This study aims to investigate the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, price perception, and trust on the repurchase intention of Ayam Susan Wadaslintang. The sampling method of this study was the non-probability sampling by using the accidental sampling technique to 100 consumers. The data then being analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, and t-test. The result of the study shows that store atmosphere, service quality, price perception, and trust have a positive effect on consumer repurchase intention.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of company image, price perception and service quality on consumer satisfaction, case study at Indomaret Minimarket Jl. Hayam Wuruk Purwodadi. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires to 115 consumers. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data testing techniques used in this study include the validity test with factor analysis, test reliability with Cronbach Alpha. Classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that the first equation is Y = 0.254X1 + 0.029X2 + 0.551X3 which means the variable company image, service quality has a positive effect on the variable customer satisfaction, while the price perception does not affect consumer satisfaction.

This research was conducted at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection in this study was conducted by a questionnaire method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAMSAT corner service, taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, and service quality had a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This means that the better SAMSAT corner service, awareness of taxpayers, tax socialization, and quality of service will also increase motor vehicle taxpayers compliance in terms of meeting their tax obligations. <em>This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on GrabBike customer satisfaction at Unkris, Jakarta. This study took a sample of 71 customers from a total of 250 GrabBike customers at Unkris, Jakarta. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula by random sampling method. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this analysis indicate that the variables of service quality and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.</em>

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price and sevice quality on costumer satisfaction Nesmilo restaurant in Samarinda. The population in this study were consumers in Nesmilo restaurants with a total sampel of 80 respondents. Data collection techniquess were carried out by observaction, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with spss version 22. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price and service quality simultaneously have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study also indicate that product quality partially has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. The variable price partially has no effect on customer satisfaction, then the service quality partialy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and the most influential variable on customer satisfaction is sevice quality.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and  trust on customer loyalty aromania parfumery Bengkulu. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is the consumers in Aromania parfumery, which is precisely located on Jl. Kapuas Raya, Lingkar Barat, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. with the sampling method, namely non-propability technique, namely insidential sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 105 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable service quality Aromania parfumery has a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Trust and Loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 &gt; 1,6772) and significant (0,000 &lt;0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) &lt; (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 &gt; 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions and the application of transaction recording devices (tapping boxes) to taxpayer compliance in paying restaurant taxes. This research was conducted on companies that have been registered with the Denpasar City Revenue Agency since 2017. The sample in this study is a restaurant that has been installed with a taping box. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 31 companies as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variable of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions, and the application of tapping boxes has a positive effect on the compliance of natural taxpayers paying restaurant taxes at the Denpasar City Revenue Agency.
