The purposes of this study are analyzes the simultaneously and partially effect of LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR to ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. The sample of this study consisted of four banks: Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, Bank Pan Indonesia, and Maybank. This study used secondary data taken from the financial statements of  Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. The bank period from the first quarter of 2013 to the second quarter of 2018. The technique of analyzing data is descriptive analysis and used linear regression analysis, F table, t table. The result of this study indicate that analyzing LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. Partial LDR, IPR and APB have unsignificant negative effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. NPL and IRR partially have unsignificant positive effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. PDN and BOPO partially have significant negative effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. FBIR partially has significant positive effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa.

This study is aiming to determine the effect of mudharabah financing on the profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period, the effect of musyarakah financing on the profitability (ROA) on Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period, and the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on the profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. This research is a type of associative research with a quantitative approach. This study  uses secondary data with the period of 2015-2018 observation. The data used is sourced from the Sharia Banking (SPS) and the Sharia Bank's annual financial statements from 2015 to 2018. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that mudharabah financing has a significant positive effect on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. Musyarakah financing has a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. Mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a positive significant effect on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period.

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the bank's internal factors such as Equity, Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) as a mediator and external or macroeconomic factors namely inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on profitability represented by Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2008-2018. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the publication of quarterly financial statements from 2008 to quarter 2 of 2018. The method that used in this research is path analysis with SPSS 20.0 as the analytical tool. The results of the study partially test the hypothesis (t-test), in substructure I shows that the capital variable has a significant negative effect on NPF, BOPO and inflation has a significant positive effect on NPF, FDR and GDP do not significantly influence NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In substructure II partially, Capital, BOPO, significant negative effect on ROA, FDR and NPF has a significant positive effect on ROA, Inflation and GDP does not significantly influence ROA while simultaneously significantly influencing ROA. Based on the sobel test, capital has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, BOPO has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, FDR has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, Inflation has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, while GDP has no significant effect on ROA through NPF.

This study aims to examine empirical evidence regarding the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and audit period on the audit report with the audit committee as a moderating variable. This research was conducted by a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study are property, real estate, and construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2019. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 184 firm year observations. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with interaction test. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant negative effect on audit report lag, solvency has a significant negative effect on audit report lag, liquidity has a significant positive effect on audit report lag, and audit tenure has a significant positive effect on audit report lag. The audit committee as a moderating variable strengthens all independent variables on the dependent variable. For further researchers, it is recommended to increase the sample size and expand the object of research by researching sectors that have more companies and also increasing the period of research.

This study aims to determine how MSME financing and Capital Adequacy affect the profits of Islamic commercial banks. This study uses a quantitative approach that analyze secondary data from statistic of Islamic Bank in Indonesia period 2016-2019.  The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis methods. Data processing uses eviews program. The results of this study indicate that MSME financing has a significant positive effect on Return on Asset. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant positive effect on Return on Asset. MSME financing and Capital Adequacy Ratio has a simultant effect to Return on Asset. The results of this study are expected to be a material consideration for Islamic commercial banks in providing MSME financing and maintaining capital adequacy.

Companies that conduct international trade will be affected by unexpected changes in the value of foreign currencies, so companies need to hedge derivative instruments. This study aims to analyze the effect of several financial ratios, such as liquidity, leverage and profitability on hedging decisions on derivative instruments. This study uses secondary data from the company's annual report. The population is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2016-2018. Purposive sampling is used with 33 companies analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Liquidity has significant negative effect on hedging decisions of derivative instruments, leverage has significant positive effect on hedging decisions of derivative instruments, profitability has significant negative effect on hedging decisions of derivative instruments. The accuracy of the prediction data for the probability of hedging derivative instruments in companies is 28% and the remaining 72% is explained by other variables outside the model. The amount of information asymmetry faced by dealers will be reflected in the spread. Dealers will try to maintain the bid-ask spreads are optimal, so the need to determine the factors that affect the bid- ask spread . This study aimed to analyze the effect of stock returns, trading volume, variants of stock returns and stock prices to bid-ask spread stock . The population in this study are manufacturing companies that publish financial statements in the period 2010-2012 . The samples with purposive sampling, to obtain the 61 companies . From the data obtained were processed and analyzed using SPSS 19 o’clock, by means of multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was preceded with the classical assumption. The results showed that the first, the stock return significant negative effect on the bid- ask spread stock. Second, the volume of stock trading is not a significant positive effect on the bid- ask spread stock . Third, the stock price significant negative effect on the bid- ask spread stock. Fourth, variant stock returns are not significant positive effect terdahap stock bid-ask spread. Future studies could add other variables that stock price fluctuations (volatility) in the given period. Predicted volatility can affect the bid- ask spread stocks as investors memilliki enough information about the investment that not only perform certain transactions on the stock .

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control, integrity, information asymmetry and capability on accounting fraud in OPD District X. The population used is 37 OPD. The sample in this study was the Head of the OPD, Secretary of the OPD, Financial Staff and Managers of each Service in District X with a total of 148 respondents. The method of determining the sample uses a purposive sampling method and data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis show that internal control and integrity have a negative effect on accounting fraud. While the information asymmetry and capability variables have a positive effect on accounting fraud. For ODP District X in making decisions related to the existence of internal control, integrity, information asymmetry and capabilities in an organization so that this can affect the level of accounting fraud. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial indicators (CAR, FDR, BOPO, NIM, NPF) and non-financial (number of bank offices, market share, GCG, CSR) on profitability that is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) of Islamic Banks in 2014 -2018. The data source used is secondary data from 2014-2018. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and the classic assumption test. Findings. The results of the study are that CAR does not have a significant negative effect. FDR does not have a significant negative directional effect. BOPO has a significant negative effect. NIM has a positive positive significant effect. NPF has a significant negative effect. The number of bank offices has no significant positive effect. Market share does not have a significant negative directional effect. GCG does not have a significant negative effect. CSR has a significant negative effect.  The adjusted R2 value is 73.21% while the remaining 26.79% is influenced by other variables outside the study so the researcher should further add other variables.

Abstract In general, this study aims to analyze the Quality of Funding and Funding Against the Performance of Sharia Bank Mandiri in Jember Area for the Period 2015 - 2019. The population of this study is the quarterly financial statements of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jember Area in 8 branches from 2015 to 2019. The sample is part of a population object that represents its population characteristics. The sampling design in this study was by means of the census method, namely the population being the study sample, so that collected 8 x 5 x 4 = 160 data analysis. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis test tools. After analyzing the data, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: the quality of current productive assets partially has a significant positive effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jember Area, which is proxied by ROA, the quality of productive assets under special attention partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jember Area , the quality of substandard productive assets partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Jember, the quality of productive assets is doubtful partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Jember, the quality of the non-productive assets partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri In Jember Area, funding proxied by DPK partially has a significant positive effect on performance.   Keywords: financing quality, funding and performance
