzing Harvard Business Review articles, and then compare them. The essential objective of this chapter is to explore the current trends emerging from real business life in comparison to theoretical development in the leadership field and to highlight common concepts coming from the theory and practice of leadership. From this aspect, this chapter may provide a basis for comparative leadership studies and contribute to the related literature and practical studies. The strength of this study is to present a comparison between current theoretical and practical leadership trends by conducting a content analysis.

This paper discusses aspects related to the formation of professional and legal competence in the process of scientific and educational process of training bachelors of engineering and technical profile. A modern professional should be not only qualified literate, but also socially competent, and also often legally literate, be able to coordinate, manage and obey himself, resolve conflicts and be able to make decisions within the existing legal framework, etc. For this, it is advisable for a future bachelor know legislative and other regulatory legal acts, be able to use them productively in practical professional work. Purpose of the study: to determine the essence and properties of the structural components of the formation of legal competence of bachelors in the process of vocational training. When solving particular problems of theoretical research, methods were comprehensively used such as analysis of methodological, philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical literature on the problem of research, study of legislative and regulatory acts on higher education and the functioning of technical institutions, synthesis and generalization of information received on subject of research. The structure of legal competence, as well as objective and subjective properties of legal competence are revealed. Legal competence is presented as a complex, integrative education, consisting of a complex system of knowledge, abilities, skills and individual qualities of a future bachelor of engineering and technical specialties. Moreover, the content of legal knowledge should be adequate to the professional activity of the future bachelor, and only if this condition is met this knowledge will contribute to the improvement of his legal competence.

Анализируется проблема необходимости формирования готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзии в процессе профессиональной подготовки в вузе, а также ее структурные компоненты и их содержание. В структуре указанного вида готовности выявляются мотивационный, когнитивный и операционно-деятельностный компоненты. Констатируется, что проблема готовности будущих педагогов к профессиональной деятельности в условиях инклюзии является проблемным полем в современном научном дискурсе, так как ее системное решение пока не найдено. Целью является исследование сформированности готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзии школьников в процессе профессиональной подготовки в вузе. Приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования сформированности готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзии школьников. Даются рекомендации по формированию профессиональной готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзии школьников в процессе обучения в университете, где изучаются на третьем и четвертом курсах следующие дисциплины: «Обучение лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья», «Психолого-педагогические основы инклюзивного образования»; происходит введение производственной (технологической в системе инклюзивного образования) практики на базе организаций образовательной и социальной сферы, оперативный мониторинг сформированности готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзивному образованию школьников с ОВЗ. The problem of the need to form the readiness of future teachers for inclusion in the process of professional training at a university is analyzed, as well as its structural components and their content. In the structure of this type of readiness, motivational, cognitive and operationalactivity components are revealed. It is stated that the problem of the readiness of future teachers for professional activity in conditions of inclusion is a problematic field in modern scientific discourse, since its systemic solution has not yet been found. The aim is to study the formation of the readiness of future teachers for the inclusion of schoolchildren in the process of professional training at a university. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the formation of the readiness of future teachers for the inclusion of schoolchildren. Recommendations are given on the formation of professional readiness of future teachers for the inclusion of schoolchildren in the process of studying at the university, consisting in enriching the content of training in the third and fourth years of the disciplines: «Teaching people with disabilities», «Psychological and pedagogical foundations of inclusive education»; the introduction of industrial (technological in the system of inclusive education) practice on the basis of educational and social organizations; operational monitoring of the formation of the readiness of future teachers for inclusive education of schoolchildren with disabilities.

The justification of the structural components of child-centered motivation was given in the first part of the main material of the article, namely: developed cognitive interest in the world of preschool childhood; value hierarchy of personal qualities of the educator; value hierarchy of the professional interaction motives with children; the presence of a sense of psychological proximity to the childhood world; the formation of an emotional-value attitude to the child as a subject of communication and professional interaction; manifestation of personal inclination to practice verbal communication with children of preschool age. The relationship and consistency of their formation and development is examined in the second part.
